从出土材料再论《文子》及相关问题

本利用新出土的献材料,从引《老》、用《老》的角度,论证古本《子》当成书于公元前3世纪上半叶。今本《子》与《淮南子》的关系,可以用“两次抄袭”的模型来解释。一方面是《子》在引《老》、用《老》,另一方面《老子》本在流传的过程中,也因为《子》的影响而发生着改变。     

A dynamic decision model for portfolio investment and assets management

This paper addresses a dynamic portfolio investment problem. It discusses how we can dynamically choose candidate assets, achieve the possible maximum revenue and reduce the risk to the minimum level. The paper generalizes Markowitz's portfolio selection theory and Sharpe's rule for investment decision. An analytical solution is presented to show how an institutional or individual investor can combine Markowitz's portfolio selection theory, generalized Sharpe's rule and Value-at-Risk(VaR) to find candidate assets and optimal level of position sizes for investment (dis-investment). The result shows that the generalized Markowitz's portfolio selection theory and generalized Sharpe's rule improve decision making for investment.     

利用网络加强宣传教育工作的探讨

互联网在给人们带来丰富快捷的信息资源的同时,其负面影响及危害也日益突出,给传统的思想教育提出严峻挑战。面对这种新情况,宣传教育部门及其工作者更应提高认识、认真研究、积极应对,以适应网络环境下加强思想政治工作的需求。     

Improved fast intra prediction algorithm of H.264/AVC

With advanced prediction modes of intra prediction, intra coding of H.264/AVC offers significant coding gains compared with previous video coding standards. It uses an important tool called Lagrangian rate-distortion optimization (RDO) technique to decide the best coding mode for a block, but the computational burden is extremely high. In this paper, we proposed an improved fast intra prediction algorithm including block type selection and mode decision algorithm based on analysis of edge feature of a block. Our algorithm filters out unlikely block type and candidate modes to reduce the RDO calculations. Experimental results showed that the proposed algorithm can reduce the computation complexity of intra prediction from 52.90% to 56.31%, with 0.04 dB PSNR degradation and 2% increase of bit rate.     

漳州铸币文化浅析

漳州是我国历史文化名城,具有丰富的铸币文化。清代早期,漳州新设局铸币,现存世的漳州铸币实物有康熙通宝、咸丰通宝、同治通宝和光绪通宝以及“漳州军饷”。本文分析清代漳州的铸币的开铸动机,考证其铸币地点,探讨明清时期漳州铸币文化形成和消失的社会经济原因。

推行学分制:教学制度与观念的深刻变革

以"刚性教学计划和统一培养规格"为基本特征的传统学年制,与中国高等教育的改革和发展存在着尖锐的冲突。推行学分制改革,是要发挥学分制在制度理念、制度机制和制度功能上的优势以及制度改革的效应。在教学制度发生深刻变革的过程中,必须倡导与新的制度相适应的教育观念。     

积极创造条件进一步完善学分制

本文在分析了用学分制替代学年制的诸多优越性之后，提出了建立学分制的种种措施和条件。     

大学生网络成瘾与自我同一性相关研究

本研究使用自行编译的YoungK.S网络成瘾问卷,自我同一性形成度测量问卷对武汉市4所高校299名大学生进行网络使用情况调查。结果表明:①大学生自我同一性地位、现在的自我投入、将来自我投入的愿望分量表上得分与网络成瘾问卷总分呈显著负相关。网络成瘾行为会对大学生自我同一性的形成有负面影响。②性别、现在的自我投入、将来自我投入的愿望对网络成瘾问卷总分有非常显著的预测作用。
