情景模拟与任务驱动混合模式在商务单证教学中的应用

分析情景模拟与任务驱动教学方法的理论根源,从商务单证课程设计出发,以整个外贸流程为主线,以出口方为主设计情景和任务,在执行任务与成果展示过程中设计情景,并通过评价环节检查任务执行与完成情况。实践证明:在商务单证课程中利用情景模拟与任务驱动相结合的教学模式能调节课堂趣味性,调动学生动手实操的积极性。     

Comparison of the characteristics of macrophages derived from murine spleen,peritoneal cavity,and bone marrow

Macrophages have a diverse set of functions based upon their activation states. The activation states, including resting (M0) and polarizing (M1 and M2) states, of macrophages derived from the mouse bone marrow, spleen, and peritoneal cavity (BMs, SPMs, and PCMs, respectively) were compared. We evaluated the macrophage yield per mouse and compared the surface markers major histocompatibility complex (MHC) II and CD86 by flow cytometry. The relative mRNA levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin (IL)-1β, mannose receptor (MR), and Ym1 in the M0, M1, and M2 states were also compared using real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) analysis. Bone marrow yielded the most macrophages with the best homogeneity, but they were polarized toward the M2 phenotype. All three types of macrophages had the capacity to polarize into the M1 and M2 states, but SPMs had a stronger capacity to polarize into M1. The three types of macrophages showed no differences in their capacity to polarize into the M2 state. Therefore, the three types of macrophages have distinct characteristics regardless of their resting or polarizing states. Although bone marrow can get large amounts of homogeneous macrophages, the macrophages cannot replace tissue-derived macrophages.     

对我国高师教育技术专业本科培养目标的研究

该文运用罗杰考夫曼(Roger Kaufman)提出的组织要素模型(OEM)就教育技术师范专业的本科毕业生的定位问题进行了研究,得出了:要让我们输出的“产品”产生良好的社会效果棗运用教育技术真正实现素质教育的目标,在现阶段高师教育技术专业本科的培养目标可以定位在“培养德、智、体全面发展的、掌握现代教育理论与技术的、具有正确的教育理念的、能将信息技术与小学(初中)学科内容进行整合的、能运用教学设计理论对教学活动进行设计的小学(或初中)教师”。     

"拿自己的脊柱当箫"——评吴笛的诗集《吹箫人》

在众语喧哗的杂语时代,吴笛以他的诗集《吹箫人》,以及他的那管渗透着深远感的箫,骨子里总倾向理想主义、英雄主义的箫,既浪漫又粘连现实生活经验的箫,为我们这些艺术听众,呈递出密集而浓缩的审美信息,展露出心灵内在的深层维度与来时的路上沧桑而凝重的精神存在,表现出诗人对时代、对大自然、对父母之爱、对人生的情思与感受,在新颖自由的诗句里传达出生活激发的思想、感情和理趣。。本文从吴笛的诗歌文本中,试图评析诗人诗作所凸现的特点,以及这位扬子江畔吹箫人的诗,对于做人所具有的某种启示或教益。     

试论增强学生体育考核的心理调节能力

体育课考核方法不当或学生心理准备不足极易使他们产生紧张情绪 ,影响技术水平的发挥 ,给考核带来消极影响。本文着重从体育心理学的角度阐述紧张情绪产生的原因和消除的方法。     

新高考选考科目保障机制的作用:从沪浙改革试点出发

为应对物理选考人数下降,适应国家相关学科人才培养的需求,浙江省和上海市在高考试点改革中分别制定了选考科目保障机制。文章结合当前物理学科选考情况,探讨了不同选科学生数量和选科成绩分布下,保障机制对学生选科倾向的影响。结果发现,选考科目保障机制可以在一定程度上稳定选考的人数,但对其最终效果则应审慎期待。新高考背景下,稳定学生报考意愿,保障高考选考政策顺利进行,需要统筹设计,多种措施组合发力。     

浅论东巴文字的审美价值

纳西族是一个古老而文明的民族,他们创造了灿烂的古代文化。纳西族的东巴文,是当今世界上仅存的一种古老的文字符号,被称为"活着的象形文字"。在中国的少数民族语言文字里,东巴文字是一份很有学术价值的文化瑰宝,同时作为一种"象形文字",它还具有一定的审美内涵和文化价值。本文试图对东巴文字的审美价值作浅要的阐述。     

Teachers’ racialised habitus in school knowledge construction: a Bourdieusian analysis of social inequality beyond class

This article examines the school experiences of Chinese Canadian youth, a population often ignored by the academy under the model minority discourse. Drawing on Bourdieu’s theoretical insights, I raise and discuss the concept of teachers’ racialised habitus. I explore how teachers’ racialised habitus structures their practices of knowledge construction via formal and hidden curricula, and how it consequently affects Chinese Canadian youth’s identity construction. I argue that habitus, as an important theoretical tool that links the social and the individual as well as past, present and future, can also be used to study other forms of social inequality beyond class. This article makes both theoretical and empirical contributions to the research on habitus by highlighting teachers’ racialised habitus in relation to the perpetuation of racism in the educational field.     

关于高职院校考试制度改革的思考

考试工作,是高职教学中极其重要的组成部分,构建新的考试制度,必须继续深化高职教学改革,运用教学改革的机制和作用,带动和促进考试制度的改革,建立起适应高职教育教学发展和有利于“实用型”人才培养的科学考试机制。
