21世纪,将是一个以高新技术为核心的知识经济占主导地位的时代,能使职业教育的对象更加广泛,受教育的机会更多,而远程职业教育就适应这一要求,并有五大优势,这构成了职业教育系统,是开展远程教育的原动力,也是社会发展的必然趋势。学习型社会,是一个开放的学习系统,而远程职业教育对未来学习型社会将发挥极其重要的作用。     

信息技术在陕北高校课堂中的应用调查与分析

为了了解信息技术在陕北高校课堂中的应用情况,作者采用问卷调查与访谈的方法,在延安大学全校范围内展开了关于信息技术应用的实地调查。通过整理与统计的数据,作者从中发现了信息技术在陕北课堂教学应用中所存在的问题,并给出相应的可借鉴性建议及对策。     

临沂市生态建设对鸟类群落的影响

2006年1—12月,对山东省,临沂市区7种不同生态环境类型中的鸟类进行了调查研究．结果显示,工业区和交通占地中的鸟类群落最为相似,公园广场和城市湿地区中的鸟类群落较为相似,商业区的鸟类多样性指数最低,均匀度指数最高．调查结果说明,生态环境质量对鸟类的种类和数量分布有直接的影响．生态环境质量较好的公园广场和城市湿地区鸟类种类最为丰富,稳定性差;环境质量差的商业区鸟类种类和数量最低,稳定性最高．

区域经济规划对于区域经济的发展具有重要指导和推动作用。区域经济规划的执行效果直接影响区域经济的发展速度和质量,经济规划执行中必需的投入要素的边际效应决定了规划执行的总效应。本文研究分析一组对于规划执行具有重要影响的因素的边际效应变动情况．以期引起对于经济规划执行的边际效应问题的重视．不断提高经济规划执行的效果。     

降低行政成本建设节约型政府

政府行政成本是政府在一定时期内履行其职能而进行的各种活动所付出的费用之和.一般来讲,决定一个国家行政成本高低的因素主要有政府规模、行政管理质量和行政管理效率.通过对三个影响因素的分析得出,为了降低行政成本,建立节约型政府,必须采取以下措施:精兵简政,控制政府规模;转变政府职能,合理运用政府权力;健全决策机制,减少决策失误;加强政府自身建设,提高行政效率.     

Computer games application within alternative classroom goal structures: cognitive, metacognitive, and affective evaluation

This article reports findings on a study of educational computer games used within various classroom situations. Employing an across-stage, mixed method model, the study examined whether educational computer games, in comparison to traditional paper-and-pencil drills, would be more effective in facilitating comprehensive math learning outcomes, and whether alternative classroom goal structures would enhance or reduce the effects of computer games. The findings indicated that computer games, compared with paper-and-pencil drills, were significantly more effective in promoting learning motivation but not significantly different in facilitating cognitive math test performance and metacognitive awareness. Additionally, this study established that alternative classroom goal structures mediated the effects of computer games on mathematical learning outcomes. Cooperative goal structure, as opposed to competitive and individualistic structures, significantly enhanced the effects of computer games on attitudes toward math learning.     

The effect of peer feedback for blogging on college students' reflective learning processes

Reflection is an important prerequisite to making meaning of new information, and to advance from surface to deep learning. Strategies such as journal writing and peer feedback have been found to promote reflection as well as deep thinking and learning. This study used an empirical design to investigate the interaction effects of peer feedback and blogging on college students' reflective thinking skills and their learning approaches. Forty-four first- and second-year undergraduate students participated in the study. Students kept blogs each week throughout a whole semester. Two journals were sampled at the beginning and end of the semester for each student. A repeated measure one-way ANOVA suggested that students' reflective thinking level increased significantly over time; however, peer feedback was found to negatively affect students' reflective thinking skills. The result of the study suggests more carefully designed uses in the future.
