我馆数字化图书馆服务的实践

论述广东省中山图书馆进行数字化图书馆建设的实践,分析数字化图书馆为读者服务在服务范围、服务对象、服务内容、服务模式、服务时间上的特点,并对未来的发展进行展望。     

浅谈综合实践活动教师指导的几个关注点

综合实践活动课程的学习方式与其他课程有着明显的不同,强调通过学生的自主学习和实践活动获得直接经验。在综合实践活动的实施中,教师要及时了解学生开展研究活动的情况,有针对性地进行指导。教师的指导要关注学生问题意识的培养,引导学生对过程性资料的收集,并在总结反思中提高学生的综合实践能力。     

Confucius Institutes and China’s soft power: practices and paradoxes

Since China’s implementation of the Confucius Institute (CI) project in 2004, most academic works have been written on its objectives, nature, features, development, problems and challenges, especially in terms of soft power projection. Though some of them could unravel the tensions and paradoxes in the CI project, there is a paucity of in-depth and focused analysis on the related issues with a more systematic framework. Utilising Tellis et al.’s tripartite taxonomy approach to power – resources, strategies and outcomes – and integrating it with Nye’s tripartite approach to exercising power – coercion, inducement and attraction – this paper aims to fill this research gap. The findings can shed light on the tensions and paradoxes in China’s development of soft power by providing a more systematic and integrated framework for analysing the dilemmas and predicaments in the exercise of its power strategies in the global age.     

不拘一格育人才——广西南宁市2005年课改实验区初中毕业升学考试与普通高中招生制度改革的做法和体会

2005年,南宁市进一步加大初中毕业升学考试与高中招生制度改革工作的力度．努力构建一个既能发现和发展学生多方面潜能,促进学生德、智、体、美全面发展,又能科学地测量学生学业成绩,有效地选拔出各类高一级学校新生的初中毕业升学考试与普通高中招生体系。在初中毕业生学业考试、综合素质评价和高中招生录取三方面取得实质性突破。据统计,南宁市课改实验区共有38268名初中毕业学生参加中考。其中市区考生18813名。除6县及邕宁县、良庆区外的市区内所有考生的学业成绩,均以等级形式呈现,并按“择优录取、双向选择”的方式进行普通高中招生录取工作。     

Chinese Early Childhood Environment Rating Scale (trial) (CECERS): A validity study

The Chinese Early Childhood Environment Rating Scale (trial) (CECERS) is a new instrument for measuring early childhood program quality in the Chinese socio-cultural contexts, based on substantial adaptation from the Early Childhood Environment Rating Scale-Revised Edition (ECERS-R). This paper describes the development and validation process of CECERS. Empirical data were collected from a stratified random sample 178 classrooms, from which a random sample of 1012 children was measured for child development outcomes. Guided by the framework of broad conceptualization of validity and validation as advocated by Messick (1989), evidence in a variety of forms is presented and discussed, including content validity considerations (e.g., measuring socially and culturally relevant domains), measurement reliability considerations (e.g., internal consistency reliability, inter-rater reliability), and measurement validity considerations (concurrent validity, criterion-related validity, internal structure based on exploratory factor analysis). The empirical findings for CECERS compare very favorably with the validation outcomes of ECERS-R. The body of evidence accumulated in the validation process supports the use and interpretation of CECERS scores as quality indicators of early childhood education program in the Chinese social and cultural contexts. Limitations and future directions are also discussed.     

应重视短距离速滑运动员的有氧能力训练

通过分析王曼丽运动成绩提高的原因，指出了有氧能力的提高所起的作用，并介绍了王曼丽有氧能力训练的方法，阐明了必须重视短距离速滑运动员的有氧能力训练，才能使达到一定程度的运动水平得到进一步地提高。     

人工智能在交互式学习环境中的应用

本文介绍了交互式学习环境(ILE)教学系统及其现状,着重讨论了人工智能技术与方法在其中的应用,并阐述了人工智能的四个分支:智能代理、专家系统、知识表示、自然语言处理在ILE的应用。     

从我国地价房价比看“招拍挂”制度改革

地价与房价有着密切的联系,地价是形成房价的重要要素之一,地价与房价的变动存在极大的相关性。研究从地价房价比出发,对地价房价比的数据和线图分别进行了分析,简要阐述了我国房价过快上涨的地价原因,而后进一步理清＂招拍挂＂制度促进地价上升的不合理因素,说明控制房价要从改革＂招拍挂＂的土地出让方式做起,并提出了相关的政策建议。     

低海拔及中度高原训练对男子柔道运动员运动能力的影响

为了探讨低、中度高原训练对运动能力的影响，本系统观察15名广东省男子柔道运动员在中度高原(1891m)和低海拔(1000m)进行2—3周训练前后Hb、CK、BUN、血清睾酮(T)、皮质醇(C)和T／C比值的变化并进行比较。研究发现：(1)高原训练中，Hb先降低后显升高，CK活性则是显升高，然后逐渐恢复，BUN开始变化不明显，随后显下降，回到平原后再升高至恢复；血清T、T／C比值显升高，而C显下降，保持高睾酮低皮质醉水平；(2)低海拔训练对运动员的血液生化指标、激素及运动能力有一定的影响，但不如中度高原训练效果明显；(3)中度高原—平原—低海拔交叉训练能使运动员适应过程加快，提高机能水平。     

世界一流大学图书馆的数字参考服务实践研究

文章通过对30所世界一流大学图书馆的数字参考服务发展现状的调查分析，总结了其发展现状和有益经验，同时对大学图书馆数字参考服务模型的建立提出了构想。
