通过对高校图书馆读者的信息需求和期刊资源现状进行调查与分析,提出了整合和开发期刊资源以满足读者需求的对策。     

智能检索系统中用户兴趣模型构建技术研究

阐述了智能检索系统中基于贝叶斯推理网络的用户访问兴趣模型的构建过程以及其所依赖的技术原理;描述了在实现智能检索系统目的下引入用户兴趣学习层的知识库组织结构以及检索模型的匹配问题;介绍了模型中基于本体论的知识组织方式以及引入贝叶斯网络来动态调整用户兴趣概念权重并建立用户兴趣模型的技术。

近代上海教会学校女子体育教育发展历程、特色及其影响

运用文献资料法,对近代(1840—1949年)上海教会学校女子体育教育的发展历程及其影响进行分析发现,其经历了初期、快速成长期和消亡3个阶段,形成了相对完整和独立的女子体育教育体系,体育教学内容丰富,出版和引进了体育教材,注重开展课外体育活动。近代上海教会学校女子体育教育对旧习俗提出挑战,培育了体育专门人才,影响了清末中国自办和官办女学的体育课程设置和开办模式,促进了上海乃至全国近代女子体育的发展。     

自学考试与社区教育资源整合运行机制的建构

自学考试作为一种高度开放的社会化教育形式,面向全社会、服务全社会是其与生俱来的特性.自学考试凭借其独特功能与优势应该也业已成为社区教育中的一种重要教育资源,但当前它只是作为社区教育的一种教育形式,其整合社区教育资源中其他教育资源的功能与优势尚未发挥出来.换句话说,自学考试在社区教育中尚未被有效整合,同时自学考试也没在社区教育的资源整合方面发挥其应有的作用.

通过研究第三方协同网上支付的相关理论基础包括网上支付理论、第三方支付理论,借此提出了第三方协同网上支付理论,同时对三者的特征和系统模式做了着重分析,并结合目前的发展状况提出了第三方协同网上支付发展的基本策略。     

基于JAVA的数据库构件的研究与实现

本文在基于软件重用的基础上,对软件开发中数据库的通用操作进行分析,提出了一个数据库通用操作构件模型,使得可重用的数据库通用操作构件组装成为可能。根据这种思想,利用JAVA语言实现了该构件模型。该模型有效地简化了数据库应用程序的开发,提高了数据库软件的开发效率,并可将该构件应用于实际的数据库软件开发中。     

高校品牌创新之我见

面对日益激烈的品牌战争,我国各高校也应该充分地意识到品牌对一所高校生死存亡的重要意义。高校要积极采取品牌创新的各种策略,努力使我国高校发展成不仅在国内有名、而且在国外也有一定知名度的品牌高校。     

ENSO and Southeast Asian biomass burning modulate subtropical trans-Pacific ozone transport

Trans-Pacific transport of enhanced ozone plumes has been mainly attributed to fossil fuel combustion in Asia in spring, but less attention has been paid to vegetation fires in Asia. Here we show that the El Niño-Southern Oscillation (ENSO)-modulated fires in Southeast Asia, rather than Asian fossil fuel plumes, dominate the interannual variability of springtime trans-Pacific transport of ozone across the entire North Pacific Ocean. During El Niño springs, the intensified fires from both the Indochinese Peninsula and Indonesia, together with large-scale circulation anomalies, result in enhanced ozone plumes that stretch over 15 000 km in both the lower-middle and upper troposphere. This enhancement is also observed in the in situ measurements of ozone concentration, with an almost 10% increase at Mauna Loa Observatory, Hawaii, a unique site to monitor the long-distance transport over the North Pacific. This study reports an unexpectedly strong influence of vegetation fires, linked with climate variability, on global tropospheric chemistry and proves once more how complex the interactions in the climate system are.     

Precision measurement of the Newtonian gravitational constant

The Newtonian gravitational constant G, which is one of the most important fundamental physical constants in nature, plays a significant role in the fields of theoretical physics, geophysics, astrophysics and astronomy. Although G was the first physical constant to be introduced in the history of science, it is considered to be one of the most difficult to measure accurately so far. Over the past two decades, eleven precision measurements of the gravitational constant have been performed, and the latest recommended value for G published by the Committee on Data for Science and Technology (CODATA) is (6.674 08 ± 0.000 31) × 10⁻¹¹ m³ kg⁻¹ s⁻² with a relative uncertainty of 47 parts per million. This uncertainty is the smallest compared with previous CODATA recommended values of G; however, it remains a relatively large uncertainty among other fundamental physical constants. In this paper we briefly review the history of the G measurement, and introduce eleven values of G adopted in CODATA 2014 after 2000 and our latest two values published in 2018 using two independent methods.
