生存之惑:世纪之交的中国电影类杂志发展趋势研究

作为中国电影历史的实时记录者与电影文化的有力传播者,我国的电影类期刊在世纪之交与我国电影产业一样经历了好莱坞等外国电影业的冲击。本文对我国电影类杂志在20世纪末、21世纪初的发展趋势进行仔细解读,以期为我国电影杂志发展史的研究补上不可或缺的一环,并进一步明确我国电影期刊的发展方向。     

"先锋"辨义和先锋小说

1985年起中国“先锋文学”成为了一种有相对固定指向的命名,实际上评论家对“先锋”的理解并不一致;但八十年代中国先锋小说的勃兴,毕竟显示了一批作家在新时期文学中的不懈探索和实验的可贵努力;而最终的失败,则是暗示了当代作家在吸收、借鉴西方现代文艺思想、技巧时的某些通病。     

Allograftic bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells transplanted into heart infarcted model of rabbit to renovate infarcted heart

Objective: To investigate the directed transplantation of allograftic bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) in myocardial infarcted (MI) model rabbits. Materials and Methods: Rabbits were divided into 3 groups, heart infarcted model with MSCs transplanted treatment (MSCs group, n=12), heart infarcted model with PBS injection (control group, n=20), sham operation with PBS injection (sham group, n=l 7). MSCs labelled by BrdUrd were injected into the MI area of the MSCs group. The same volume of PBS was injected into the MI area of the control group and sham group. The mortality, LVIDd, LVIDs and LVEF Of the two groups were compared 4 weeks later. Tropomyosin inhibitory component (Tn I) and BrdUrd immunohistochemistry identified the engrafted cells 4 weeks after transplantation. Result: The mortality of the MSCs group was 16.7% (2/12), and remarkably lower than the control group's mortality [35% (7/20) (P＜0.05)].Among the animals that survived for 4 weeks, the LVIDd and LVIDs of the MSCs group after operation were 1.17±0.21 cm and 0.74±0.13 cm, and remarkably lower than those of the model group, which were 1.64±0.14 cm and 1.19±0.12 cm (P＜0.05); the LVEF of the MSCs group after operation was 63±6%, and remarkably higher than that of the model group,which was 53±6% (P＜0.05). Among the 10 cases of animals that survived for 4 weeks in the MSCs group, in 8 cases (80%),the transplanted cells survived in the non MI, MI region and its periphery, and even farther away; part of them differentiated into cardiomyocytes; in 7 cases (70%), the transplanted cells participated in the formation of blood vessel tissue in the MI region. Conclusion: Transplanted allograftic MSCs can survive and differentiate into cardiomyocytes, form the blood vessels in the MI region. MSCs transplantation could improve the heart function after MI.     

Usage patterns and social circles on Facebook among elderly people with diverse personality traits

Elderly people are exposed to information technologies to keep them in touch with younger generations. Among various technologies, social network sites (SNSs) are seldom used by the majority of elderly people. To bridge the digital divide, it is necessary to dig deeply into the minority elderly users of SNSs. This study explores usage patterns of elderly Facebook users and further investigates how their diverse characteristics influence their usage and social circles. Three findings were derived. First, a sharp digital divide on SNSs does exist, and existing elderly Facebook users are mainly the dabblers. Second, personality profiling could predict elderly people’s SNS usage behaviors. Elderly users with a high level of openness and extroversion have more friends, status updates, and group memberships, and those with a high level of conscientiousness have fewer likes and status updates. Elderly users are likely to seek insightful content on SNSs. Moreover, they may have a higher degree of emotional stability than young users when using SNSs. Third, elderly people tend to build small social circles on SNSs that “copy” the family relationship in the real world; whereas, they build large social circles with interests and hobbies that are difficult to share in the real world. Based on these results, detailed suggestions are presented for better targeting elderly people in ways that move them toward SNSs.     

关于加强电大实践性教学的思考

实践教学是电大培养应用型人才的关键环节,也是电大教育中的一个难点。针对目前实践教学体系不够完善、实践教学师资相对匮乏、实践教学基地不够稳定、实践教学管理不够严密等状况,电大要制定明确的实践教学目标、完善实践教学体系、构建“双师型”教师队伍、加强实践基地建设、改革实践教学的评价方法,以培养社会欢迎的应用型人才。     

工程教育认证新标准下毕业要求达成度评价方法研究

目前针对工程教育认证中的毕业要求达成度评价尚无成熟和标准的方法。且随着认证工作的深入,各院校机械工程专业原有的达成度评估方法已不能适应认证标准(2018版)的新要求。为此,文章以工程教育认证标准新要求下机械工程专业毕业要求达成度评价的若干问题进行研究。建立学生和教师对毕业要求的认知机制,梳理其认知渠道。建立符合工程教育认证标准要求的“能力形成过程评价和能力达成结果评价相结合”的毕业要求达成度评价方法。对评估结果进行分析,找出培养环节中的“短板”,提出针对性的持续改进意见。为培养创新能力强、适合经济社会发展需要的优秀工程师打下良好基础。     

Mobile APP for motivation to learning: an engineering case

Synthesis of Materials is regarded as an important core subject in engineering education. However, many concepts and knowledge in the material synthesis can be rather abstract and difficult to understand by the student learners. Experiments are limited in scope due to lack of equipment, control of toxic materials, and risks of chemical reactions, which often restricts student imagination and student involvement in practical training. These reasons often led to poor learning attitude and learning performance among the students. Rapid developments in Cloud technology and mobile devices have provided new opportunities for developing novel learning tools for material synthesis. This study aims to introduce interest factors as a strategy for promoting learning interest and practical skills among the students. Chemical symbols, experimental themes, texts, and interactive elements were utilized to develop a theme-based Mobile Learning APP for teaching the practical techniques of material synthesis. The Mobile Learning APP was then integrated into a problem-based learning activity. A quasi-experimental design was used to investigate the resulting learning effectiveness from using the developed Mobile Learning APP. Results show that the Mobile Learning APP provided a significant positive effect on learning performance and that most students showed favorable attitudes toward the usage of the mobile learning system.     

发展旅游循环经济的制度建设研究
