论述建立文献资源共享成本补偿机制的必要性,提出文献资源共享的成本-收益测算方式及建立文献资源共享补偿机制的五个基本原则和实施成本补偿的两种方式,指出成本补偿资金的来源的四种方式。最后论述文献资源共享的成本补偿核算工作的执行工作。

农民工子弟学校在补充城市公办小学容量不足方面的作用毋庸置疑.本文通过对上海一位农民工子弟学校筹办人的采访,更直观地认识到现阶段农民工子弟学校存在的价值,以及他们办校的窘境.为此,提出教育免费政策应该真正地面向所有的义务教育阶段的学生,呼吁允许农民工子弟学校在有效管理之下承办初中阶段的教育.     

浅析思想政治课师生对话的有效实施策略

师生对话唯有通过相对有效的策略,方能真正达成师生对话的目标,提高教学效率.通过对大量教学课例的观察,笔者以为,要使师生对话得以有效实施,在师生关系的处理、对话话题的处理及对话目标的处理等环节上必须有正确的策略.     

智慧图书馆的建设及其对技术和馆员的要求

[目的/意义]在简述国内外智慧图书馆发展历史和内涵特征的基础上,针对当前国内智慧图书馆建设研究缺乏具体科技应用的现象进行补充,着重论述4种具体科技在智慧图书馆中的应用原理和价值以及具有"智慧性"的馆员队伍建设要求。[方法/过程]结合以往学者的研究经验,主要采用文献研究和分析的方法对各学者观点进行梳理、归纳,在此基础上,采用流程图法直观阐述智慧科技的工作原理。[结果/结论]智慧图书馆的建设是一项系统工程,其最核心要质就是智慧科技和智慧馆员,未来智慧图书馆科技体系的建设和馆员队伍的培养更应结合图书馆实际情况,在本文观点的基础上,深入细化。     

Event-triggered fault estimation and sliding mode fault-tolerant control for a class of nonlinear networked control systems

This paper is concerned with integrated event-triggered fault estimation (FE) and sliding mode fault-tolerant control (FTC) for a class of discrete-time Lipschtiz nonlinear networked control systems (NCSs) subject to actuator fault and disturbance. First, an event-triggered fault/state observer is designed to estimate the system state and actuator fault simultaneously. And then, a discrete-time sliding surface is constructed in state-estimation space. By the use of a reformulated Lipschitz property and delay system analysis method, the sliding mode dynamics and state/fault error dynamics are converted into a unified linear parameter varying (LPV) networked system model by taking into account the event-triggered scheme, actuator fault, external disturbance and network-induced delay. Based on this model and with the aid of Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional method, a delay-dependent sufficient condition is derived to guarantee the stability of the resulting closed-loop system with prescribed H_∞ performance. Furthermore, an observed-based sliding mode FTC law is synthesized to make sure the reachability of the sliding surface. Finally, simulation results are conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.     

Neural networks-based adaptive output feedback control for a class of uncertain nonlinear systems with input delay and disturbances

This paper focuses on the problem of adaptive output feedback control for a class of uncertain nonlinear systems with input delay and disturbances. Radial basis function neural networks (NNs) are employed to approximate the unknown functions and an NN observer is constructed to estimate the unmeasurable system states. Moreover, an auxiliary system is introduced to compensate for the effect of input delay. With the aid of the backstepping technique and Lyapunov stability theorem, an adaptive NN output feedback controller is designed which can guarantee the boundedness of all the signals in the closed-loop systems. Finally, a simulation example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.     

Adaptive finite-time control for stochastic nonlinear systems subject to unknown covariance noise

This paper is devoted to the adaptive finite-time control for a class of stochastic nonlinear systems driven by the noise of covariance. The traditional growth conditions assumed on the drift and diffusion terms are removed through a technical lemma, and the negative effect generated by unknown covariance noise is compensated by combining adaptive control technique with backstepping recursive design. Then, without imposing any growth assumptions, a smooth adaptive state-feedback controller is skillfully designed and analyzed with the help of the adding a power integrator method and stochastic backstepping technique. Distinctive from the global stability in probability or asymptotic stability in probability obtained in related work, the proposed design algorithm can guarantee the solution of the closed-loop system to be finite-time stable in probability. Finally, a stochastic simple pendulum system is skillfully constructed to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.
