高校本科生科研的意义、现状与措施

从教学过程、人才培养、科研成果三个角度阐述了本科生科研的意义,并对我国目前高校本科生科研情况作了调查与分析,在此基础上,提出了本列生科研的保障措施。     

团队知识扩散的行为难题与组织学习的内在逻辑

通过对团队知识扩散相关表征的界定,确定了复杂环境下团队知识共享与整合的基本认知。与此同时,对知识扩散行为难题的剖析,引出组织学习是影响其有效配置的内在动力。在此基础上,从学习能力、学习平台、学习效用以及学习氛围等方面充实了团队知识扩散的相关思路。     

Unique-order interpolative coding for fast querying and space-efficient indexing in information retrieval systems

This paper presents a size reduction method for the inverted file, the most suitable indexing structure for an information retrieval system (IRS). We notice that in an inverted file the document identifiers for a given word are usually clustered. While this clustering property can be used in reducing the size of the inverted file, good compression as well as fast decompression must both be available. In this paper, we present a method that can facilitate coding and decoding processes for interpolative coding using recursion elimination and loop unwinding. We call this method the unique-order interpolative coding. It can calculate the lower and upper bounds of every document identifier for a binary code without using a recursive process, hence the decompression time can be greatly reduced. Moreover, it also can exploit document identifier clustering to compress the inverted file efficiently. Compared with the other well-known compression methods, our method provides fast decoding speed and excellent compression. This method can also be used to support a self-indexing strategy. Therefore our research work in this paper provides a feasible way to build a fast and space-economical IRS.     

关于我国教育投入研究:总量、结构及地区差异

研究表明,我国财政性教育投入总量1978年前发展缓慢,波幅较大,1978年后持续快速发展。通过岭回归和面板数据回归分析,发现教育投入受到GDP、财政收入、财政支出、居民储蓄存款余额影响较大,教育投入总额增长更得益于财政支出的增长。教育投入在结构上呈现"三升三降"的特点。教育投入在省际存在重大差异,特别是财政性教育经费占GDP比重,最高省份是最低省份的3·7倍多。     

基于BERT嵌入BiLSTM-CRF模型的中文专业术语抽取研究

专业术语的识别与自动抽取对于提升专业信息检索精度,构建领域知识图谱发挥着重要基础性作用。为进一步提升中文专业术语识别的精确率和召回率,提出一种端到端的不依赖人工特征选择和领域知识,基于谷歌BERT预训练语言模型及中文预训练字嵌入向量,融合BiLSTM和CRF的中文专业术语抽取模型。以自建的1278条深度学习语料数据为实验对象,该模型对术语提取的F1值为92.96%,相对于传统的浅层机器学习模型(如左右熵与互信息算法、word2vec相似词算法等)和BiLSTM-CRF深度神经网络模型的性能有较为显著的提升。本文也给出了模型应用的具体流程,能够为中文专业术语库的构建提供实践指南。     

国家图书馆所藏俄罗斯赠清政府图书

1844-1845年中俄两国互赠图书是历史上中俄两国第一次政府间的图书交流.但当时俄罗斯赠清政府图书在之后漫长的岁月中流向何处?本文即根据诸多史料辨识所赠图书的历史沿革,列举国家图书馆所藏俄罗斯赠书书目,以期进一步挖掘其历史价值.

一、物理试卷综述 1 通读2007年北京高考理综物理试题,我们欣喜地看到,命题人在今年的命题设计中,做到了三贴近(贴近时代、贴近社会、贴近学生的生活),坚持了三个有利的原则,即"有利于高校选拔有学习潜能的新生,有利于中学推行素质教育,有利于扩大高校办学自主权"的命题原则,在考题立意上强调注重学生的素质与能力的考查,真正体现了"以能力测试为主导,考查考生对所学相关课程基础知识,基本技能的掌握程度和综合运用所学知识分析、解决实际问题的能力"的理科综合命题指导思想,试题注重对学生科学素养的考查,关注科学技术与社会经济的发展和环保(STSE),有利于激发学生学习科学的兴趣,形成科学的价值观和养成实事求是的科学态度.     

Scaling behavior of nucleotide cluster in DNA sequences

In this paper we study the scaling behavior of nucleotide cluster in 11 chromosomes of Encephalitozoon cuniculi Genome. The statistical distribution of nucleotide clusters for 11 chromosomes is characterized by the scaling behavior of P（S） ∝ e^-αs＇ where S represents nucleotide cluster size. The cluster-size distribution P（S1＋S2） with the total size of sequential C-G cluster and A-T cluster S1＋S2 were also studied. P（S1＋S2） follows exponential decay. There does not exist the case of large C-G cluster following large A-T cluster or large A-T cluster following large C-G cluster. We also discuss the relatively random walk length function L（n） and the local compositional complexity of nucleotide sequences based on a new model. These investigations may provide some insight into nucleotide cluster of DNA sequence.

加强大学生创业教育不仅是拓展毕业生就业渠道,促进大学生就业的重要途径,而且是建设创业型大学,培养创新人才的重要战略任务。建设创业型大学、加强创业教育是时代的呼唤。加强创业教育必须转变观念,加强领导;加强教育理论研究,构建创业教育体系;创造条件,大力开展实践活动。
