让每一个学生获得成功的机会——教育均衡内涵发展的综合路径探析

当前,在实现义务教育阶段优质教育资源均衡分配的基础上,人们正将目光逐渐聚焦于学校的内涵发展,致力于让每一个学生获得成功的机会。本文在分析导致学生间不公平的深层机制的基础上,从家庭教育、学校教育、社会教育、学前教育等多方面综合切入,寻求共同应对的联动机制,为构建一个全方位的教育基本公共服务体系提供参考。     

Distributed optimization with closed convex set for multi-agent networks over directed graphs

In this paper, a distributed projection algorithm based on the subgradient method is presented to solve the distributed optimization problem with a constrained set over a directed multi-agent network, where the designed protocol is scaled by the left eigenvector associated with the weighted adjacency matrix. By using the property of the projection operation and nonnegative almost supermartingales, we give the convergence analysis of our algorithm and show that the optimal solution is the ultimate consensus state of all agents to be reached. A numerical simulation for a specific optimization problem is given to verify the effectiveness of our algorithm.     

Effective delivery of therapeutic interventions: findings from four site visits

This project follows a survey into the role of UK educational psychologists (EPs) in delivering therapeutic interventions to children and young people. Four educational psychology services (EPSs) that identified themselves as providing effective therapeutic practice were selected on the basis of their qualitative responses to the survey. Site visits included analysis of service documentation, an interview with the Principal Educational Psychologist (PEP) and focus groups with EPs and with stakeholders, multi-agency partners and commissioners of EPSs. Thematic analysis yielded a number of key themes. Those relating to how the service context can support the delivery of therapeutic interventions included: contracting and promoting; leadership; opportunities to practice; supervision; time and resources; and training.     

The effects of taste extinction on ingestional potentiation in weanling rats

Four experiments investigated taste potentiation in weanling rats. In Experiment 1, the animals that drank a conditioning compound of denatonium and saccharin consumed significantly less on the test than controls that drank only saccharin during conditioning. This enhanced saccharin aversion was decremented by postconditioning extinction to denatonium in Experiment 2, and no generalization of saccharin aversions to the denatonium was observed in Experiment 3. Extinction of either saccharin or denatonium aversions after compound conditioning was shown in Experiment 4 to result in substantial decrements in aversions to the compound. The relationship of these outcomes to a multiple-association account of potentiation and to the role of discrimination processes in ingestional learning is discussed.

“国培计划”——贵州省农村中小学骨干教师置换脱产研修培训情况的调查与研究——以贵州师范大学生物培训班为例

2011年是"国培计划"承上启下的关键一年,为了认真总结(2010)、(2011)"国培计划"的经验和不足,在坚持改革创新的前提下,随时确保培训项目的质量,使培训取得更大的实效。本文就(2010)、(2011)培训满意度及其培训效果进行了调查和研究,希望为"国培计划"承办机构及其参与者提供有价值的参考。     

农村初中化学新课程教学的探索与实践

本文就农村初中化学新课程教学面对的困难,以及怎样克服困难有效实施并推进新课程教学可以采取的措施进行了阐述。     

Preparation of poly (methyl methacrylate)/nanometer calcium carbonate composite by in-situ emulsion polymerization

Methyl methacrylate (MMA) emulsion polymerization in the presence of nanometer calcium carbonate (nano-CaCO3) surface modified with (-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane (MPTMS) was carried out to prepare poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA)/nano-CaCO3 composite. The reaction between nano-CaCO3 and MPTMS, and the grafting of PMMA onto nano-CaCO3 were confirmed by infrared spectrum. The grafting ratio and grafting efficiency of PMMA on nano-CaCO3 modified with MPTMS were much higher than that on nano-CaCO3 modified with stearic acid. The grafting ratio of PMMA increased as the weight ratio between MMA and nano-CaCO3 increased, while the grafting efficiency of PMMA decreased. Transmission electron micrograph showed that nano-CaCO3 covered with PMMA was formed by in-situ emulsion polymerization.     

Promoting national identity through higher education and graduate employment: reality in the responses and implementation of government policy in China

ABSTRACT

In the last decade, the Chinese government has called for deep collaboration between Hong Kong, Macau (the two special administrative regions of China) and cities in Southern part of the country to foster economic and social development across the region. More recently, the Chinese government initiated a strategic project to develop the Pan-Pearl River Delta region into a Greater Bay Area like successful bay economies in Tokyo and Florida. This article sets out against the wider policy context to critically examine the reality in the responses and implementation of government policy in China when serious attempts have been made to encourage students originally from Hong Kong and Macau to study in Chinese universities in the Mainland and look for career development upon their graduation. This article has found that the promotion of national identity through higher education and graduate employment has not been successful because of failure of policy coordination, policy interpretations and implementation.
