Solid-state intramolecular motions in continuous fibers driven by ambient humidity for fluorescent sensors

One striking feature of molecular rotors is their ability to change conformation with detectable optical signals through molecular motion when stimulated. However, due to the strong intermolecular interactions, synthetic molecular rotors have often relied on fluid environments. Here, we take advantage of the solid-state intramolecular motion of aggregation-induced emission (AIE) molecular rotors and one-dimensional fibers, developing highly sensitive optical fiber sensors that respond to ambient humidity rapidly and reversibly with observable chromatic fluorescence change. Moisture environments induce the swelling of the polymer fibers, activating intramolecular motions of AIE molecules to result in red-shifted fluorescence and linear response to ambient humidity. In this case, polymer fiber provides a process-friendly architecture and a physically tunable medium for the embedded AIE molecules to manipulate their fluorescence response characteristics. Assembly of sensor fibers could be built into hierarchical structures, which are adaptive to diverse-configuration for spatial-temporal humidity mapping, and suitable for device integration to build light-emitting sensors as well as touchless positioning interfaces for intelligence systems.     

全国高校图书馆专业干部进修工作座谈会在南京召开

<正> 7月7日至10日,全国高校图书馆工作委员会秘书处在南京召开了全国高校图书馆专业干部进修工作座谈会.华东师大、北京师大、东北师大、南开大学、南京大学、兰州大学、大连工学院、武汉大学、上海大学文学院、安徽大学、山东大学、西南师范学院、南京工学院、湘潭大学以及河南、江苏两省高校图书馆工作(协作)委员会秘书处的同志参加了会议.一九八二年八月教育部转发《关于举办高等学校图书馆专业干部进修班的暂行规定》以来,已有12所高校的图书馆学系(专业)或图书馆受教育部委托,举办了16期专业干部进修班,先后培训了600多名近几年留在图书馆工作的非图书馆学或情报学专业大专毕业生.一九八四至八五学年度还将有210名在职人员参加一年的进修.这次会议就是为了总结经验,互通信息而召开的.     

基于既定词表的自适应汉语分词技术研究

提出一种汉语分词算法，在给定的分词词表的基础上进行汉语分词时，不但能成功切分出分词词表中已有的词，而且能同时自动识别出分词词表中没有的词，即未登录词。与逆向最长匹配法以及其他未登录词识别算法进行的测试比较表明，该分词算法可以有效地解决大多数未登录词的识别问题，并且能减少分词错误，同时对分词算法的效率基本没有影响。

分析了211高校图书馆自动化的发展现状，指出在211高校图书馆自动化集成管理系统使用情况中所表现的特点：明显的区域性、国内外系统各占一定比例、汇文系统用户最多，并分析了产生这些特点的原因。     

论多维视角下中文科技图书学术影响力评价体系的构建

[目的/意义]在分析当前图书评价研究现状的基础上,结合现实的数据应用特征,从多维角度建立中文科技图书学术影响力评价体系,进行图书学术影响力评价的有益探索.[方法/过程]采用书评分析、引文分析、专家调查法、层次分析法、加权综合评价法等多种方法进行研究,在评价的基本框架内选取27个研究指标并将其归纳为4个维度,在确定权重的基础上选取医学领域3个学科进行实证分析.[结果/结论]实证分析结果给出了3个学科不同类型最有影响力的图书目录;发现科技图书呈现长尾分布、外文图书翻译版影响力高等特点.最后利用CALIS馆藏图书馆数量对实证分析评价结果进行验证,证明评价体系的有效性.     

韩国学术期刊国际化状况研究

从编委、稿源、语言、流通4个方面调查韩国学术期刊的国际化状况,考察NRF、KOFST、KISTI等机构促进学术期刊国际化的一些具体政策措施。研究结果表明:韩国学术期刊总的国际化水准还比较低,但编委国际化、流通国际化方面相对较好,医学期刊国际化水准相对较高;韩国基本形成了一个较为完备的促进学术期刊国际化的支持系统,其期刊国际化资助计划涵盖了期刊的投稿、审稿/编辑、发行、流通等全过程。根据韩国学术期刊国际化进程的经验教训,提出了中国学术期刊国际化路径的建议。     

Recent progress in reactivity study and synthetic application of N-heterocyclic phosphorus hydrides

N-heterocyclic phosphines (NHPs) have recently emerged as a new group of promising catalysts for metal-free reductions, owing to their unique hydridic reactivity. The excellent hydricity of NHPs, which rivals or even exceeds those of many metal-based hydrides, is the result of hyperconjugative interactions between the lone-pair electrons on N atoms and the adjacent σ^*(P–H) orbital. Compared with the conventional protic reactivity of phosphines, this umpolung P–H reactivity leads to hydridic selectivity in NHP-mediated reductions. This reactivity has therefore found many applications in the catalytic reduction of polar unsaturated bonds and in the hydroboration of pyridines. This review summarizes recent progress in studies of the reactivity and synthetic applications of these phosphorus-based hydrides, with the aim of providing practical information to enable exploitation of their synthetically useful chemistry.
