乌鲁木齐职业大学机构人事改革取得成功的根本保障是各级党组织的正确领导 ,是广大教职工的竞争意识、奉献意识、主人翁意识。本文对机构人事改革后的新班子在办学中可能遇到的一些重要问题进行了思考和分析。     

“示范”还是“失范”?——基于某学院小学教育本科专业10年优秀论文集“引文失范”现象的思考

优秀论文出版为本科生写作毕业论文提供了必要的学术“示范”作用.通过查阅某校教育系小学教育本科专业10年间的优秀本科毕业论文集,发现存在着参考文献数量偏少、质量偏低、准确率令人堪忧、标注格式混乱、研究综述极具形式化甚至于缺失等“失范”现象.表面原因在于指导人数过多、写作时间仓促以及评选方式不当.深层根源则是指导教师学术规范素养的缺失和论文学术规范的“无人问津”.为此,提出了解决优秀本科毕业论文引文失范现象的有效思路:一是凸显和细化论文质量评价中的学术规范审查指标;二是恪守论文评选的学术底线和价值的标准;三是实施外部定期督查,加强教师学术规范意识;四是加大学术氛围的治理与净化力度;五是探索本科生学术规范教育的日常教学模式.     

台湾残疾学生转衔服务解读及启示

转衔服务有助于残疾学生融入社会生活、适应工作岗位.我国台湾地区在借鉴美国经验的基础上形成了一个完整的转衔服务体系.文章阐述了台湾地区残疾学生转衔服务的内涵,概括出转衔服务的法律保障、团队保障等特点,在此基础上针对大陆特殊教育现状提出相关启示.     

Improving the participation and engagement of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students in business education

Most Australian universities have among their goals to increase the number of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students at their institutions. In the Australian higher education context, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students are seriously under-represented, particularly in business education compared to other disciplines. An understanding of why a larger proportion of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students do not choose to study a discipline that provides promising employment opportunities, is fundamental to improving the status quo. This paper reviews the literature to identify key barriers to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students’ participation and engagement in business education. Apart from multiple general barriers to participation in higher education, factors specific to business as a profession and as an academic discipline are also considered. The paper then discusses a number of strategies Australian educational institutions could pursue when seeking to increase participation and engagement of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students in business. Drawing on the review, the paper concludes with recommendations for higher education institutional policy to further improve Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander student participation and engagement in business studies.     

惯例复制对越轨创新的影响：网络闭合与知识基础的调节

为了破解技术创新网络的越轨创新机制，基于悖论整合的权变视角分析了常规惯例复制、柔性惯例复制对越轨创新的影响，探究网络闭合、知识基础的单独与协同调节作用。结合研发密集型行业的合作网络数据，运用多元回归分析进行实证检验。研究结果表明：惯例复制、网络闭合与知识基础的多维匹配是实现越轨创新的最小功能集；常规惯例复制、柔性惯例复制的解构维度对越轨创新存在正向影响；高网络闭合的封闭式网络强化了常规惯例复制对越轨创新的促进作用，未能弱化柔性惯例复制的作用效能；高知识基础的多样化知识抑制了常规惯例复制对越轨创新的促进作用，无法提升柔性惯例复制的促进作用；网络闭合与知识基础的协同组合存在差异化的调节作用，削弱了柔性惯例复制对越轨创新的影响，而在常规惯例复制与越轨创新间不存在显著调节。研究结论对厘清越轨创新的形成边界、构建适度宽松的创新生态系统具有重要意义。     

矢量方法在几何问题中的应用

利用矢量可以简明地把基本的几何对象表示出来,并通过矢量的某些运算解决许多几何问题,矢量方法与坐标方法相结合能够较为简捷地把形的问题转化为数的问题.

定义了凸Fuzzy集、区间数及Fuzzy数,讨论了Fuzzy集的有关命题,最后给出了求Fuzzy数的方法及实例．     

Parenting Teamwork: The Impact of a Fathering Intervention on Mothers and Infants in Vietnam

A multifaceted, relationally focused intervention involving group and individual pre- and postnatal counseling, print resources, and community resources encouraged 390 fathers of newborn infants in Vietnam to responsively support mothers and work with them as a parenting team. Both partners completed questionnaires prebirth and 1-, 4-, and 9-months postbirth on measures of breastfeeding support, exclusive breastfeeding duration, relationship quality, and infant development. Compared to 412 comparison group couples, intervention couples evidenced greater father support, especially in terms of helping and responsiveness to the mother's needs. This support predicted longer exclusive breastfeeding duration, improved relationship quality, and higher levels of infant development at 9 months. Sensitively working together with mothers as a coordinated team enhanced couple's relationship functioning and improved children's developmental outcomes.     

知识管理研究对我国情报学发展的影响

通过探讨对知识管理概念和知识管理研究内涵的理解以及分析知识管理核心指向——知识和情报学基本研究对象——数据的关系,指出了知识管理研究对我国情报学基础理论研究所具有的深远的理论和现实意义。     

我国中小企业创新情报需求研究现状分析

中小企业是我国创新主体之一,其创新过程中的情报需求也应是情报研究与服务的主要对象之一.通过文献计量分析发现,2001年左右形成了有关研究的高峰时段,但相关文献很少,明确针对中小企业研究的更少,有关的研究方法也缺乏有针对性的实地调查多为主观分析,总体上看,对中小企业创新情报的研究缺乏相应的理论与实证分析,这反映出在日益活跃的创新和情报现有服务之间的较大差距.今后情报机构需要在创新网络、非技术创新和创新扩散方面加强情报需求和服务的研究,以弥补中小企业创新与情报服务之间的剪刀差.
