本文分析了需要在马克思主理论中的作用和地位,特别是需要随生产发展而发展.针对在社会主义市场经济过程中,需要发展出现的新特点,本文认为必须大力发展生产力,重视人的需要,促进人和社会全面进步.     

构建开放教育教材管理与服务新体系--"开放教育教材管理与服务"研究项目中期报告

远程开放教育是电大的发展方向，建立与之相适应的教材管理与服务体系是当务之急。教材管理与服务体系的建立要以学生及其学习为中心，实现方便、快捷、经济的全方位服务，保证教学质量。本文阐述了开放教育教材管理与服务项目研究的重要性和取得的成效，并就开放教育教材管理与服务体系提出了初步的设想。     

Consolidation behavior of cement- and lime/cement-mixed column foundations

The consolidation behavior of mixed in place cement- and lime/cement-mixed column was studied. Consolidation of the composite foundation was modeled as a three-dimensional axi-symmetric problem. The authors used the finite difference method to obtain the pore pressure variation with time at any location below the surface. A computer program developed by the authors was used to draw some interesting conclusions about the consolidation behaviors of cement- and lime/cement-mixed pile foundation. Finally, a combined model including the permeability coefficients of cement-mixed piles and soil, was studied and its feasibility was evaluated. 中国特色的教育技术学理论体系建设成为该学科最近关注的热点问题。运用Citespace信息可视化软件,以教育技术学CSSCI期刊9329篇来源文献（2000-2009）为数据,通过Citespace探索关键路径的PathFinder算法绘制教育技术学主干理论知识图谱以及EM聚类,在此基础上梳理并分析我国教育技术学主干理论演进的关键路径以及各发展阶段的特点,以期为更好地构建中国特色的教育技术学理论体系提供参考依据。     

基于视频的城市快速路交通流检测及车辆行为监控

提出一种针对城市快速路的视频监控系统,完成交通流及道路异常行为检测.流量检测模块对车辆进行实时跟踪获得各类交通流统计数据,实现快速路车辆运行状况的全面掌控.异常监控模块运用隐马尔科夫模型,对带有时间和空间信息的车辆轨迹进行训练,获得路径划分后对道路车辆轨迹进行参数匹配,提取诸如超低(高)速行驶、违章停车、违规掉头等异常...

女大学生创业的心理障碍分析——传统社会性别观念的影响

传统社会性别观念中存在的对女性价值的否定和贬低。使女大学生对创业形成了心理障碍,正确的分析和看待传统社会性别观念中对女性价值的负面评价,从创业培训课、创业绿色通道、女大学生心理素质训练营、二课堂活动、女性“四自”教育方面入手,为女大学生解除思想包袱,提供演练条件,提供配套服务,解除女大学生创业的心理障碍,鼓励和推动女大学生创业。     

种子干燥过程中收缩特性和复水特性的试验研究

生物材料干燥过程中会发生收缩现象．本对新鲜豌豆的收缩特性和复水特性进行了研究．比较了种皮对干燥曲线、收缩曲线、复水曲线和体积收缩系数的影响．研究表明，种皮不仅阻碍湿分由内向外运动也阻碍湿分由外向内运动．种子干燥过程中，干燥曲线与收缩曲线形状相似．热流密度越大，干燥速度越快，种子收缩也越快，同时种子也越容易破裂．在制作干燥方案时，考虑干燥速度的同时必须考虑种子的质量．     

Yangxueqingnao particles inhibit rat vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation induced by lysophosphatidic acid

Objective: To observe the effect of Yangxueqingnao particles on rat vascular smooth muscle cell (VSMC) proliferation induced by lysophosphatidic acid (LPA). Methods: The amount of3H-TdR (3H-thymidine) admixed in cultured rat VSMC was measured and mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) activity and lipid peroxidation end product malondialdehyde (MDA)content of the VSMC were assayed. Results: 1×10-9, 1×10-8, 1×10-7 mol/L LPA in a concentration dependent manner, induced the amount of 3H-TdR admixed, MAP kinase activity, and MDA content of the cultured rat VSMC to increase. However, 5%, 10%,and 15% Yangxueqingnao serum preincubation resulted in a decrease of 23.0%, 42.0%, and 52.0% (P＜0.01) respectively in the amount of 3H-TdR admixed, a decline in VSMC MAP kinase activity of 13.9% (P＜0.05), 29.6% (P＜0.01), and 48.9% (P＜0.01)respectively, and also, a decrease in MDA content of VSMC of 19.4%, 24.7%, and 43.2% (P＜0.01) respectively, in the 1×10-7mol/L LPA-treated VSMC. Conclusions: LPA activates the proliferation and lipid peroxidation of VSMC in a concentration dependent manner. The LPA-induced VSMC proliferation is related to the activity of MAP kinases, enzymes involved in an intracellular signalling pathway. The results of the present study showed that Yangxueqingnao particles can effectively inhibit LPA-induced VSMC proliferation, MAP kinase activation, and reduce lipid peroxidative lesion.
