实现共同富裕是全面建设小康社会的重要目标和社会主义本质的内在要求.人类社会历史与逻辑的演进历程表明：一定意义上,按劳动能力分配是人类社会内在分配原则;当前业已突显的贫富差距是社会发展阶段性的必然产物;共同富裕的实现是以劳动能力同等为基点的,而劳动能力同等和共同富裕二者的实现统一于社会主义市场经济发展过程中.

Technology and informatics in Australian health libraries

Australia is no different to any other country in that information technology (IT) and the speed of its advancement has a huge impact on health care and therefore on health libraries. Australian health librarians are valuable members of health care teams and strive to integrate services and resources across hospitals. This article looks at the role Australian health libraries play in the broader health information landscape and the importance of information governance and health informatics as a tenet of the work undertaken by libraries. Of particular focus in this is the Health Libraries Australia/Telstra Health Digital Health Innovation Award, offered annually, to help focus on particular technological challenges. Three cases studies are explored demonstrating impact on the systematic review process, inter-library loan system automation and a room booking service. Also discussed are the ongoing professional development opportunities, which help upskill the Australian health library workforce. Australian health libraries also face many challenges with piecemeal IT systems across the nation, resulting in lost opportunities. Also, many Australian health services do not have a qualified librarian on staff, which undermines information governance. However, resiliency shines through with strong professional health library networks working to challenge the status quo in an effort to improve the application of health informatics.     

How research into healthcare staff use and non-use of e-books led to planning a joint approach to e-book policy and practice across UK and Ireland healthcare libraries

The research goals were to obtain an understanding of who the users of e-books in the NHS are, what they are using e-books for, and when and how they use them. This article presents the methodology used and the findings from the research. It also explores the outputs and next steps from the research, both for the individual countries and collectively. The Five Nations group, (library leads in England, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scotland and Wales) commissioned research into healthcare staff use and non-use of e-books to understand the behaviours, needs and expectations of healthcare staff and to identify shared challenges around e-books to inform policy and practice.

裕固族是中国人口较少民族之一。裕固族文化融入国家基础教育课程体系的探索性实践,主要集中在裕固语教学试验和与民族文化传承有关的校本课程开发上,目前仍存在学校教育中惟分数主义倾向明显和民族文化融入学校课程的校际差异明显等问题,应以转换视角、加强交流、制定政策、均衡发展为对策。裕固族地区与民族文化传承有关的基础教育课程改革已经取得引人瞩目的成果,但实事求是地稳步推进仍然是解决裕固族文化融入国家基础教育课程体系问题的基本策略和思想指针。     

浅析流式媒体技术的应用

现代教育技术中,网络多媒体教学以及远程多媒体教学正在发挥着越来越大的作用,但是由于网络带宽的限制,如想迅速推广这些教育技术必须要有大量的资金进行网络基础设施的建设,流式媒体技术的出现恰恰解决了这一矛盾。流式媒体使得音、视频的传输更为流畅,并且节省了网络带宽,此项技术被广泛应用于远程教育、网络电台、视频点播、收费播放等系统中。     

社会主义政治文明:渊源及路径选择

21世纪之初,中国共产党与时俱进,提出了社会主义政治文明思想,这是对马克思政治学理论的创新和发展。政治文明是指每一种社会形态由生产关系所决定的政治发展的状态和水平,是社会文明不可或缺的重要组成部分。社会主义政治文明的理论渊源是“三个代表”重要思想。社会主义政治文明建设的核心是民主制度建设,包括党内民主和人民民主制度建设。在这个建设过程中要勇于借鉴其他国家政治文明建设的积极成果。中国共产党的十六大为我国的政治文明建设绘制了蓝图。经过不懈努力,高度发达的社会主义政治文明一定会实现。     

外源甜菜碱对镉胁迫下超黑糯玉米活性氧代谢的影响

为研究外源甜菜碱对镉胁迫下超黑糯玉米根、茎中活性氧代谢的影响,以土培的超黑糯玉米自交系146为材料,采用裂区设计,主区因素为甜菜碱(GB)浓度,设置25 mg/kg和50 mg/kg两个梯度,裂区因素为对照(0 mg/kg Cd~(2+))和镉胁迫(10 mg/kg Cd~(2+))两个水平的镉(Cd)胁迫处理.结果表明:(1)在镉胁迫下,超黑糯玉米根、茎中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均显著低于对照组,过氧化氢(H_2O_2)含量、超氧阴离子(O_2~-)产生速率和丙二醛(MDA)含量均显著高于对照组.(2)施加外源甜菜碱显著提高镉胁迫下玉米根、茎中POD、SOD、CAT、APX活性,降低MDA、H_2O_2含量和O_2~-产生速率.施加外源甜菜碱可通过提高玉米根、茎中POD、SOD、CAT、APX活性,降低MDA、H_2O_2含量和O_2~-产生速率,从而缓解镉胁迫对玉米根、茎的损害.
