朱子学与阳明学及其现代意义

通过对狭义朱子学与阳明学的发生、发展及其基本内涵的阐释,揭示朱子学与阳明学的现代意义。朱子学说最重要的部分是“格物致知”的理论,其明显的特色是极力为人求取事物的知识的活动确立一个地位。“心即理”、“致良知”是阳明学说的主要哲学命题,“知行合一”则是其思想的一个重要特色。朱子学强调读书学习的性格,为现代“学习型社会”与“终身教育”提供了很好的指导;对于大学的“通识教育”,朱子的思想是孔子之外最重要的思想资源;朱子学提倡“主敬”所代表的自我约束、严肃认真、勤勉专一的工作态度,对于保持东亚社会积极的工作伦理,仍能提供重要的资源。阳明学强调实践,体现于王阳明一贯提倡的“知行合一”,“住事上磨练”,这样的哲学精神合于19世纪以来实践哲学的发展,与近代哲学是相通的;王阳明关于“万物一体”的观念,对于人类的和平发展,以及生态和环保也可提供一种伦理的支持,具有普世价值。     

“做中学”教师培训对教师教学观的影响

本研究采用高凌庵等人设计的《教师教学观调查问卷》,分别对参与和未参与做中学教师培训的76位小学和幼儿园教师进行问卷调查,结果表明参与做中学培训的教师比未参与做中学教师培训的教师更倾向于采取互动发展式的教学方式,且小学教师比幼儿园教师更多地采用了互动发展式教学。这说明做中学培训项目对教师教学观产生了重要影响,采用不同的培训方式可能会促使教师形成不同的教学观。     

学习科学与教育政策——2011计算机支持的协作学习国际会议回顾

2011计算机支持的协作学习国际会议于2011年7月在香港举行。此次会议的主题是计算机支持协作学习的研究与教育政策和实践的链接,旨在促进CSCL研究对各级正规和非正规教育领域的政策和实践带来新启示。会议集中了全球学习科学、教育技术与协作学习领域的前沿科学家,是一次有关学习科学的盛会。除了在香港的研讨会,本次会议还增设了在广州、上海和北京的连锁会,因此在大陆也吸引了不少学者参与。作为2011CSCL会议的前奏,主办方在香港举行了一个小型的全球教育政策论坛,20位成员之中,一半是前沿的学习科学研究人员,另一半则是各国际机构的教育政策领军人物,他们就教育的微观与宏观研究,做了别开生面的对话。我们相信,有关学习科学的研究,必将成为教育领域的基础研究。     

面向学生专业创新能力培养的交通设计课程教学改革探索

车联网、无人驾驶等交通领域的科技创新大量涌现,这在一定程度上对交通运输专业学生的专业创新能力培养提出一定的挑战,也创造了一定的机遇。文章以提升学生专业创新能力为目标,通过对学生创新情况的抽样调查和分析,以“交通工程设施设计”课程为例,从教学内容和教学方法两方面进行教学改革探索和实践,以期为新时代背景下的交通设计类课程教学改革提供参考与借鉴。     

Historical Evolution of the Field View and Textbook Accounts

We analyzed how two basic electromagnetism textooks approach the concept of electric field. We limited our study to the reasons given in these textbooks for the introduction of the field representation and to how accurate, coherent, and complete these reasons are. Because many times historical reasons are intertwined with textbooks' explanations of physical phenomena, we used the historical evolution of the field representation to guide our analysis. The analysis shows that one textbook mixes up the historical and pedagogical reasons for the introduction of the concept of field. The other one presents a sketch that might lead students to understand the field and the action-at-a-distance views as supplementing each other.

随着GIS的发展和广泛应用，越来越多的单位选择了ESRI AreGIS的技术路线，开始采用AreSDE作为其数据管理平台．这些单位在更换数据管理平台时需要把现有数据迁移或转换到AreSDE中，同时应用系统需要进行部分的修改或在新平台下重新开发，然而很多设计部门仍然使用AutoCAD设计，他们在报建审批时提供的设计图形仍然是DWG／DXF格式的电子数据，为此需要解决AutoCAD和ArcSDE的数据动态交换问题．     

Information and communication technology (ICT) in secondary schools: the role of the computer coordinator

A study was conducted in 2002 to evaluate the use of information and communication technology (ICT) in 21 secondary schools in one region of New Zealand. As part of the study, the role of the ICT coordinator was investigated. All the ICT coordinators were surveyed and 14 of them were interviewed in‐depth. It is found that they were all well‐equipped to take up a significant leadership role in their schools and some of them have already demonstrated visible leadership. This paper also identifies some obstacles that have reduced their effective leadership in ICT use in their schools.     

Globalization as Both Threat and Opportunity for the Hong Kong Teaching Profession

The paper examines the roles of theHong Kong government, schools and teachers inthe translation of global economic imperativesinto demands on education, and how suchtranslation affects the teaching profession.Two global imperatives are selected forillustration because of their peculiarforegrounding by the Hong Kong government:international (English) language proficiencyand competence in information technology. Thepaper argues that preparation for economicglobalization not only poses a threat, but alsocreates an opportunity for the development ofthe teaching profession, and that this dependsto a large extent on how the governmenttranslates these global imperatives intodemands on teachers. The government is theprincipal actor in the selection andtranslation of global imperatives. Schools arenot just brokers and enforcers of governmentpolicy, but can be an important buffer betweenthe government and teachers by helping themcope with the imposed imperatives at the schoollevel. Teachers can be key players in acceptingor rejecting such imperatives. Governmentstrategies that are insensitive to teachers'needs and practical concerns create moreproblems than solutions.
