浅谈森林公安派出所工作改革

目前制约森林公安派出所顺利开展工作的一些问题主要表现在派出所隶属关系不规范,派出所机构摊子大、规模小、人员少,职能作用没有得到充分发挥。加强和改革森林公安派出所工作要从理顺隶属关系,充实派出所警力等方面入手, 不断强化派出所的职能作用。     

关于"巨额财产来源不明罪"的几点思考

巨额财产来源不明罪，从其犯罪主体上看具有其特殊性，其犯罪侵犯了国家工作人员廉洁自律制度，危害了国家正常的秩序，具有很大的危害性，《刑法》中加大对此类犯罪的打击力度。

在今天和明天的培训班上,大家会反复地听到"信息素养和终身学习".我很荣幸作为联合国教科文组织信息素养项目的推广者,今年已在全世界所有的地区主办了11个培训班,其中6个已经完成.在这6个培训班上,专家和学员充分强调和讨论了该项目带来的职业和专业发展机会与挑战.今天,我愿意与大家分享这些成果.     

Leading Developmental Peer Observation of Teaching in Higher Education: Perspectives from Australia and England

Whilst peer observation of teaching is well established as a practice that can enhance teaching quality, the challenge to fully embed this practice in universities remains unresolved. This article analyses the perspectives of 18 university leaders (nine Australian and nine English) drawn from a range of school-based leaders to senior leaders of learning and teaching. Our study indicates that some of the challenges associated with leading such schemes can be mitigated through approaches to educational leadership that enact a respectful and collegiate ethos. This we suggest can support developmental academic engagement in peer observation for positive and lasting change.     

Should Trump Bother with an Education Agenda?

The principal opportunities awaiting the Trump administration in K–12 education are only loosely related to the candidate’s campaign comments about advancing school choice and reducing the federal Education Department. Recent passage of the Every Student Succeeds Act signals that Congress will be loath to re-open the major federal K-12 programs for amendment. Bright opportunities away in connection with the Perkins Act, special education and the Institute of Education Sciences (IES), as well as various domains--beginning with the Office for Civil Rights--that beg for strategic deregulation.
