参考Elbaz提出的教师实践性知识分析框架,以两位高校英语教师为个案,从行动学习的视角探究高校外语教师实践性知识的构建途径,以期为高校外语教师教育与专业发展提供相关启示。     

Simple Preparation of Spherical Activated Carbon with Mesoporous Structure from Phenolic Resol and Associated Catalytic Performance in Isobutane Dehydrogenation

This study provides a detailed report on the synthesis of spherical activated carbon with mesoporous structure using a soluble low molecular weight phenolic resol precursor through an ammonium alginate assisted sol–gel method. The effects of calcinating temperature and the addition of CaCO_3 as a pore-enlarging agent on texture structure and catalytic performance in isobutane dehydrogenation to isobutene were investigated. Characterization of N_2 sorption,mechanical strength tests,and optical photographs confirmed that the obtained carbon materials had high mechanical strength,a good degree of sphericity,and a large surface area. Introducing CaCO_3 as a pore-enlarging agent during the preparation process promoted the formation of a mesoporous structure of carbon spheres and evidently increased the surface area and oxygen content,which can improve isobutane conversion and isobutene selectivity of these carbon spheres. The conversion of isobutane reached up to 28% for this spherical activated carbon,and the selectivity of isobutene reached up to 96%. Isobutane conversion increased with an increase in calcination temperature due to an increase in the oxygen content,whereas the selectivity of isobutene decreased due to the slight decrease in the specific surface area.

大学生心理健康教育的偏差与矫正

广泛开展的大学生心理健康教育存在个别化、医学化、形式化等方面的偏差,远不能适应当代大学生心理发展的需求,也在一定程度上制约了心理健康教育的健康发展。树立发展性心理健康教育的理念,把适应性咨询与发展性咨询、团体辅导相结合,构建新型大学生心理健康教育模式是深化大学生心理健康教育的必由之路。     

试论企业集团产生和发展的动因

自20世纪80年代以来，我国学者对企业集团的理论建设进行了一些有益探讨，但是他们大都没有跳出科技的交易成本分析框架。交易成本分析实际上只是一种静态分析方法，仅能在既定条件下分析各商业交易主体的哪些商业交易应当选用企业集团内部市场来组织、哪些商业交易又应当选用企业外部市场来组织或企业内部市场来组织，但无法揭示在动态条件转产发展的深层原因，因而使用这一分析框架所得出的结论都不可避免地带有一定的局限性。如果将垄断和竞争因素以及专业化因素引入交易成本分析框架，就能较好地理解企业集团的产生和发展。     

Usefulness of cognitive intervention programmes for socio-emotional and behaviour problems in children with learning disabilities

Behavioural and emotional problems occur more frequently in children with learning problems than in a cross-section of the general population, both at home and at school. While behaviour problems reportedly are a key obstructive factor impeding inclusive education, children with both behavioural and learning disabilities carry a high risk of social exclusion and school dropout when they are in mainstream environments. Meta-analyses indicated only a moderate impact of social skills training. To see what kind of intervention programme would be effective in modifying cognitive as well as socio-emotional behaviour and at the same time focusing on contextual interaction and intervention, a pilot study has been carried out in Belgium with 11–13-year-old students with learning disability and behaviour problems in special schools. A total of 24 children in the experimental group were matched against a control group of 24. Children in the experimental group, after having received 14 lessons of FIE (Feuerstein's Instrumental Enrichment Programme), showed a marked increase in some cognitive functions (hypothetical thinking, perception and understanding of humour) but not in others. A significant effect on socio-emotional behaviour could not be shown quantitatively, but was evident from qualitative interviewing. The mediating attitude of the teachers was a key influencing factor in producing lasting changes. Programmes such as FIE, provided they address children as well as teachers in a comprehensive way, focusing on cognitive as well as socio-emotional behavioural changes, may become powerful instruments to help children as well as teachers in a highly differentiated inclusive school environment.     

云南少数民族地区中学教师体育锻炼现状调查分析

采用问卷调查等方法对云南少数民族地区中学教师参与体育锻炼的目的、体育人口现状、锻炼原理和方法的掌握情况、锻炼的项目、影响锻炼的原因、锻炼的方式等进行研究.并对做好少数民族地区中学教师的体育健身工作提出了建议.     

长青自然保护区中国种子植物特有属的初步研究

长青自然保护区内种子植物资源丰富多样,仅中国特有植物就有30属,占全国特有属总属数的11．67％,占长青自然保护区种子植物总属数的4.12％,隶属于26科．其中单种属17个,少种属12个,两者共占保护区的特有属总属数的96．67％,多种属1个．保护区内的特有植物以温带性质为主,并且具有明显的古老性．特有植物与毗邻省区有广泛的联系,特别是与四川、湖北、陕西化龙山的联系最为密切,共有的特有植物比例高．同时也表现出与整个秦岭地区植物区系较为密切的关系．因此,长青自然保护区不仅在地理位置上,而且在特有植物成分组成上与“川东—鄂西中国特有植物分布中心”存在十分密切的联系．     

喷锚支护在高层建筑深基坑支护中的应用

高层建筑深基坑开挖过程中边坡稳定不容易保证,喷锚支护体系是将锚杆与滑裂面以外土体连成一个整体,再通过外拉系统与深基坑边坡组成一个整体受力体,承受主动土压力,利用土层的锚固力,维持被锚固体(边坡)的稳定,从而使得开挖的基坑获得广阔的空间。
