分报告六：约翰霍普金斯大学图书馆考察报告

约翰霍普金斯大学图书馆提出明确的战略规划,积极争取相关项目支撑图书馆的发展,强调为用户提供多样化的服务,特别是以信息专员为主体的嵌入式学科服务。这一调研,促发我们对图书馆的本质和功能进行深入的思考。国内外图书馆所面临的问题有很大的相似性,需要我们持续地探索图书馆今后的发展趋向。     

体育课堂教学素质化的思考与实践

素质教育重在实施。“全体性”、“全面性”、“自主性”是素质教育的三个基本特征 ,体育课堂教学的素质化就是以这三个基本特征的强化作为课题 ,它们是体育教学改革与素质教育实施的结合点。目前体育教学素质化已获得广泛的重视 ,但仍有许多问题需要探讨和解决。

The study reported herein aimed to identify and discuss the nature and pattern of the uses of new media through a notable YouTube phenomenon. It analyzed 132 online videos centered on ‘Bus Uncle,’ a YouTube celebrity who rose into fame in Hong Kong during April 2006. Most of the videos drew references from local popular culture texts. They were mostly playful and sarcastic in their undertones. The collective behaviors in YouTube suggest that this hugely popular video-sharing site takes on the roles as public space, a playground and a cultural public sphere.     

关于苍术植物的学名问题

This paper is the documentation of specimens and literature reffered to Atracty- lodes lancea (Thunb.) DC. etc. As a result, it is found that, in taxonomy of the genus Atractylodes, what represcents by four long-established names, i. e. Atractylodes lancea (Thunb.) DC., A. ovata (Thunb.) DC., A. chinensis (Bunge) Koidz. and A. lyrata Sieb. et Zucc., in fact, is the one and same species.  According to the law of priority in nomenclature, the first name should be given to Chinese drug “Cangzhu”, while theother three names have to be treated as its synonyms.     

A robust gain-scheduling control based on VSC and fuzzy local controller network

Based on variable structure control (VSC) and fuzzy local controller network (FLCN), a new design method of robust gain-scheduling control is proposed in this paper. The proper sliding-modes and the tendency-rates for general operation-points are introduced such that the system gets into the sliding-modes’ motion as soon as possible and has the desired performance. Its good performance is due to the robustness of VSC. However, any local controller works well only in the local region of a specified operation-point. In this paper functions similar to the fuzzy-attributed function in fuzzy-systems are introduced to form FLCN. The simulation results showed that the presented method is feasible and acceptable. <正> 9《国际图联杂志》(IFLA Journal,双月刊) 全年共有35篇论文以及各种信息通报。法国国家图书馆的M.Beaudiquez在其文章“未来国家书目的用途”中,分析了网络环境对传统国家书目利用的冲击,指出不仅应在技术上更新国家书目的功能,而且应在观念上重新认识国家书目的价值。F.N.Kasimu对肯尼亚国家图书馆近20年来在采访和馆藏发展中所存在的问题进行了解析,提出资金合理分配、提高馆际互借能力与水平、加强资源共享等若干解决方     

国内旅游专题数据库建设情况调查与分析

随着国内旅游业的快速发展,旅游专题数据库的建设日益引起业界关注,本文调查分析了国内旅游专题数据库的建设现状,并从统一规划、协调发展;联合建设,提高数据库共享度;数据库选题及框架搭建;充分发挥高校图书馆的优势四个方面阐述了应采取的措施。     

可变负载非接触电能传输系统的无功功率补偿

为解决非接触电能传输系统中负载电阻变化会导致系统传输能力变化的问题,研究非接触电能传输系统在并联—串联拓扑下负载变化时无功功率的补偿问题.通过分析理想可变初级电容的可控性,提出用积分控制器对可控电抗器进行动态调节以完成负载变化时的无功功率补偿.数值仿真表明,该控制方案是可行的.
