论儿歌的韵律艺术

儿歌被誉为“活在孩子们口头上的文学”,是一种以听觉为主要感知途径的语言艺术,优美的韵律、鲜明的节奏,以及语音的强弱、长短和轻重有规律的交替,使得儿歌成为具有鲜明音乐性的韵律艺术。儿歌的韵律艺术是附着在儿歌的童蒙功用层面上而伴生的。只有富含韵律之美的童谣,才能长久地传承下去。     

Spatially gradated segregation and recovery of circulating tumor cells from peripheral blood of cancer patients

For cancer patients, the enumeration of rare circulating tumor cells (CTCs) in peripheral blood is a strong prognostic indicator of the severity of the cancer; for the general population, the capture of CTCs is needed for use as a clinical tool for cancer screening, early detection, and treatment assessment. Here, we present a fast, high-purity (∼90%) and high-efficiency (>90%) method for the segregation and undamaged recovery of CTCs using a spatially gradated microfluidic chip. Further, by lysing the red blood cells we achieved not only a significant reduction in the overall processing time but also mitigated the blood clogging problem commonly encountered in microfluidic-based CTC isolation systems. To clinically validate the chip, we employed it to detect and capture CTCs from 10 liver cancer patients. Positive CTC enumeration was observed in all the blood samples, and the readings ranged from a low of 1–2 CTCs (1 patient) to a high of >20 CTCs (2 patients) with the balance having 3–20 CTCs per 3-ml blood sample. The work here indicates that our system can be developed for use in cancer screening, metastatic assessment, and chemotherapeutic response and for pharmacological and genetic evaluation of single CTCs.

金融危机对广东入境旅游经济及市场的影响

2008年爆发的全球金融危机,使全球经济遭受了巨大的冲击。入境旅游一定程度上是世界经济的晴雨表。本文应用ARMA模型、游客集中度系数、亲景度和市场竞争态等定量方法,评估了金融危机对广东省入境旅游经济的总体影响,分析了危机对其入境旅游客源市场结构变化情况。结果表明,金融危机使广东入境游客量和旅游外汇收入比预期正常值分别降低了6%~15%和0.7%~1.1%,入境游客量和减少幅度超过旅游外汇收入减少幅度;危机使入境旅游游客集中度明显提高,增加了广东对少数几个入境客源地的依赖程度;在金融危机背景下,广东省在全国对入境客源的竞争力一定程度上受到了其他旅游目的地的挤压。最后,有针对性地提出了广东拓展入境客源市场的思路和策略。     

关于中国特色科学基金制政策理论演进的思考

近10年来,国家自然科学基金委员会(以下简称自然科学基金委)自觉践行科学发展观,从基本国情出发,对科学基金20多年的实践经验进行理论化、系统化总结,在"十六字"评审原则的基础上,创造性地提出了一系列指导科学基金工作的政策理论,形成和发展了关于科学基金总体定位、总体方针、总体任务、总体形势、总体战略的基本判断,为中国特色科学基金制的创新实践提供了明确和清晰的政策指导。     

基于模糊可变参数的恶劣环境下刹车系统设计

在天气条件比较恶劣的情况下,使用传统EBA方式进行汽车刹车,由于防滑系数是固定的,将造成刹车距离过长的缺陷,从而降低了汽车的安全性能.因此,提出了一种基于模糊控制动态模型的汽车智能防滑刹车系统.建立汽车智能刹车模糊控制动态模型,获取刹车控制参数,计算汽车行驶路面防滑系数,对智能刹车模糊控制模型中的参数进行动态调整,从而缩短在恶劣天气情况下汽车刹车时需要行驶的距离.实验结果表明,这种算法能够有效缩短恶劣天气下汽车刹车的距离,取得了令人满意的效果.     

谈《近世代数》教学中的启发式教学

在不完全具备抽象思维能力的条件下,讲授《近世代数》课程是一件难事.根据课程的知识结构和内容,我们采用了举例法、比较法及图像法等启发式教学方法,取得了比较好的教学效果.     

Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Rural Business Clusters: The Relation Between ICT Adoption and Benefits Derived From Cluster Membership

This study examines the relationships between information and communication technologies (ICT) usage, the benefits a company derives from membership in a rural business cluster, and the success of rural companies. Analysis of 333 rural businesses located in northern lower Michigan showed a strong relationship between (a) ICT adoption and benefits derived from the membership in business clusters, (b) ICT adoption and self-reported business success, and (c) benefits derived from business clusters and business success. Although analysis indicates that these relationships may be industry specific, results suggest that ICT adoption by rural enterprises may have advantages for the region's social capital and business success and may help reduce the digital divide experienced in rural communities.     

电子科学与技术专业电子实习课程建设探索

电子科学与技术类大学本科学生往往对电子元器件及其测量仪器了解不多,通常是只知道理论,元器件具体什么样,如何进行测量和选择,知之甚少。有的到了大学四年级毕业设计阶段才开始接触实践课程,刚了解到皮毛就毕业走上工作岗位了,真正成为了人们所说的只会空谈的"理论家"。     

基于专利的北京新一代信息技术产业SWOT分析

本文以北京新一代信息技术产业为对象,在传统专利地图的基础上,结合专利授权率、研发能力、专利技术价值、技术机会、技术优势等分析方法,采用国内专利和国际专利数据,对北京发展新一代信息技术产业的优势、劣势、机会、威胁进行了定量与微观层面的分析,在与国内外地区专利情况的对比中明确了发展方向。在此基础上提出了北京发展新一代新兴技术产业的对策。研究结果表明,上述思路和分析方法对于分析我国战略性新兴产业现状与对策也具有指导意义。
