The quality of compaction is key to the safety of dam construction and operation. However, because of incomplete information about the construction process and the unknown relationship between compaction quality and the factors that influence it, traditional evaluation methods such as neural networks and multivariate linear regression models fail to take uncertainty fully into account. This paper proposes a cloud-fuzzy method for assessing compaction quality by considering randomness, fuzziness, and incomplete information. The compaction parameters and material source parameters are the key parameters in the assessment of compaction quality. A five-layer neural-network model of compaction quality assessment is established that considers compacted dry density and its classification membership and probability as the criteria, and the rolling speed, rolling passes, and compacted layer thickness as alternatives. Because of uncertainties in the criteria and alternatives, the cloud-fuzzy method, in which a fuzzy neural network is extended with a cloud model to handle uncertain and fuzzy problems more effectively, is introduced to determine the compaction quality. A case study is presented to evaluate the compaction quality of a hydropower project in China. The results indicate that the cloud-fuzzy model is feasible in relation to precision and makes up for the sole focus on precision by traditional methods. The proposed method provides a triple index for understanding compaction quality, which facilitates assessment of the compaction quality of an entire dam surface.  相似文献

Fulminant hepatic failure is a severe clinical condition associated with extremely poor outcomes and high mortality. A number of studies have demonstrated the ability of plasma transfusion to successfully treat fulminant hepatic failure, but the underlying mechanisms are not well understood. The aim of the present study is to define the mechanisms of plasma transfusion treatment in lipopolysaccharide/D-galactosamine (LPS/D-GalN)-induced mice. LPS/D-GalN treatment in mice causes significant hepatic failure, including increasing serum aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels, histopathological changes in centrilobular necrosis and inflammatory cells, and the up-regulation of inflammation (tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6)). When LPS/D-GaIN-induced mice were treated with plasma, these changes were halted. Results showed that plasma transfusion significantly reduced mortality, and decreased the levels of AST, ALT, and inflammation factors such as TNF-α and IL-6. The expression levels of cleaved Caspase-3, BAX, and p53 were down-regulated and Bcl-2 was up-regulated, suggesting that plasma can reduce LPS/D-GalN-induced apoptosis. The protective mechanism of plasma against LPS/D-GalN-induced fulminant hepatic failure is related to the inhibition of the inflammatory response and the reduction in apoptosis through the down-regulation of the p53-induced apoptotic pathway.  相似文献

目的:针对当前高拱坝施工进度仿真研究中施工仿真参数难以实现对现场施工状态的有效跟踪的现状,研究施工仿真参数实时更新方法,以提高施工仿真参数及仿真计算结果的准确度。创新点:1.通过贝叶斯更新方法,建立施工仿真参数实时更新方法;2.基于模糊集理论,并通过对隶属度的取值,实现对仿真计算过程中施工仿真参数变化的有效模拟。方法:1.通过对高拱坝施工过程的分析(图1),建立高拱坝施工进度仿真的模型(图2和3);2.基于贝叶斯更新方法,建立高拱坝施工仿真参数实时更新方法(公式(4)~(8));3.基于模糊集理论,实现仿真过程中施工仿真参数实时更新;4.将模糊集理论与贝叶斯更新整合,建立模糊贝叶斯更新方法,实现施工仿真参数实时更新(公式(17)和(18));5.将实时更新的施工仿真参数应用到施工进度仿真中,实现施工进度的仿真分析。结论:1.采用贝叶斯更新方法,减小了施工仿真参数与实际参数之间偏差程度;2.采用模糊贝叶斯更新方法,通过不断更新施工仿真参数,使得仿真计算结果与实际施工状态更为接近。  相似文献

Marsdeniae tenacissimae extract (MTE) has been used as an adjuvant medicine for cancer therapy for a long time. Although massive studies demonstrated its considerable anti-cancer effect, there is no research on its influence on erythrocytes, which are firstly interacted with MTE in the circulation. To investigate the influence of MTE on erythrocytes, we used a flow cytometer to detect the MTE-treated alternations of morphology, calcium concentration, and reactive oxygen species (ROS) level in erythrocytes. We used hemolysis under different osmotic solutions to evaluate the fragility of erythrocytes. Data showed that MTE treatment dose-dependently increased the ratio of erythrocyte fragmentation (P<0.001) and shrinking, and elevated the forward scatter (FSC) value (P<0.001) and calcium accumulation (P<0.001). MTE induced ROS production of erythrocytes under the high glucose condition (P<0.01) and consequently caused a rise in fragility (P<0.05). These results suggest that MTE induces cytotoxicity and aging in erythrocytes in a dose-dependent manner, and presents the possibility of impairment on cancer patients’ circulating erythrocytes when MTE is used as an anti-cancer adjuvant medicine.  相似文献
