中国野青茅属(禾本科)一些种类的修订(II)

在标本室研究和野外考察的基础上,对中国野青茅属Deyeuxia的一些种类进行了修订。归并了2个名称,即将Deyeuxia sikangensis Keng并入D. scabrescens (Griseb.) Munro ex Duthie作为异名; 将D. levipes Keng并入D. nivicola Hook. f. 作为异名。确认了D. dispar L. Liou和D. agrostioides L. Liou是两个未合格发表的名称,将前者归并于D. scabrescens,后者归并于D. diffusa Keng。

＂新农村学习型学校社区建设工程＂是一项由政府、大学与非政府组织、学校与社区、城市与农村共同参与的大型伙伴协作项目。该项目的实施采用了一种演化渐进的取向,参与各方对目标的诠释各有侧重。从变革实施的＂忠实观＂和＂调适观＂两种观点来看,该项目取得了一定的成效。今后同类项目的实施可考虑在学校领导、社会参与及评价方法等方面做出改进。     

Personality and Functional Specialty Preference of Prospective Counselor Educators

This study examined the personality needs of doctoral students in counselor education who preferred functional specialties as administrators or practitioners. The sample consisted of doctoral students in counselor education at 20 southern universities. Achievement, dominance, order, and social recognition needs, as measured by the Personality Research Form (PRF), were found to differentiate between the groups.     

Low-complexity multiplexer-based normal basis multiplier over GF(2m)

We present a new normal basis multiplication scheme using a multiplexer-based algorithm. In this algorithm, the proposed multiplier processes in parallel and has a multiplexer-based structure that uses MUX and XOR gates instead of AND and XOR gates. We show that our multiplier for type-1 and type-2 normal bases saves about 8% and 16%, respectively, in space complexity as compared to existing normal basis multipliers. Finally, the proposed architecture has regular and modular configurations and is well suited to VLSI implementations.

Autonomous optimal coordination scheme in protection system of power distribution network by using multi-agent concept

A protection system using a multi-agent concept for power distribution networks is pro- posed. Every digital over current relay(OCR) is developed as an agent by adding its own intelli- gence, self-tuning and communication ability. The main advantage of the multi-agent concept is that a group of agents work together to achieve a global goal which is beyond the ability of each individual agent. In order to cope with frequent changes in the network operation condition and faults, an OCR agent, proposed in this paper, is able to detect a fault or a change in the network and find its optimal parameters for protection in an autonomous manner considering information of the whole network obtained by communication between other agents.Through this kind of coordi- nation and information exchanges, not only a local but also a global protective scheme is com- pleted. Simulations in a simple distribution network show the effectiveness of the proposed protec- tion system.     

基于建构主义的韩中关系发展现状透视

中国和韩国都是东亚国家,双边关系互为两国最重要的双边关系之一。目前的韩中关系存在某些不容乐观的新状况,正处在一个战略转折点上,是回到良性发展的轨道,还是继续摩擦与对立,这需要引入新的视角和研究方法。对韩中关系在理论层次上进行抽象、概括、总结、分析,以建构主义国际关系理论来展开研究,可以说是一个恰当的选择。     

教师“职业高原期”的成因与迈向卓越教师的策略

从学者提出的卓越教师的特质结构与教师的“职业高原期”的成因与表现进行分析对比来看,二者有内在的相关性,即具备迎接挑战、适应变化的环境、具有抗逆能力、持续自我的反思的素质等,这是决定一个教师避免进入“职业高原期”或者面临“职业高原期”时在身心和正向发展方面积极努力并且迈向卓越的关键。     

Identifying an Educational Response to the Prevent Policy: Student Perspectives on Learning about Terrorism,Extremism and Radicalisation

School responses to the Prevent agenda have tended to focus primarily on ‘safeguarding’ approaches, which essentially perceive some young people as being ‘at risk’ and potentially as presenting a risk to others. In this article, we consider evidence from secondary school students who experienced a curriculum project on terrorism, extremism and radicalisation. We argue that a curriculum response which addresses the acquisition of knowledge can build students’ critical capacity for engagement with radicalisation through enhanced political literacy and media literacy. We further argue this represents a genuinely educational response to Prevent, as opposed to a more restrictive securitised approach.
