职业院校计算机教学模式探索

为适应当前市场经济的发展和教育改革的顺利进行,培养社会需要的实用型人才已成为职业院校所关注的焦点问题,计算机作为职业院校实践性较强的学科,其教学模式也就成为计算机教师不断探索和思索的问题。     

地质超前预报方法在某隧道中的综合应用

本文通过对高速公路某连拱隧道的工程地质分析，综合运用隧道地质超前预报及监控量测的手段，详细分析了隧道支护体系在设计上的合理性以及在施工上是否得到了合理的保证。通过对掌予面的地质描述发现前方围岩可能出现的问题做出及时准确的预报。     

胃镜污染HBV、HCV和HIV的调查

目的　检测胃镜常规清洗消毒后HBV、HCV、HIV污染残留状况.方法　随机取样.巢式聚合酶链反应法检测HBV DNA,逆转录巢式聚合酶链反应法检测HCV RNA、HIV RNA,放免法检测HBsAg.结果　对605例标本进行检测,未检出阳性标本.结论　胃镜经常规消毒后未检到HBV、HCV和HIV的污染,但进一步规范胃镜消毒操作方法,提高消毒质量,意义重大.     

Relationship between hyperuricemia and metabolic syndrome

Objective: To investigate the relationship between metabolic syndrome and hyperuricemia. Methods: A total of 2 374 subjects who received health examination in our hospital from Jan. 2004 to Dec. 2006 were enrolled in our study. Hyperuricemia is defined as ≥7 mg/dl (in men) or ≥6.0 mg/dl (in women). Metabolic syndrome was defined using AHA/NHLBI (American Heart Association/National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute) criteria. Results: (1) The overall prevalence of hyperuricemia was 13.10%. The condition was more common in men than in women (19.07% vs 3.42%). (2) Among men, uric acid concentration is statistically significantly positively correlated with waist circumference, blood pressure, and triglyceride. Uric acid is negatively correlated with serum high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C). Uric acid concentration is most strongly correlated with serum triglyceride (r=0.379) and waist circumference (r=0.297). Among women, statistically significant positive correlations were noted for the serum uric acid concentrations with waist circumference, triglyceride and fasting plasma glucose. Serum triglyceride (r=0.329) and waist circumference (r=0.234) are most strongly correlated with uric acid concentrations. (3) Men with hyperuricemia had a 1.634-fold increased risk of metabolic syndrome as compared with those without hyperuricemia odds ratio (OR)=1.634, P=0.000. Women with hyperuricemia had a 1.626-fold increased risk of metabolic syndrome (OR=1.626, P=0.000) as compared with those without hyperuricemia. Conclusion: Hyperuricemia is prevalent among Chinese population. Additionally, serum uric acid is positively associated with metabolic syndrome.     

析语言翻译的语境顺应性

翻译问题不单单是语言的问题,在很大程度上,它受到语境的影响与制约。语境顺应性是人类语言的特征。翻译活动不仅是语言文字的转换活动,更是不同文化的交流和移植活动;翻译所涉及的不仅仅是两种语言,更涉及两种文化。     

林业干部队伍科学素质现状浅析

开展“林业从业人员科学素质系统研究”,是贯彻落实《全民科学素质行动计划纲要》,加强我国林业从业人员科学素质建设的重要行动。课题组调查了小范围林业干部的基本科学素质状况和科技信息获取渠道,为下一步研究创造了良好条件。调查显示,我国林业干部的基本科学素质比以往有了显著进步,但仍然有较大欠缺。     

国外信息资源管理学科布局的考察与启示——基于29所iCaucus院校的调研数据

[目的/意义]国外将信息资源管理作为一门独立学科进行建设的实践较早,对其学科建设实践进行考察,有助于为我国信息资源管理学科建设提供新视野。[方法/过程]采用网络调查法和内容分析法,对29所iCaucus院校的专业设置情况以及英国、美国、加拿大、澳大利亚以及德国等五个国家的学科目录设置情况进行调查。[结果/结论]发现国外信息资源管理类专业设置具有传统图书情报档案管理专业与新兴专业并存、回应行业发展需求、学科交叉色彩浓厚等特征,并结合我国学科发展的情况提出以下建议：保留图书馆学、情报学与档案学的二级学科地位;结合院校学科优势,建设“行业+信息”模式的新兴二级学科;以开放主动的心态,推动学科交叉融合。     

省级化学实验教学示范中心的建设与改革

以河北科技师范学院化学实验教学示范中心为例,阐述了实验教学示范中心建设与改革的重要性,同时对化学实验教学中心的进一步建设与改革提出了建议。     

Experimental performance of moderate and high temperature heat pump charged with refrigerant mixture BY-3

Theoretical and experimental analysis of a new refrigerant mixture BY-3 was conducted based on a single-stage vapor compression refrigeration system. The water-water heat pump system used BY-3 to produce hot water when the low temperature was 20 ℃. The following results were obtained: the highest temperature at the condenser outlet reached about 85 ℃; when the difference between the water temperatures at the condenser outlet and the evaporator inlet was less than 40 ℃, the coefficient of performance (COP) was larger than 4; when the difference reached 55 ℃, the COP still kept 3; the discharge temperature of BY-3 was lower than 100 ℃, and the refrigerant vapor pressure kept lower than 1.8 MPa. When the water temperature at the condenser outlet reached over 85 ℃, nearly a 5 ℃ superheating temperature was maintained.
