民办高校基层学术组织发展研究

作为民办高校系统内的核心组织,民办高校的基层学术组织对于民办高校的发展具有不容忽视的影响作用。但是,民办高校现有的基层学术组织发展现状存在许多问题,已经无法适应科学技术和学科发展需要,也无法完成高校教学、科研和社会服务的职能。为此,民办高校需要从观念、制度、模式方面进行基层学术组织变革。

浦东新区位于上海市东部,长江三角洲东缘.1990年4月18日,党中央、国务院宣布开发开放上海浦东;自2005年起,浦东新区成为国务院批准的首个综合配套改革试验区;2009年,以原南汇区划入浦东新区为标志,浦东开发开放进入二次创业新阶段.

我国乡村空间规划研究综述

从相关研究者的研究视角,从我国乡村与乡村空间的定义及特征、乡村空间规划的相关理论、体系与内容、实践等方面总结了我国乡村空间规划研究的进展.评析了研究的不足,指出急需探索一套城乡一体化的规划方法,指导各层次规划实践,为国内乡村空间规划的研究提供良好的基础.     

菊科莴苣属订正及亚洲大陆菊科植物二新属

本文是对菊科莴苣属Lactuca L. 的分类订正, 文中起用了乳苣属Mulgedium Cass.和山   莴苣属Lagedium Sojak两个较老的属名, 建立了二个新属，即翅果菊属Ptrocypsela Shih与假   福王草属Paraprenathes Chang. 文末提供了莴苣属及邻近属以及东亚地区的有关种类的分属分种检索表。     

论《紫颜色》中“西丽”女性主体的丧失和建立

艾丽斯·沃克于1982年出版了小说《紫颜色》,该书当年就成了人们竞相争读的畅销书。小说非常理性地描述了黑人女性走出黑暗,挣脱枷锁从而走向新生的曲折过程。《紫颜色》的成功在于它为黑人妇女指出了走怎样一条解放之路并在现实面前应做何种选择的问题。本论文主要把西丽女性主体丧失的内外因分析作为前提,然后进一步分析西丽女性主体建立的内外途径,探讨西丽追寻真实自我的过程。     

Explaining Chinese students' academic motivation: filial piety and self‐determination

This study investigated the relevance of filial piety and the three components of self‐determination, namely, competence, autonomy and relatedness, on academic motivation among Hong Kong Chinese secondary school students. A total of 461 students completed the questionnaire which consisted of five scales assessing attitudes towards filial piety, perceived scholastic competence, perceived autonomous support from parents, relatedness with parents and academic motivation. By using structural equation modelling, a predictive model of academic motivation, with filial piety, competence, autonomy, relatedness, age and gender as antecedents, was developed. All variables explained the prediction of academic motivation, with competence acted as the strongest effect, followed by relatedness and filial piety. The findings highlight the important contribution of the three self‐determination theory (SDT) components and the value of filial piety for Chinese adolescents' academic motivation. The implications of the findings for future research and educational practice were discussed.

网络会计--会计发展的新领域

本从网络会计的产生、网络会计的特点及优点三个方面阐述了网络会计对传统会计理论，会计方法，会计模式的巨大冲击以及会计系统从环境到内容的深刻变革，认为网络会计将以其先进性和对环境的适应能力成为会计发展的必然趋势，是会计发展的新领域。     

Principal Professional Development in China: Challenges,Opportunities, and Strategies

This article examines the essential role of school principals in China's “Quality-Oriented Education” national reform movement. Keeping China's cultural and historical context in mind, and taking into consideration the impact of political and societal forces on the nation, we discuss the major challenges faced by Chinese schools, specifically the rising demand for a new generation of school leaders. To address this issue we conduct a critical review of the existing principal evaluation and training systems in China. From this data we then propose a framework of strategic directions for systemic professional development for school leaders.
