高职会计专业实践课程体系的构建

本文分析了现有高职会计专业实践课程体系存在的问题,提出了以培养生产、建设、服务、管理第一线的高端技能型会计专门人才为主要任务,以服务为宗旨、以就业为导向,以提高质量为核心,以增强特色为重点,以合作办学、合作育人、合作就业、合作发展为主线,探讨高职会计专业实践课程体系的设计,构建了四环相扣的高职会计专业实践课程体系。     

AN EXPERIMENTAL COMPARISON OF ITEM SAMPLING AND EXAMINEE SAMPLING FOR ESTIMATING TEST NORMS

An empirical comparison of the accuracy of item sampling and examinee sampling in estimating norm statistics. Item samples were composed of 3, 6, or 12 items selected from a total test of 50 multiple-choice vocabulary questions. Overall, the study findings provided empirical evidence that item sampling is approximately as effective as examinee sampling for estimating the population mean and standard deviation. Contradictory trends occurred for lower ability and higher ability student populations in accuracy of estimated means and standard deviations when the number of items administered increased from 3 to 6 to 12. The findings from this study indicate that the variation of sequences of items occurring in item sampling need not have a significant affect on test performance.     

Higher Education: Past,Present, and Future--A View from UNESCO

What follows is the edited Keynote Address, delivered by Sir John Daniel, the Assistant Director-General for Education at UNESCO, at the opening ceremony of the UNESCO-CEPES International Jubilee Conference on "Higher Education in the Twenty-First Century: Its Role and Contribution to Our Common Advancement", Bucharest, 6-8 September 2002. The text briefly traces the history of the European Centre for Higher Education (UNESCO-CEPES) since its founding in 1972 and the involvement of the author in its activities, as of the 1980s, as a member of its Advisory Committee. He further evokes the involvement of UNESCO itself in education, particularly higher education, an involvement with roots stretching back to League of Nations days. UNESCO-CEPES, the vocation of which was to further co-operation in higher education across ideologically divided Europe, is now working in an entirely new context, both in Europe and worldwide.     

Planning and design of a green city in Kaixian for population relocation of Three Gorges Project

We describe the green space system planning and design of a new Kaixian City for migrants in the Three Gorges Reservoir area of P. R. China. The goal of the project was to provide a high quality settlement for migrants relocated from the old Kaixian City that had a history of over one thousand years and from other places with different traditional cultures. Our efforts focused on conceiving affordable strategies to increase green areas, improve waterfront landscapes, deal with water level fluctuation, integrate diverse folk cultures, and encourage bicycling as an environmentally-friendly form of urban transportation. The new city is anticipated to benefit from the green space systems with an improved eco-environment, enriched tourism resources, cheap landscaping costs, relief from traffic pressure, and in other ways. The planning philosophies employed could be useful in the engineering and construction of other cities in the Three Gorges Reservoir area.

“VV”、“V一下”、“V一会儿”是动词的广义形态变化，章主要讨论它们与动词的选用关系：（1）除少数心理词外，只有动作动词能出现的三种格式中；（2）在动作动词中，只有持续动词能出现在三种格式中；（3）在持续动词中，一般持续动词和短持续动词可以出现在三种格式中，长持续动词具有积极意义的才能进入三种格式中。     

Changing the Nonpsychology Doctorate in Counselor Education: A Proposal

The primary purpose of this article was to propose changes in the title and structure of nonpsychology doctoral training in counselor education. A comprehensive linkage system of training, accreditation, credentialing, and employment is suggested.
