义乌：老外感受中国年

龙年春节,小商品王国义乌充满着中国年的气氛,挂灯笼、赏花灯、观舞龙、贴春联……大街小巷一派祥瑞景象。义乌常驻有来自世界各国的1.3万余名外商,中国传统佳节与文化正在走进这些外国人的心中。     

Lifelong learning – lifelong returns? A new theoretical framework for the analysis of civic returns on adult learning

Education is associated with a wide range of positive outcomes such as higher wages and employability, but also with increased well-being or volunteering. While previous research focused mainly on returns on formal education in schools or universities, there has been a notable shift in recent years towards the analysis of returns on adult learning. While research has established theory-driven empirical evidence concerning labour market-related outcomes, it fails to identify and coherently explain non-monetary outcomes. The authors of this article review 13 empirical studies on different forms of civic participation as a return on engagement in adult learning. Individuals’ civic participation is one precondition to social cohesion and functioning citizenship at a societal level and thus a factor of high political and societal relevance. All the studies reviewed in this article suggest a positive association between adult learning and civic engagement. To what extent this association is causal, however, remains an open question. The authors argue that any efforts to identify such causality must begin with a number of theoretical assumptions about the mechanisms through which learning may influence civic participation. By linking the theoretical ideas of the studies reviewed with the literature on volunteering, the authors suggest a new theoretical framework, which may guide further research.     

国内外食育研究的理论与实践

当前中国正处于城乡居民膳食结构升级和农业发展战略转型的关键期,加强食育理论与实践研究不仅有助于推动城乡居民改善饮食和生活方式,减少食物浪费以及不科学饮食习惯诱发的健康隐患,更是应对粮食供求长期紧平衡、保障粮食安全的重要手段。当前国内对食育研究明显不足,难以支撑现阶段食育实践推广的需要。本文利用文献资料分析方法首先对国内外食育理论研究进展进行了系统梳理,并从社会背景、制度建设、社会参与、内容和方式创新四方面总结了国外食育的实践特征,进一步梳理了中国食育实践的历史脉络和现状。基于以上分析,文章提出食育的概念,阐述了食育的基本内涵和特征,包括主体的多元化和协调性、内容的丰富性和创新性、形式的多样性和探索性。最后围绕加快推进中国食育提出加强食育制度设计和跨区合作交流、完善食育推进课程体系、建立多元主体共同参与的食育网络、开展食育推进试点等政策建议。     

三峡库区少数民族传统体育特点的研究

采用文献资料法、调查统计法、综合分析等方法,课题组对三峡库区少数民族传统体育特点进行了全方位调查研究.研究结果显示,三峡库区少数民族传统体育具有如下特点:1)浓厚的宗教色彩;2)季节性;3)娱乐性;4)地域性;5)健身性.并针对以上特点,为三峡库区少数民族传统体育的健康发展提出有益的建议.     

从汉英交际语用失误及对比看文化差异

格赖斯提出的“合作原则”中的“质、量、相关及方式准则”等为讨论汉英交际中的语用失误和对比，提供了有益的视角。讨论语用失误和对比，对提高人们汉英化差异的认识及跨化交际有重要意义。     

Follow‐up of a Cohort of Risk Children from Birth into Adolescence‐‐The Rostock Longitudinal Study

THE ROSTOCK Longitudinal Study commenced in 1970 and has prospectively monitored the development of children identified in the perinatal period as “at risk”. The aims of the study are to identify some of the factors contributing to inter‐individual differences in their development and to evaluate the prognostic significance of these factors. The results reported in the present paper underscore the limited prognostic value of single risk factors, the diminishing impact of organic perinatal risk factors over time, and the increasing importance of the psychosocial context in influencing developmental outcomes in childhood and adolescence.     

《史记》隐喻叙述研究纲要

隐喻是《史记》叙述的基本样式及其修辞品格.它呈现为泛隐喻和隐喻修辞两个基本类型,前者是司马迁的历史阐释策略,后者是《史记》文本构成的语言行为.司马迁在《史记》叙述中将泛隐喻和隐喻修辞融为一体,建立了司马迁及其《史记》的独特地位,即对文学和史学边界的突破,从而构成我们面对司马迁及其《史记》所能体味的现代意义.     

论北魏前期的"新民"

北魏前期的新民,是指在北魏统一北方的过程中,被北魏征服后迁往京师平城及其附近地区的人民.前期的新民是指新迁之民,到后来,新民的含义扩大为新附之民.绝大部分的新民从事农业生产.北魏在新民中实行计口授田制度,加速了北魏国家封建化的进程.
