21世纪初10年中国煤炭企业教育管理模式研究(节录)

企业教育管理模式可归纳为独立教育集团(公司)模式、集团公司下属教育机构按企业化管理模式、企业集团下属教育机构按事业化管理模式(含准董事会模式、人劳教分权管理模式和人劳教统筹管理模式)、只设管理机构而无办学实体模式。     

虫媒登革病毒的研究——Ⅰ.Den 2病毒非结构蛋白NS1从感染细胞膜中的分离

应用Con-A亲和层析方法从两株Den2病毒(New Guinea C株和从中国海南省分离的H-87株)感染的C6/36细胞膜中分离的糖蛋白,发现了一种感染细胞中特有的蛋白质。经SDS-PAGE证明该蛋白分子量约46000D,分析其为Den 2病毒的非结构蛋白NS1。并利用Western blot筛选出针对该蛋白4种单克隆抗体。     

Analysis of Personality,Suicide, and Self‐Injury in Emerging Adulthood

Nonsuicidal self‐injury (NSSI) is a maladaptive coping strategy that is of significant clinical concern for behavioral health professionals in college settings. Relationships between NSSI, acquired capability for suicide, interpersonal cognitions, and five‐factor model personality traits were assessed in a survey‐based study that included 192 young adults in a college setting. Results indicated that those with an affirmative suicide attempt history, greater acquired capability for suicide, and elevated neuroticism had an increased likelihood of lifetime NSSI.     

三丙酮胺对离体大鼠心肌缺血的保护作用

离体大鼠心脏灌流实验表明,三丙酮胺(TAA)能改善缺血心肌的收缩功能,降低缺血心叽中过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量,保护超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,提高胞浆肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)含量,并有效地抑制CaCl_2诱导的血小板聚集作用.     

Evaluating the Social Validity of Project TEAM: A Problem-Solving Intervention to Teach Transition Age Youth with Developmental Disabilities to Resolve Environmental Barriers

Project TEAM teaches transition-age youth with developmental disabilities (DD) to identify physical and social environmental barriers and supports, generate solutions to barriers, and request modifications to increase participation. Establishing the social validity of this environment focused intervention with youth and their parents is critical, given the significant shift the intervention represents from rehabilitation’s more traditional focus on body structures and function. University researchers and youth research collaborators conducted a participatory evaluation of the purpose, procedures, and perceived benefits of Project TEAM. Youth with DD (n = 42) provided feedback using three methods: activity voting, a survey, and a focus group. Parents (n = 37) also provided feedback. Results suggest that both youth and parents find Project TEAM acceptable and relevant to youth’s current and future lives. The majority of youth and parents felt Project TEAM fostered independence and empowerment, although some youth and parents reported challenges with the unique environment-focused approach.     

木兰科分类系统初探

根据形态解剖学的主要特征，提出把木兰科分为木莲属、厚壁木属、华盖木属、木兰属、南美盖裂木属、香木兰属、拟单性木兰属、单性木兰属、长蕊木兰属、南洋含笑属、含笑属、合果木属、观光木属、鹅掌楸属等１４个属，并讨论了木兰科的演化途径     

刺翼蚱科一新属一新种(直翅目:蚱总科)

本文报道刺翼蚱科一新属一新种。新属:弯背蚱属Cypholellix gen,nov.的主要特征是前胸背板背面在肩角突然隆起,侧面观近似驼峰形。其模式种为鼎湖弯背蚱Cypholellix dinghuensis sp.nov.

为及时了解和掌握国有煤炭企业科技人才现状和需求变化，更好地做好煤炭工业科技人才的培养和建设工作，《国有煤炭企业人才状况及相关问题研究》课题组对山西、河南、山东、安徽等8个省的12个矿区企业、5所原煤炭高校进行了调查研究，基本掌握了我国国有煤炭企业科技人员现状与需求信息，就有关问题进行了研究，有针对性地提出了一些对策建议。
