结外非霍奇金氏淋巴瘤18例临床分析和CHOP方案疗效观察

目的 :分析结外非霍奇金氏淋巴瘤 (NHL)的临床特征 ,误诊原因 ,CHOP方案疗效和预后分析 .方法 :回顾性分析 1994年到 2 0 0 0年收治的 18例结外NHL患者 .结果 :18例结外NHL患者临床表现差异大 ,缺乏特征性表现 ,易误诊为受侵犯部位的常见病 .病理上有多种类型 .免疫组化检查 :鼻咽部NHL多为T细胞性 ,胃肠道NHL则多为B细胞性 .CHOP方案对Ⅰ期患者和中低度恶性淋巴瘤疗效较好 .结外NHL的预后与临床分期 ,病理分型 ,PS状态 ,LDH酶水平等有关 .结论 :反复活检和免疫组化有利于本病的确诊 ,CHOP方案的疗效与临床分期 ,病理分型有关 .结外NHL的临床特征与预后有关     

Fundamental research on the size and velocity measurements of coal powder by trajectory imaging

A trajectory imaging based method for measuring the velocity and diameter of coal particles was presented. By using an industrial charge-coupled device (CCD) camera and a low power semiconductor laser, the images of coal particles under relatively long exposure time were recorded and then processed to yield both the velocities and sizes. Fundamental research on this method with special attention to recording parameters, e.g., magnification factor and exposure time, was carried out. For most of the test cases, the results agree with those obtained by particle image velocimetry (PIV) and shadow imaging method. Measurements with good accuracy can be obtained when the imaging magnification factor and exposure time are set appropriately, making N be larger than 3.5, and R between 5–7, where N and R are the number of pixels occupied by the average width and the ratio of length to width of particle trajectory on the image, respectively. The work indicates the feasibility and potential application of the present measurement method for online measurement of coal powder in pipes in industrial power plants.

10-Bit single-slope ADC with error calibration for TDI CMOS image sensor

A 10-bit single-slope analog-to-digital converter (ADC) for time-delay-integration CMOS image sensor was proposed. A programmable ramp generator was applied to accomplish the error calibration and improve the linearity. The ADC was fabricated in a 180 nm 1P4M CMOS process. Experimental results indicate that the differential nonlinearity and integral nonlinearity were 0.51/-0.53 LSB and 0.63/-0.71 LSB, respectively. The sampling rate of the ADC was 32 kHz.     

20 MHz switched-current sample-and-hold circuit with low charge injection

A switched-current sample-and-hold circuit with low charge injection was proposed. To obtain low noise and charge injection, the zero-voltage switching was used to remove the signal-dependent charge injection, and the signal-independent charge injection was reduced by removing the feed-through voltage from the input port of the memory transistor directly. This current sample-and-hold circuit was implemented using CMOS 180 nm 1.8 V technology. For a 0.8 MHz sinusoidal signal input, the simulated signal-to-noise and distortion ratio and total harmonic distortion were improved from 53.74 dB and -51.24 dB to 56.53 dB and -54.36 dB at the sampling rate of 20 MHz respectively, with accuracy of 9.01 bit and power consumption of 0.44 mW.     

Exploring strategic public relations management in China: current state and challenges

ABSTRACT

Applying four generic principles that are most relevant to strategic public relations management, this study examines the extent to which public relations is strategically managed in China. Public relations practitioners from four types of organizations participated an online survey (N?=?92) and an interview (N?=?20). It was found that public relations mainly contributes to routine operations rather than strategic policy-making. While typically given a direct reporting line with top management, public relations departments are not trusted to handle government relations and are considered inferior to the marketing department. Practitioners in the survey indicated the use of all four models to various degree in their organizations, despite that interviews revealed the difficulty to implement symmetrical communication model as compared to the other three models. In addition, practitioners were more proficient in fulfilling technician roles than managerial roles.

A quantum chemistry study on reaction mechanisms of SO2 with O3 and H2O2

Reaction mechanisms of SO2 with O3 and H2O2 were investigated using quantum chemistry ab initio methods. Structures of all reactants, products, and transition states were optimized at the B3LYP/6-311G＋（3df,2p） level, and energy calculations were made at the G2M level. SO2 reactions with O3 and H2O2 occurred by O-abstraction and OH-abstraction by SO2, respectively, at length forming SO3＋O2 （3Eg） and H2SO4. For SO2＋O3 reactions the barrier height was predicted to be 9.68 kcal/mol with a rate constant of 3.61 × 10^-23 cm^3/（molecule.s） at 300 K, which is below the experimental upper limit. The rate constant predicted for this reaction accords well with the one provided by National Institute for Standards and Technology （NIST） in 250-500 K. For SO2＋H2O2 reactions the barrier height was predicted to be 62.39 kcal/mol with a rate constant of 2.48× 10^-61 cm^3/（molecule.s） at 300 K.     

Emission and drying kinetics of paper mill sludge during contact drying process

The emission and contact drying kinetics of the paper mill sludge （PMS） were studied through experiments carried out in a paddle dryer. To get a better understanding of its drying mechanism, a penetration model developed by Tsotsas and Schlünder （1986） was used to simulate the drying kinetics of the PMS. The result indicated that this kinetics could be divided into three phases： pasty, lumpy and granular phases, and could be successfully simulated by the penetration model as the related sludge parameters were integrated into the model. The emission rate curves of the volatile compounds （VCs） were interrelated to the drying rate curve of the PMS, especially for volatile fatty acids （VFAs） and ammonia in this study.
