关于闲暇体育潜在价值的认识

终身教育就是要使人们“学会生存”,同时 ,也使人们通过闲暇教育而有效开发自身的潜能 ,学会科学休闲与生活 ,进而提高生活质量。闲暇体育是闲暇教育中的重要组成部分 ,是增进社会成员健康水平 ,维护身心健康以及提高劳动者人力资本的积极有效途径。     

太原市成年人体质状况调查

为了解和掌握太原市成年人的体质现状 ,科学评价其健康水平 ,通过对太原市成年人的身体形态、机能及运动素质的指标进行分析 ,研究和探讨了太原市成年人体质的特征和变化规律 ,并根据存在的问题提出建议。     

Accommodations for Students Who Are Deaf or Hard of Hearing in Large-Scale, Standardized Assessments: Surveying the Landscape and Charting a New Direction

Students who are deaf or hard of hearing (SDHH) often use test accommodations when they participate in large-scale, standardized assessments. The purpose of this article is to present findings from the Third Annual Survey of Assessment and Accommodations for Students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. The "big five" accommodations were reported by at least two-thirds of the 389 participants: extended time, small group/individual administration, test directions interpreted, test items read aloud, and test items interpreted. In a regression analysis, language used in instruction showed the most significant effects on accommodations use. The article considers these findings in light of a more proactive role for the National Survey in providing evidence for the effectiveness of accommodations with SDHH.     

Literacy Instruction in Multiple‐Language First‐Grade Classrooms: Linking Student Outcomes to Observed Instructional Practice

This study examined literacy instruction in 14 first‐grade classrooms of English learners (ELs) in three schools in a large urban school district in southern California over a two‐year period. Pre‐ and posttest measures of oral‐reading fluency for 186 first graders, representing 11 native languages, were the outcome data. Reading‐fluency data were examined in reference to ratings of literacy practices using the English Learners Classroom Observation Instrument (ELCOI). Results indicated a moderately strong correlation (r= 0.65) between ELCOI rating and gain in oral‐reading fluency at the end of first grade. We report patterns of ELs who read below the oral‐reading fluency benchmark thresholds and patterns of students who were ultimately labeled with learning disabilities. Instructional practices of teachers rated “high” and “low” are discussed. Educational implications and recommendations for future research are discussed.     

个体乳酸阈测定对少年游泳运动员训练的指导

采用运动现场对60名9～12岁游泳运动员进行个体乳酸阈(ILT)测定,结果显示:9～12岁游泳运动员的ILT在2.00～3.10 mmol/L之间,100 m自由泳后血乳酸峰值出现在7.1～12.6 mmol/L范围内,均较成年运动员值偏低,反映了少年运动员机体代谢的特异性,提示在实践中应根据少年运动员生理特点合理安排运动训练与教学.     

关于组织创新中内在阻力的归因分析

组织是人，财，物，时间，知识，环境等因素在一定时空条件下有机整合而成的整体，它是一个在一定环境下具有自我调节，自我适应，自我发展的有机“生长体”，从系统论的角度来看，组织作为一个重要的开放性的社会技术系统，它具备一个重要特征是自身具有能够不断变革和发展的能力。企业成功有许多因素，诸如：技术，市场，生产，组织, 其背后都是创新的结果，国家的繁荣不是靠继承的，而是靠创新，同样企业的成功也是取决于创新策略的运用，在企业创新新的整系统中，组织创新居于基础的地位，没有一个创新的组织，企业的其他创新活动是不会持久的。
