地方工科院校实验教学改革探析

实验教学是地方工科院校人才培养的重要途径,进行实验教学改革是推动地方工科院校人才培养模式转变的必由之路。本文从分析地方工科院校的现状入手,针对一些地方工科院校的实际情况,提出了完善实验教学的管理体制;拓宽实验教学改革的途径,优化实验教学资源;革新实验教学的方法和手段,体现实验教学“以人为本”的思想;提高实验队伍整体素质,促进实验教学的可持续发展等实验教学改革的途径。     

Transformation for adults in an Internet‐based learning environment—is it necessary to be self‐directed?

This research explores the relationships between self‐directed learning readiness and transformative learning theory (TLT) reflected by the Constructivist Internet‐based Learning Environment Scale (CILES). A questionnaire survey about adult learner's perceptions of Internet‐based learning was administered to adults enrolled in classes in community colleges in Taiwan. A total of 593 valid questionnaires were used for the structural equation modeling analysis. The findings confirmed a second‐order hierarchical factor relationship of TLT (technical, dialectical and emancipatory learning interests) from CILES. Moreover, the three domains of learning interests of transformative learning were proved to have a developmental relationship, moderated by the readiness of self‐directed learning for adult learners in Internet‐based learning.     

多媒体辅助教学在化学实验教学中的应用

在高校化学实验中应用多媒体技术辅助实验教学,不仅可以活跃课堂,让每一个学生直观地观察到实验的每处细节,将原本枯燥、抽象的实验演示转变为细致、丰富的动态演示,还能充分地向学生展示出化学实验的魅力,激发他们对实验的兴趣。     

“多方当事人调解诊所课程”的调研报告

文章将"多方当事人调解诊所课程"作为调查研究的对象,通过对该课程的授课内容与方式、课堂特点、考核方式等方面的观察与记录,从课程定位、课堂构成、师生功能三个方面对该课程进行了分析并得出了相关结论,以期能为我国法学教育教学态度、目标、方式、手段等方面的研究与切实改善提供有益的参考。     

Do race,neglect, and childhood poverty predict physical health in adulthood? A multilevel prospective analysis

Childhood neglect and poverty often co-occur and both have been linked to poor physical health outcomes. In addition, Blacks have higher rates of childhood poverty and tend to have worse health than Whites. This paper examines the unique and interacting effects of childhood neglect, race, and family and neighborhood poverty on adult physical health outcomes. This prospective cohort design study uses a sample (N = 675) of court-substantiated cases of childhood neglect and matched controls followed into adulthood (M_age = 41). Health indicators (C-Reactive Protein [CRP], hypertension, and pulmonary functioning) were assessed through blood collection and measurements by a registered nurse. Data were analyzed using hierarchical linear models to control for clustering of participants in childhood neighborhoods. Main effects showed that growing up Black predicted CRP and hypertension elevations, despite controlling for neglect and childhood family and neighborhood poverty and their interactions. Multivariate results showed that race and childhood adversities interacted to predict adult health outcomes. Childhood family poverty predicted increased risk for hypertension for Blacks, not Whites. In contrast, among Whites, childhood neglect predicted elevated CRP. Childhood neighborhood poverty interacted with childhood family poverty to predict pulmonary functioning in adulthood. Gender differences in health indicators were also observed. The effects of childhood neglect, childhood poverty, and growing up Black in the United States are manifest in physical health outcomes assessed 30 years later. Implications are discussed.     

以项目为载体所设计的综合化情境在高职广告策划教学的实践初探

广告策划是浙江旅游职业学院营销与策划专业中一门核心课程,旨在培养学生实际的广告策划与设计能力,具有较强的应用性特征;但是在当前的高职教学中,这种应用性的特征却没有得到突出的重视,学生的实践能力还是有很大欠缺。项目为载体教学法作为一种全新的教学模式和方法,尤其适用于这门课程中,对提高课程教学质量和学生的应用能力都有着突出的功效。文章结合教学实践,就项目教学法在高职营销与策划专业中广告策划课程教学中的具体应用,进行了初步的实践探索。

现在4S店的人力资源管理上存在许多缺陷,导致售前服务素质难以达到顾客满意程度,售中服务办事效率低下,售后服务更给消费者带来种种问题。而这些问题不单单是企业职员的问题,更与管理者有直接的关联,如何改善现状,成为一个合格的管理者,我们可以从三国时期善用人的刘备身上找寻灵感。     

马占相思的树干解析

为研究马占相思在早期的生长规律,为其保护、培育和指导规模化生产提供理论依据,以福建漳浦中西国有林场15 a生马占相思为研究对象,通过树干解析,求出树高、胸径、材积与年龄之间的关系曲线。结果表明：15 a生的马占相思在早期生长中生长速度较为恒定,干形削尖。研究结果可用于指导马占相思的规模化生产。
