电子商务环境下企业的知识产权管理

电子商务环境下,企业的知识产权管理呈现新的特色。文章首先分析了电子商务环境下企业知识产权管理中存在的问题,接着分析了它的新特点,最后从政府和企业两个角度提出了几点策略,以提高企业的自主创新能力,提升企业的竞争力,实现长久的发展。     

Troponin T and Heart Type Fatty Acid Binding Protein (h-Fabp) as Biomarkers in Patients Presenting with Chest Pain

Acute coronary syndrome (ACS) is a term for a range of clinical signs and symptoms suggestive of myocardial ischemia. It results in functional and structural changes and ultimately releasing protein from injured cardiomyocytes. These cardiac markers play a major role in diagnosis and prognosis of ACS. This study aims to assess the efficacy of heart type fatty acid binding protein (h-FABP) as a marker for ACS along with the routinely used hs-TropT. In our observational study, plasma h-FABP (cut-off 6.32 ng/ml) and routinely done hs-Trop T (cutoff 0.1 and 0.014 ng/ml) were estimated by immunometric laboratory assays in 88 patients with acute chest pain. Based on the clinical and laboratory test findings the patients were grouped into ACS (n = 41) and non-ACS (n = 47). The diagnostic sensitivity, specificity, NPV, PPV and ROC curve at 95 % CI were determined. Sensitivity of hs-TropT (0.1 ng/ml), hs-TropT (0.014 ng/ml) and h-FABP were 53, 86 and 78 % respectively and specificity for the same were 98, 73 and 70 % respectively. Sensitivity, specificity and NPV calculated for a cut-off combination of hs-TropT 0.014 ng/ml and h-FABP was 100, 51 and 100 % respectively. These results were substantiated by ROC analysis. Measurement of plasma h-FABP and hs-TropT together on admission appears to be more precise predictor of ACS rather than either hs-Trop T or h-FABP.

An information push-delivery system design for personal information service on the Internet

As Web-related techniques and equipment grow, the Internet has become popular as a major channel for providing a wide variety of information. However, users face the serious problem of information overload when acquiring increasing amounts of information from the Internet. This problem is one of the most important issues in providing information services to meet users’ requirements in an electronic commerce environment. In this paper, we propose an information push-delivery system, which applies fuzzy information retrieval and fuzzy similarity measurement to avoid the information overload problem. This proposed system is helpful for users to acquire suitable information from the Internet. An empirical investigation of the proposed system is implemented in this study. The results show that the degree of satisfaction for the received information for all participants was as high as 71%, indicating that the proposed system can effectively provide correct and interesting information for users.     

促销与商业欺诈

商业欺诈就是发生在交易活动过程中,违背诚实信用原则,以牟取利益为目的,以欺骗为手段的不正当竞争行为。在促销中的商业欺诈更是具有较大的迷惑性。然而从商业欺诈的概念、构成要件和特点来看,我国商业促销中存在的商业欺诈行为形式各样。针对这一现状,防范促销性的商业欺诈应从国家、经营者、消费者三个方面着手考虑,以此规范市场秩序,促进和谐社会的建立。     

中华传统文化中的创新因素与第四代管理学

中华传统文化与西方文化之别已经逐渐地不再被视为是古今之别、旧新之别，而是类型之别。基于四个自信，深入发掘中华传统文化中的创新因素，对于探寻有中国特色的现代化道路，对于帮助吸纳了更多东方智慧的第四代管理学的建立，都具有重要意义。该文即从传统思维方式、传统理念与信仰、传统组织与制度、传统器物与科技等方面分析和发掘了中华传统文化中的创新因素和创新价值。在思维方式方面，中华传统思维方式引领着中国走向共建“人类命运共同体”的治理创新，走向“开放式全面创新”的中国特色自主创新道路；在理念和信仰方面，中华传统的人性论和人格境界说，可以对当代西方的管理理论和领导力理论带来突破和升华；在组织与制度方面，中华传统制度模式深刻地塑造了今日中国企业独特的“家庭、军队、学校”三位一体的组织发展定位，以及“效率、创新、幸福”三位一体的发展目标；在器物与科技方面，中华传统器物与科技对今日中国的文化创意产业乃至科技产业的发展都提供了许多创新要素。     

数字经济下内外网络均衡对中国海外并购质量的影响——复杂知识缺口弥合效果的视角

本文基于2001-2016年的146起中国制造业上市公司海外并购样本的事件研究与大数据Bootstrap重复抽样检验，得出结论，内外网络均衡对中国企业海外并购后国内创新质量和国际创新质量均产生正向影响，且对国内创新质量的促进作用高于国际创新质量；母国和东道国的数字化水平对网络均衡与中国企业海外并购后国内和国际创新质量的关系也均具有显著的正向调节作用；按照母国与东道国数字鸿沟分组检验结果发现，数字鸿沟小时，并购方网络均衡与东道国数字化水平的交互作用更能提升中国企业海外并购后创新质量；进一步按照目标方知识复杂度高低进行分组检验，发现目标方知识复杂度高时，网络均衡与数字化的交互作用对提升中国企业海外并购后国内创新质量与国际创新质量的作用都高于知识复杂度低时。本文阐释数字经济中新兴市场跨国企业构建内外均衡网络兑现全球性创新优势的全新机制，在数字化加剧服务与制造分离的情景下，对中国制造业企业运用内外均衡网络，海外寻求复杂性强的隐性知识，加速中国消费端数字化向工业互联网资源的配置转移，利用数字化强外部性整合工业产业创新资源走向世界创新中心，具有重要价值。

货币政策、制度环境与企业投资结构

基于我国企业投资的配置结构的视角,研究了货币政策对微观企业投资行为的影响,阐释了制度环境如何影响宏观货币政策对微观企业行为的传导机制。研究结果发现,紧缩货币政策对企业的固定资产投资和研发投资都具有明显的抑制作用,但对企业的长期股权投资的抑制作用却不明显。同时,针对多个不同制度环境因素,政府干预水平与过度投资呈正相关关系,而金融发展水平和法制化水平与过度投资呈负相关关系,表明地方政府干预程度越高企业越容易出现过度投资的行为,而地方的金融发展水平和法制化水平越高能有效的抑制企业过度投资。     

Liquid–Liquid Extraction and Solid Phase Extraction for Urinary Organic Acids: A Comparative Study from a Resource Constraint Setting

Pre analytical process of extraction for accurate detection of organic acids is a crucial step in diagnosis of organic acidemias by GCMS analysis. This process is accomplished either by solid phase extraction (SPE) or by liquid–liquid extraction (LLE). Both extraction procedures are used in different metabolic laboratories all over the world. In this study we compared these two extraction procedures in respect of precision, accuracy, percent recovery of metabolites, number of metabolites isolated, time and cost in a resource constraint setup. We observed that the mean recovery from SPE was 84.1 % and by LLE it was 77.4 % (p value <0.05). Moreover, the average number of metabolites isolated by SPE and LLE was 161.8 ± 18.6 and 140.1 ± 20.4 respectively. The processing cost of LLE was economical. In a cost constraint setting using LLE may be the practical option if used for organic acid analysis.
