贫困大学生消费认同研究

贫困大学生的身份曾经是一个令人骄傲的名词,但随着中国经济社会转型的加速,贫困大学生却出现了身份认同的危机。文章指出贫困生身份认同危机产生的原因是他们缺乏有效的消费认同,并从消费群体感和自我感两个方面分析了贫困大学生消费认同缺失的表现,揭示了贫困生消费认同缺失的客观因素。提出应从经济资助、周围人群教育、贫困生自我构建三个方面来促进贫困生消费认同的构建。     

思想政治课德育功能初探

思想政治课是学校德育的主渠道,也是系统地对学生进行德育的最主要途径。思想政治课德育功能的实现必须抓住受教育接受者的心理准备、发展学生的思想道德认识和引导学生的知行转化三个重要环节。教师在思想政治课教学中控制好教学内容、教学过程和教学形式等影响德育功能实现的相关因素,以促进其德育功能的全面实现。     

WTO与我国高校师资建设的对策

我国加入WTO后,高等教育的开放程度备受关注,高校师资建设的任务十分繁重。面对新世纪师资建设的新特点、新任务,高校要坚持“三个相结合”,即：“实现内涵调整与外延发展相结合;把建一流师资与建一流大学的目标相结合;把我国国情同世界高教改革的强劲势头相结合。”制定对策,采取措施,加大我国师资队伍建设的力度。     

Application of neural network in the study of combustion rate of natural gas/diesel dual fuel engine

In order to predict and improve the performance of natural gas/diesel dual fuel engine (DFE), a combustion rate model based on forward neural network was built to study the combustion process of the DFE. The effect of the operating parameters on combustion rate was also studied by means of this model. The study showed that the predicted results were good agreement with the experimental data. It was proved that the developed combustion rate model could be used to successfully predict and optimize the combustion process of dual fuel engine. Pressure drop in a packed bed with sintered ore particles as applied to sinter coolers with a novel vertically arranged design for waste heat recovery

The pressure drop over a packed bed with sintered ore particles was studied experimentally. The sintered ore particles were characterized to determine their equivalent particle diameter, bed voidage, and sphericity. The pressure drop experiments were performed on unsorted and sieved particles with various size distributions for a superficial velocity up to 2.4 m/s, covering flow regimes from laminar to turbulent. It was shown that the Ergun equation underestimates the pressure drop for such highly irregular-shaped particles by about 40%. The measured modified friction factor was well correlated to a scaled Ergun equation, which was verified to be valid for the modified particle Reynolds number up to 12 000 toward design and optimization of vertically arranged sinter coolers for waste heat recovery.     

大学教师学术声誉的辩证思考

大学教师学术声誉是学术共同体对其在增进和发展知识方面所做出的贡献给予的承认和尊敬。大学声誉主要来源于大学教师学术声誉。大学教师学术声誉的综合评价一直是有争议的,其复杂性至少体现在科学知识的复杂性和学术价值观的多样性方面。良好的学术声誉能最大程度地遏制大学教师学术不端行为的发生,但学术声誉既是一个难以量化的因素,又是一个综合性极强的因素,故而我们不能无限夸大学术声誉的功能。因此,不但要提倡大学教师应该珍惜自己的学术声誉,更应该在理念层面进行价值重构,即强调学术责任是遏制学术不端行为的伦理底线。

Information Policy and Social Media: Accept or Decline

In this article I examine how intersections between information policy and social media affect professional ethics and instructional decision making as considered through the lens of professional development and continuing education. The discussion uses techniques from autoethnography such as personal narrative, figurative language and scenarios. Data are extracted from my field notes, observations and writings. My experiences as an instructor of information policy and as an academic with a Ph.D. in Educational Communication and Technology who teaches online courses to graduate professional learners are included. My conclusions are: (1) The formal information policies of social media platforms create an environment requiring instructors to apply professional ethics considerations when deciding how students will use social media platforms. (2) The informal information policies which students hold affect their responses to the information policies of social media platforms used for educational purposes. (3) Instructors can examine the intersections of information policies, professional ethics and student preferences to aid their instructional decision making regarding the integration of social media platforms into professional development and continuing education.

文章以《大学生体质健康标准(试行方案)》为依据,应用中体同方体质测试管理系统软件(学校版)以及M icrosoft Excel软件进行统计处理;了解忻州师范学院在校大学生体质健康状况,对测试结果进行分析研究,寻找差距,发现问题,为我院的体育教学改革提供帮助,从而能够按照学生的体质类型,科学地指导学生进行各项体育活动。
