Selected plantar pressure characteristics associated with the skating performance of national in-line speed skaters

In order to help coaches analyse the techniques of professional in-line speed skaters for making the required fine adjustments and corrections in their push-off work, this study analysed the specific plantar pressure characteristics during a 300-m time-trial test. Fourteen elite in-line speed skaters from the national team were recruited in this study. The total completion time of the 300-m time-trial test, duration of each skating phase, and plantar pressure distribution were measured. The correlation between plantar pressure distribution and skating performance was assessed using Pearson correlation analyses. The results showed that the contact time of the total foot and force–time integral (FTI) in the medial forefoot were significantly correlated with the duration of the start phase, and the FTIs in the medial forefoot of the gliding (left) leg and lateral forefoot of the pushing (right) leg were significantly correlated with the duration of the turning phase. The maximum force in the medial heel, medial forefoot, and median forefoot and the FTI in the medial heel and medial forefoot were significantly correlated with the duration of the linear acceleration phase. The results suggest that a correct plantar loading area and push-off strategy can enhance the skating performance.

图书情报专业创业教育研究

认为目前大学生就业形势日益严峻,通过创业实现就业是解决就业问题的一个重要途径。创业教育已经成为高等教育的重要组成部分,在图书情报专业教育中理应占有一席之地。图书情报专业现有的课程体系存在一些与创业教育不相适应的地方。通过调查发现,图书情报专业学生的创业意愿不强烈。因此,需要改革现有课程、培训教师、建设创业文化等措施,推进图书情报专业学生的创业活动。     

Climate and litter C/N ratio constrain soil organic carbon accumulation

Soil organic carbon (SOC) plays critical roles in stabilizing atmospheric CO₂ concentration, but the mechanistic controls on the amount and distribution of SOC on global scales are not well understood. In turn, this has hampered the ability to model global C budgets and to find measures to mitigate climate change. Here, based on the data from a large field survey campaign with 2600 plots across China''s forest ecosystems and a global collection of published data from forested land, we find that a low litter carbon-to-nitrogen ratio (C/N) and high wetness index (P/PET, precipitation-to-potential-evapotranspiration ratio) are the two factors that promote SOC accumulation, with only minor contributions of litter quantity and soil texture. The field survey data demonstrated that high plant diversity decreased litter C/N and thus indirectly promoted SOC accumulation by increasing the litter quality. We conclude that any changes in plant-community composition, plant-species richness and environmental factors that can reduce the litter C/N ratio, or climatic changes that increase wetness index, may promote SOC accumulation. The study provides a guideline for modeling the carbon cycle of various ecosystem scales and formulates the principle for land-based actions for mitigating the rising atmospheric CO₂ concentration.

本文从我国当前社会转型的实践,制度因素和传统文化的相互影响的角度探讨中国式管理科学的建构,并作为比较分析,笔者认为：符合市场本必要求的企业内部和外部合理有效的制度建设以及在此基础上企业家择优机制的形成是中国式管理科学建构的关键,也是中西方管理思想融合的基础,因为这种制度基础对各种管理文化因素有扬弃,筛选和重构的功能。
