加强高端技术技能型人才培养助力实现“职教梦”

高端技术技能型人才培养的探索需要站在哲学、社会、教育、科技、管理等高度上进行研究,把“德育为先”、文化素质教育、技能培养模式、高端技术技能型人才评价体系、校企合作模式作为重点研究,建立新型的高端技术技能型人才培养体系,实现高等职业教育的人才培养目标,助力实现“职教梦”。     

医学院校生物技术实验室建设的探索与实践

针对医学院校生物技术实验室建设特点,结合我校生物技术专业特色,探讨了医学院校生物技术实验室建设的背景和必要性,并对生物技术实验室建设进行了探索与实践,即加强医学生物技术实验室师资队伍建设、大力加强实验室基础设施建设、完善实验室各项规章制度,并简要论述了实验室建设所取得的成效。     

Transfer Between Community Colleges and 4-Year Colleges: The All-American Game

ABSTRACT

In this article, the authors introduce a novel way, using the metaphor of a baseball game, to evaluate and measure community college student progress for those whose stated goal is to transfer to a 4-year institution and, ultimately, earn a bachelor's degree. The proposed framework of “the Transfer Game” is an outgrowth of the Transfer and Retention of Urban Community College Students (TRUCCS) project, which is a longitudinal study of 5,000 community college students from the 9-campuses of the Los Angeles Community College District. The goal of the project is to explain how the “all-American game” provides a method to measure, comprehend, and visualize student progression, and identify the factors that predict both success and barriers. The framework provides a scholarly comparison of the all-American game of baseball to the All-American invention of the community college.

Preschool Teachers' Beliefs About Appropriate Early Literacy and Mathematics Education for Low- and Middle-Socioeconomic Status Children

This study explored preschool teachers' beliefs about the appropriateness of early literacy and mathematics education. In all, 60 teachers of 4-year-olds, half working with low-socioeconomic status (SES) children at publicly funded preschools and the other half with middle-SES children at private preschools, were randomly assigned to read either the mathematics or the literacy versions of written vignettes describing issues related to teaching these subjects. Teachers were interviewed individually concerning the vignettes. Analyses showed that teachers of middle-SES children tended to support literacy and mathematics education that respects individual children and their preferences and to oppose classroom use of computers; overall they emphasized nonacademic areas. Teachers of low-SES children tended to focus on literacy and mathematics to prepare children for kindergarten and to support computer use; they showed concern about their students' underdeveloped readiness to learn, particularly literacy. Analyses comparing subject matter showed that for literacy, teachers preferred to gear a curriculum toward children's interests and to allow children to follow their interests in a literacy-rich classroom to promote social competence and positive dispositions toward literacy. For mathematics, teachers preferred to embed mathematics into everyday routines to promote the learning of key knowledge and skills throughout the day. These findings have significant implications for professional development.     

《瓦尔登湖》的内蕴与基督教的精神向度

“死亡”与“救赎”是基督教文化的核心观念,而梭罗的散文代表作《瓦尔登湖》正表现出了强烈的死亡意识和救赎意识,并由此奠定了《瓦尔登湖》的精神结构与话语系统。对死亡的关注和罪恶的反思,是梭罗的基督教文化精神的充分体现,而其深广与执着的救赎意识更是将这种文化精神推向了极致。     

《扬州画舫录》作者李斗的行旅活动与文学创作

清中叶著名笔记作家、诗人和戏曲家李斗,通过行旅以布衣身份结交了六十多位诗文作家、书画艺术家、说唱艺人和影响文坛的显宦、富商。李斗的行旅不仅激发了其文学创作的热情,使其跻身文坛,而且对其笔记、诗词和戏曲等不同文体的文学创作、演出产生了直接的影响。李斗的笔记《扬州画舫录》广泛记载了其游历扬州的见闻,兼具史学和文学的双重价值;其诗集《永报堂诗集》和词集《艾堂乐府》以行旅纪实为经,以写景、赠答、咏史为纬,真实记录了其行旅与交游的经历与感受,具有典型的游记文学性质;其戏曲作品《岁星记》、《奇酸记》传奇亦是其行旅与文学交游的产物,在清代戏曲文化史和昆曲演出史上具有一定的研究价值。     

高透明性超支化聚酰亚胺液晶取向膜

用4种二酐与1种四胺单体聚合制备了4种超支化聚酰胺酸,特性粘度在0.15-0.95dl/g之间,具有良好的成膜性.酰亚胺化后得到4种超支化聚酰亚胺（HBPI）,被用作液晶取向膜,具有良好的液晶取向性能,预倾角均在2.以上.紫外-可见光光谱表明HBPI薄膜具有良好的透光性,在400nm处透光率最低仍达90％以上.热重分析表明4种HBPI均具有良的热稳定性,T5最高可达362℃,T1o都在390℃以上.玻璃化转变温度（Tg）均在175℃以上.     

城市街道景观文化评价体系构建

城市街道景观是营造城市景观个性,体现城市地域文化氛围的基石.运用SD法和AHP法对城市街道景观文化进行评价,首先需要运用SD法对评价对象和因子进行遴选,建立评价样本和评价标尺,按照从单一街道到单一街区再到整个城市的路径对景观文化空间结构进行评价,寻找街道景观文化的特色与问题.其次是通过AHP法计算出景观文化象征结构内部各要素间的彼此重要度,从而建立城市街道景观文化健康的评估标准.     

新时期大学生“逃课族”群体表征调查分析——以安徽工程大学为例

大学生“逃课族”现象日益加剧,严重冲击着高校现有的和谐教学秩序,危害着大学生综合素养和专业技能的培养。结合大学生教育管理工作实际,通过调查“逃课族”群体现状,分析其产生的深层原因,从服务态度、管理制度、人格培养等方面提出教育建议。
