为满足高职院校培养技能型、应用型人才的需要,对《化工制图》的教学内容、教学方法、考核方法等方面进行了初步的改革研究.     

浅谈大学生数学竞赛在大学数学公共课教学中的作用

本文探讨大学生数学竞赛对大学数学公共课教学的促进作用,指出一些利用数学竞赛活动破解课堂教学困境的方法。

Experiments on Cu-isotope fractionation between chlorine-bearing fluid and silicate magma: implications for fluid exsolution and porphyry Cu deposits

Hydrothermal fluid is essential for transporting metals in the crust and mantle. To explore the potential of Cu isotopes as a tracer of hydrothermal-fluid activity, Cu-isotope fractionation factors between Cl-bearing aqueous fluids and silicate magmas (andesite, dacite, rhyolite dacite, rhyolite and haplogranite) were experimentally calibrated. Fluids containing 1.75–14 wt.% Cl were mixed together with rock powders in Au₉₅Cu₅ alloy capsules, which were equilibrated in cold-seal pressure vessels for 5–13 days at 800–850°C and 2 kbar. The elemental and Cu-isotopic compositions of the recovered aqueous fluid and solid phases were analyzed by (LA-) ICP–MS and multi-collector inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, respectively. Our experimental results show that the fluid phases are consistently enriched in heavy Cu isotope (⁶⁵Cu) relative to the coexisting silicates. The Cu-isotope fractionation factor (Δ⁶⁵Cu_FLUID-MELT) ranges from 0.08 ± 0.01‰ to 0.69 ± 0.02‰. The experimental results show that the Cu-isotopic fractionation factors between aqueous fluids and silicates strongly depend on the Cu speciation in the fluids (e.g. CuCl(H₂O), CuCl₂^– and CuCl₃²⁻) and silicate melts (CuO_1/2), suggesting that the exsolved fluids may have higher δ⁶⁵Cu than the residual magmas. Our results suggest the elevated δ⁶⁵Cu values in Cu-enriched rocks could be produced by addition of aqueous fluids exsolved from magmas. Together with previous studies on Cu isotopes in the brine and vapor phases of porphyry deposits, our results are helpful for better understanding Cu-mineralization processes.

2001-2017年尼泊尔中部地区滑坡变化及其影响因素

滑坡是造成尼泊尔巨大经济损失和人员伤亡的主要地质灾害。目前,遥感方法对滑坡信息的识别、提取和监测具有巨大的潜力。基于随机森林模型的平均不纯度减少算法,选用NDBI、MNDWI、NDVI和红波段4个参数对Landsat遥感数据进行滑坡信息的初提取,同时借助目视解译得到滑坡的精提取结果。采用数据格网的方法将研究区划分为0.05°×0.05°的滑坡格网,并在不同土地覆盖类型中,对滑坡与降雨和温度进行偏相关分析。研究表明：1）尼泊尔中部地区的滑坡主要分布在海拔1 000~2 500 m,坡度20°~40°的范围内;2）相比其他土地覆盖类型,林地中滑坡数目与降雨的偏相关系数为0.671 5,而在草地中滑坡数目与温度的偏相关性最强,其偏相关系数为0.436 1;3）研究区片麻岩、页岩分布广泛,加之地震、断裂带、人类活动的影响,破坏边坡的稳定性,极易造成滑坡灾害。

Injectable hybrid inorganic nanoscaffold as rapid stem cell assembly template for cartilage repair

Cartilage injuries are often devastating and most cannot be cured because of the intrinsically low regenerative capacity of cartilage tissues. Although stem-cell therapy has shown enormous potential for cartilage repair, the therapeutic outcome has been restricted by low survival rates and poor chondrocyte differentiation in vivo. Here, we report an injectable hybrid inorganic (IHI) nanoscaffold that facilitates fast assembly, enhances survival and regulates chondrogenic differentiation of stem cells. IHI nanoscaffolds that strongly bind to extracellular matrix (ECM) proteins assemble stem cells through synergistic 3D cell–cell and cell–matrix interactions, creating a favorable physical microenvironment for stem-cell survival and differentiation in vitro and in vivo. Additionally, chondrogenic factors can be loaded into nanoscaffolds with a high capacity, which allows deep, homogenous drug delivery into assembled 3D stem-cell-derived tissues for effective control over the soluble microenvironment of stem cells. The developed IHI nanoscaffolds that assemble with stem cells are injectable. They also scavenge reactive oxygen species and timely biodegrade for proper integration into injured cartilage tissues. Implantation of stem-cell-assembled IHI nanoscaffolds into injured cartilage results in accelerated tissue regeneration and functional recovery. By establishing our IHI nanoscaffold-templated 3D stem-cell assembly method, we provide a promising approach to better overcoming the inhibitory microenvironment associated with cartilage injuries and to advance current stem-cell-based tissue engineering.     

非传统安全研究的语言学途径:以安全话语隐喻图景建构为例

[目的/意义]语言贯穿于非传统安全的多个方面,不仅可以成为安全化的指涉对象,还能够发挥其修辞、认知、评价与建构功能赋予存在性威胁以合法性,影响受众对国家政策的接受度。深入探究隐喻图景与反恐现实之间的关联,有助于发挥隐喻在反恐情报汇集、甄别与研判中的重要作用。[方法/过程]选取12个国家的52家主流媒体相关报道建立非传统安全话语专题语料库,使用Wmatrix语料库软件和语义网络分析技术整体呈现隐喻图景,揭示隐喻模式及其蕴涵意义。[结果/结论]恐怖主义媒介话语的隐喻图景以犯罪隐喻、战争隐喻、道德隐喻、疾病隐喻和自然隐喻为主要的隐喻类别,通过揭示恐怖主义基本特征、塑造参与者身份形象、描述两极化与妖魔化的故事情节、激活受众认知框架并做出道德评价等方式建构出一幅复杂多元的隐喻图景。隐喻通过塑造受众的认知模式间接地作用于反恐政策的制定与实施,是拓展非传统安全研究维度的可能路径。

人的健康成长离不开一定的环境,人能选择和创造有利于教育的环境,避免不利于教育的环境。中国古代孟母三迁,就是为了使儿子能有一个有利于健康成长的环境。我们今天要全面提高学生素质,首先要给学生一个宽松、民主、和谐的成长环境,使学生能在良好的育人环境中身心得到健康成长,从而成为符合社会需要的合格人才。
