基于转化医学模式下高等中医院校生物化学与分子生物学教学改革刍议

转化医学是近几年国际医学健康领域提出的新概念,注重基础研究的成果更快地向临床应用转化。本文针对当前高等中医药教育中存在的问题,探讨将转化医学的理念渗透到包括生物化学与分子生物学在内的医学基础课程中的必要性及可行性,总结了实施的具体方法与对策,以期进一步推动高等中医药教育的合理化发展和优秀高等中医药人才的培养。

秦汉时期处于中国封建社会的上升时期，绘画，雕塑和印染工艺都得到了长足的发展，秦汉时期对色彩的认识有了很大程度的提高，彦是彩绘的物质基础，中国绘画彦制造的五大原料来源，在汉代已经齐全，其绘画颜料的制作应用的成熟，对我国绘画颜料发展起到了承前启后的作用，并为我国古代绘画处于世界绘画史领先地位奠定了坚实的基础。     

Autonomous and controlling reasons underlying achievement goals during task engagement: their relation to intrinsic motivation and cheating

The aim of this study was to investigate the relation of autonomous and controlling reasons underlying an endorsed achievement goal to intrinsic motivation and cheating. The endorsement of the achievement goal was ensured by involving 212 (M_age = 19.24, SD = .97) freshman students in a spatial task and asking them to report their most important achievement goal, as well as the reasons for adopting the goal, during the task. Results from a hierarchical regression analysis revealed that independent of the achievement goal the students adopted, the autonomous reasons for the endorsed goal were positively related to the indices of intrinsic motivation. Furthermore, the autonomous reasons underlying either performance or mastery-avoidance goals were negatively related to cheating. Alternatively, the controlling reasons for the endorsed goal were positively related to pressure and tension. The importance of considering both the ‘what’ and the ‘why’ aspect of achievement motivation are discussed.

随着中国加入WTO后，社会经济的快速发展对职业技术人才的旺盛需求提出了更高要求。因此，全面提高学生的身体素质，培养学生的创新能力，造就现代化人才的强健体魄和充沛精力，是我们当前体育教学的根本任务。文章通过讨论，阐述了体育教育的发展趋势。     

Communicating Knowing Through Communities of Practice: Exploring Internal Communicative Processes and Differences Among CoPs

Knowing is an enacted, communicated process that is difficult to observe, let alone manage, in organizations. Communities of practice (CoPs) offer a productive solution for improving knowledge and knowledge management, but the communicative processes that enact CoPs have not been explored, leaving CoPs as an organizational black box. This research extends CoP theory as a means to determine the presence of a CoP and distinguish between various CoPs, and as a practical means to evaluate the communicative processes of organizational knowledge. CoPs enact the communicative nature of knowing through the elements of mutual engagement, negotiation of a joint enterprise, and shared repertoire. Specifically, two groups of volunteers are examined through a combination of participation, observation, and interviews in order to explore CoP theory as a dynamic system for examining and evaluating organizational knowledge.     

女子跳马前手翻类动作推手技术的运动学分析

当前 ,女子跳马前手翻类动作已成为女子跳马的主要发展趋势之一 ,为此 ,通过对高水平运动员完成的 11人次女子跳马前手翻类高难动作的运动学分析 ,揭示了该类动作推手技术的运动学规律和技术要素 ,为进一步发展该类动作难度和改进动作质量 ,提高我国女子跳马技术水平 ,改变我国女子跳马相对落后的现状有积极的现实意义     

少年男子足球运动员防守战术意识思维决策活动研究

控球队员随情况和位置的变更其战术思维决策活动过程的“模式”也在变更。专家组的战术思维决策活动过程选择变化在后场具有明显的“场区”特点和“对抗状态”特点 ,在中场和前场时则表现出明显的“场区”特点而没有表现出明显的“对抗状态”特点。训练水平高的职业队员及训练水平较高青年队员与专家组的战术意识思维决策活动变化有较高的相似趋势。相比之下少年队员与专家的基本战术思维决策活动“模式”有明显的差异。     

对我院大学生课外体育活动现状的调查与分析

通过问卷调查、文献资料和数理统计等方法,对武汉工业学院大学生课外体育活动的现状进行了调查与分析.结果发现:大部分学生经常或有时参加课外体育活动,他们参加课外体育活动的动机是多层次的,选择的活动项目以大小球类项目为主.缺少场地器材、学习压力大、怕累、缺乏技术指导,是影响他们参加课外体育活动最主要的原因.
