Gasless laparoscopy for benign gynecological diseases using an abdominal wall-lifting system

Objectives: The use of gasless laparoscopy with an abdominal wall-lifting device for benign gynecological diseases was compared to conventional laparoscopy with CO_2 pneumoperitoneum. Methods: From February 2007 to July 2007, 76 women with uterine and/or adnexal benign diseases and candidates for laparoscopic surgery were recruited in this study. Thirty-two women underwent gasless laparoscopic surgery and 44 women underwent pneumoperitoneum laparoscopic surgery. Results: Diverse pathologies, including adnexal cyst, uterine myoma and ectopic pregnancy, were treated successfully with gasless laparoscopic surgery. Compared with the patients in the pneumoperitoneum group, the similar hospital stay (P=0.353) and in-traoperative blood loss (P=0.157) were observed. However, the mean operative time in the gasless group was significantly longer than that in the pneumoperitoneum group (P=0.003). No severe intraoperative or postoperative complications were found in either group, except for one case of laparotomic conversion in the pneumoperitoneum group due to dense pelvic adhesions. The total hospital charges were significantly less in the gasless group than in the pneumoperitoneum group (P=0.001). In 38 cases of ovarian cyst resection, the mean operative time in the gasless group remained longer than that in the pneumoperitoneum group (P=0.017). The total hospital charges were also significantly less in the gasless group than in the pneumoperitoneum group (P<0.001). Con-clusion: Our preliminary results demonstrated that the laparoscopic procedure using the gasless technique was a safe, effective method to treat benign gynecological diseases. Moreover, it was easy to master. As a minimally invasive treatment, gasless laparoscopic surgery provides a good choice to patients in the undeveloped regions in China without increasing the patients' and the government's burden significantly.     

浅谈网页制作教学中的“任务设计”

网页制作是计算机专业课中的一门实践性、操作性、综合性较强的课程。我在教学过程中,针对这门课程的特点,采用＂任务驱动法＂进行教学,收到了很好的教学效果。其间,我也体会到了＂任务设计＂在＂任务驱动法＂教学实施中的重要性。     

二三十年代农村合作社借贷资金的构成及其来源——20世纪前期中国乡村社会变迁研究

在二三十年代出现的农村合作运动，被认为是“救治农村”的有效方法之一，但是，从合作社借贷资金的来源与构成状况上，我们可以看到合作社的社内资金极其微小，转而不得不依赖于社外资金，而社外资金对于农村合作社的支撑又极不稳定，从而无法保障农村合作乃至农村经济的复苏，这从一个侧面反映了当时中国乡村社会变迁的实况。     

Numerical Study on Helical Fiber Fragmentation in Chiral Biological Materials

Chiral microstructures exist widely in natural biological materials such as wood, bone, and climbing tendrils. The helical shape of such microstructures plays an important role in stress transfer between fiber and matrix,and in the mechanical properties of biological materials. In this paper, helical fiber fragmentation behavior is studied numerically using the finite-element method(FEM), and then, the effects of helical shape on fiber deformation and fracture,and the corresponding mechanical mechanisms are investigated. The results demonstrate that, to a large degree, the initial microfibril angle(MFA) determines the elastic deformation and fracture behavior of fibers. For fibers with a large MFA, the interfacial area usually has large values, inducing a relatively low fragment density during fiber fragmentation. This work may be helpful in understanding the relationship between microstructure and mechanical property in biological materials, and in the design and fabrication of bio-inspired advanced functional materials.

针对数字电子技术实验教学现状,将FPGA口袋实验室与全开放、自主学习的实验教学模式相结合,应用到数字电子技术实验课程中。实现了数字电子技术理论课程与实验课程的贯通,推动了实验教学内容的改革,促进了实验教学资源建设。应用实践结果表明,FPGA口袋实验室有利于培养学生的自主学习能力、动手实践能力和创新精神,为后续工程应用奠定了坚实基础。

应用“点线面分析法”提高空间想象能力

组合体的读图与画图在工程制图课程中是重点和难点,正确理解投影面垂直面的“类似形”投影是关键。文中作者提出用“点线面分析法”来求解“类似形”。综合应用“点线面分析法”和“形体分析法”,能够帮助学生识读和绘制组合体,并提升学生的空间想象能力。     

中国汽车再制造产业发展模式分析

再制造是汽车工业发展循环经济、走可持续发展道路的一个重要技术途径.目前我国汽车零部件再制造试点工作已经展开,产业发展模式的选择是一个值得探讨的问题.本文系统分析了制约我国再制造产业发展的政策性、技术性以及意识性等因素,论证了不同投入主体的投入动机、投入目标以及投入效果,根据产业发展的不同阶段所需资源投入侧重点的不同,提出了政府激励模式、技术推动模式和市场引导模式三种产业发展模式,以期对中国汽车再制造产业的发展有所启示.     

企业技术创新在世界科技强国建设中的地位和作用

2016年5月30日,习近平总书记作了"为建设世界科技强国而奋斗"的重要讲话,在新中国成立100年时使我国成为世界科技强国。之后,引起社会各界热烈讨论,为了实现这一战略目标,企业必须把技术创新放在长远发展的头等重要位置。在发展过程中,腾讯公司始终把技术创新放在第一位,并采取了一系列举措,取得了一定成效。文章最后从企业角度提出了加快世界科技强国建设的几点建议。
