我国民办幼儿园发展的现状、困境及突破——以四川省广元市为例

随着国家对民办教育的高度关切,民办学前教育已经成为我国教育事业发展中的重要一环。广元市民办幼儿园教育蓬勃发展,但同时又面临重重困境。政府扶持力度羸弱,监管不足;区域发展不平衡,资源分配不均;收费高,乱收费现象严重;急功近利,小学化问题突出;教师层次差异大,流动性强。建议:深化教育供给侧改革,实现民办园健康发展;建立结对帮扶模式,优化民办园资源配置;树立科学教育观念,提高民办园教学质量;完善教育监管体系,规范民办园收费制度;关注园长领导素养,稳定民办园教师队伍。     

Using a modified argument-driven inquiry to promote elementary school students’ engagement in learning science and argumentation

This study explored the effects of a modified argument-driven inquiry approach on Grade 4 students’ engagement in learning science and argumentation in Taiwan. The students were recruited as an experimental group (EG, n?=?36) to join a 12-week study, while another 36 Grade 4 students from the same schools were randomly selected to be the comparison group (CG). All participants completed a questionnaire at the beginning and end of this study. In addition, four target students with the highest and the other four students with the lowest pretest engagement in learning science or argumentation to be observed weekly and interviewed following the posttest. Initial results revealed that the EG students’ total engagement in learning science and argumentation and the claim and warrant components were significantly higher than the CG students. In addition, the EG students’ anxiety in learning science significantly decreased during the study; and their posttest total engagement in learning science scores were positively associated with their argumentation scores. Interview and observation results were consistent with the quantitative findings. Instructional implications and research recommendations are discussed.

Design considerations for series hybrid active power filter

Some important factors for designing a series hybrid active power filter (SHAPF) are presented in this paper for the case when the load is varied in a wide range and/or the source voltage is seriously distorted. Special design of passive filters, adaptive control of parameter and multi variant control are discussed in detail. The filter is stable, has good performance, and causes small capacitive reactive current. The simulation and experimental results accorded with the theoretical analysis results. 《六书故》引唐本《说文》"械"篆试析

明清以来,治《说文》者屡次转引戴侗《六书故》中所引的唐本《说文》来考释文字.可见《六书故》所引唐本《说文》有其重要的文字学价值.通过考证,认为《六书故》引唐本《说文》"械"篆的"或说内盛为器,外盛为械"非许慎《说文》之原说解,只可作训读《说文》之佐证.     

DIELECTRIC STUDIES OF UREASE AS A FUNCTION OF HYDRATION

The steady-state electrical conductivity,as well as the dielectric propertiesbetween 2×10~(-4)Hz and 100 kHz,and at 1 GHz,are reported for urease compressed powdersamples of low hydration.The results show that the large,low frequency dielectricdispersion,known as α-dispersion,is due to the build-up of a space charge of protons atthe sample-electrode interfaces.A smaller dispersion,appearing at higher frequencies,isconcluded to be associated with hindered motions of the peptide residues in the molecularstructure of urease.The extent of these polypeptide backbone motions is shown to bestrongly depended on the extent of enzyme hydration.This work is contributed to the de-velopment of conductimetric biosensors.     

光学分层成像法重建火焰温度场的理论和实验研究

提出了一种测量三维火焰温度的新方法 .根据光学分层成像理论 ,三维火焰可以看成若干个互相平行的二维发光断层的组合 .用高速摄像控制系统沿着某一固定方向对火焰进行分层聚焦摄像 ,得到一组辐射图像 ,每个图像都是其对应断层的聚焦像和其它断层离焦像的叠加像 ,运用图像反演算法 ,即可重建各断层的原始图像 ,再用彩色三基色测温方法 ,处理所得到的原始图像 ,即可建立火焰的三维温度场 .通过蜡烛火焰的试验 ,验证了该方法的可行性
