沟通、导引与守望--西藏近现代重要藏文媒体的统促作用

以近现代重要的三家藏文媒体——《西藏白话报》《藏文白话报》以及中央人民广播电台藏语广播在西藏和平解放前重要历史拐点的表现为例,着重分析传媒对于维护国家统一的重要性,以透过纷繁的历史对所谓的“西藏问题”有更深层次的认识与思考。     

BulkTree: an overlay network architecture for live media streaming

Peer-to-peer (P2P) systems are now very popular. Current P2P systems are broadly of two kinds, structured and unstructured. The tree structured P2P systems used technologies such as distributed hash tables (DHT) and hierarchical clustering can search the required target quickly, however, in a tree, the internal node has a higher load and its leave or crash often causes a large population of its offspring's problems, so that in the highly dynamic Internet environment the tree structure may still suffer frequent breaks. On the other hand, most widely used unstructured P2P networks rely on central directory servers or massive message flooding, clearly not scalable. So, we consider both of the above systems' advantages and disadvantages and realize that in the P2P systems one node may fail easily, but that when a number of nodes organized as a set, which we call "super node", the set is robust. Super nodes can be created and updated aware of topology-aware, and used with simple protocol such as flooding or "servers" to exchange information. Furthermore the entire robust super node can be organized into exquisite tree structure. By using this overlay network architecture, P2P systems are robust, efficient, scalable and secure. The simulation results demonstrated that our architecture greatly reduces the alteration time of the structure while decreasing the average delay time, compared to the common tree structure.     

普通高等学校扩建的风险分析

为实现高等教育发展的目标,高等学校的扩建是十分必要的。但是,由于普通高等学校扩建一般依赖于举债,且建设周期长,还款渠道单一,受办学成本、办学条件、欠费问题、生源变化、就业等种种因素的影响,普通高等学校扩建含有不容忽视的风险隐患。只有全面分析高校扩建的风险因素才能防患于未然。

在简要梳理中国大学校园电视发展历史和趋势的基础上,对当前校园电视所处的环境从不同层次上进行了系统分析,并归纳得出校园电视正在迎来空前发展的历史机遇这一结论。本文明确探讨了校园电视的定位与功能、节目类型、频道设置、节目编播等基本问题,大胆提出把校园电视发展成为校园第一媒体的全新目标。     

Use of digital video technology in an elementary school foreign language methods course

This article presents a case study of the use of digital video technology with a new pedagogical approach under a constructivist framework in an elementary school foreign language methods course. Data were collected through interviews with the methods course instructor, field notes, analytical notes from videotaped student presentations of their learning from the video clips, students’ mid‐semester evaluation of the use of video clips, and end‐of‐semester student reflections on open‐ended questions regarding the use of video clips. A careful examination of the data identified themes that illustrate the characteristics of the use of digital video technology under a constructivist framework. Those themes include the flexibility and capability of digital video technology, the development of the video clips, students’ ownership of knowledge, feedback from the students, and evaluation of the use of video clips. This case reports the vision of technology integration being realized. It results from the presence of technology, the instructor's pedagogical knowledge, and his or her content expertise.

科学商店作为国际化的高校科普公益行动,为高校教学实践提供了真实的科学环境,自2006年落户上海以来,发展迅速,日渐成为高校科学公益行动的主要模式。     

中越民族地区节庆体育活动开展的现状研究——以广西凭祥市为例

凭祥市的地理位置对发展中越民族特色体育活动具有很好优势,但凭祥市的体育设施薄弱,数量少、质量差,政府对民族体育活动支持力度不够,缺乏活动保障措施等因素,制约了边境地区民族节庆体育活动的发展。为此,应加强公共体育设施的建设、管理和使用,加大中越双边体育活动开展的宣传力度,提升影响力,充分利用中越已有的交流平台,着力打造特色的体育文化品牌。     

宿迁市中小学学校体育中体力活动要素的现状调查与对策研究

运用文献资料、问卷调查、测量及数理统计等研究方法,对宿迁市中小学学生体力活动要素——早操情况、体育与健康课和课外体育活动发放问卷进行调查,并且对这些体力活动要素的现状进行统计与分析,结果显示：宿迁市中小学学校体育中体力活动因素开展的并不均衡,尤其体育与健康课和课外体育活动开展的相对滞后,建议相关部门加强对学校体育中体力活动因素的重视,加大对学校场地器材的投入及增强体育教师的素质,以此增加学生体力活动量,增强学生的体质。     

新生代农民工继续教育的社会学分析

新生代农民工作为我国经济发展的重要力量,他们的继续教育问题是社会发展进程中不可忽视的主要问题之一。从社会学角度分析,新生代农民工继续教育问题深深植根于社会的整体环境,建立在一系列的社会驱动、坚实的社会基础之上;并且继续教育是新生代农民工成就其发展的必由之路,其存在发展有着不可估量的社会效应,但它更需要相应的制度保证来维系。     

劳动者权益缘何屡遭侵害

近日,我们对部分招商引资企业、股份制企业和私营企业劳动者权益状况进行了专题调查。结果表明,这些企业劳动者权益遭受侵害的问题相当严重:多数企业不与劳动者签订劳动合同,或签订的劳动合同内容和程序不规范;随意拖欠或克扣劳动者工资报酬;收取押金、招聘费;加班加点,有的甚至连续劳动达小时以上;不为劳动者缴纳社会保险费;辞退用工随意性大;劳动条件普遍较差,伤残事故时有发生等等。劳动者权益缘何屡遭侵害,我们认为主要有以下六大原因:一、企业主自恃强权资本,践踏劳动法律法规一些企业主自恃投资者身份,认为是恩赐就业岗位,随意侵害劳…
