论基础科学课程与教学中"科学探究"的价值取向

“科学探究”或探究式科学教学是当前国际基础科学教学改革的重要话语之一。但是,20世纪60年代提倡的“科学探究”与90年代以来提倡的“科学探究”在价值取向上有重要区别:前者基于归纳主义或逻辑实证主义的科学观,后者基于建构主义的科学观。尽管美国一些重要的科学教育政策文献中不见“建构主义”一词,但其理论基础无疑是建构主义学习理论。

“代言”与“立言”——“民族主义”文艺与“战国策派”文艺辨析

长期以来，“民族主义”文艺和“战国策派”文艺在中国现当代文学史上是相提并论的，被斥之为具有“法西斯主义”倾向的流派。研究证明，它们是两个性质迥异的流派。通过对其成员组成、文艺观、时代观以及理论渊源几个方面的辨析表明，“民族主义”文艺派是为国民党政治统制“代言”；“战国策派”文艺则为中国民族文学在世界文学殿堂中赢得一席之地而“立言”，同时还是实现该派“战时文化反思和重建”主旨的一支重要力量，自觉承担着五四以来改造国民性的重要任务。     

关于会计学科教学改革的思考

当前世界经济正在日新月异地变化着，产业信息化、经济全球化的趋势已不可逆转。新的经济时代对会计人才的需求发生了显变化，迫切要求我们的会计教育，特别是培养高级会计人才的高校会计教育进行全方位的改革，包括教学目标的定位、教学内容的改良，同时也包括教学方法和手段的革新。本通过分析新经济时代对会计的影响与要求以及传统会计教学方法存在的问题，对高校会计教学改革进行探讨，并提出了一些设想和建议。     

对近代中国出路的早期探索的启示

五四运动爆发前,在中国逐渐沦为半殖民地半封建社会的进程中,为了实现民族独立和国家富强,地主阶级、农民阶级、资产阶级等不同的社会力量都进行了不同的探索,提出了不同的救国方案。但无论是农民阶级自发的反帝反封建斗争,地主阶级的洋务运动,还是资产阶级建立西方式资产阶级共和国的努力,都无法实现中国的民族独立和国家富强,这些探索先后以失败告终。历史证明,只有在中国共产党的领导下,在马克思主义理论的武装下走社会主义道路,中国人民追求民族独立和国家富强的目标才能够真正实现。     

Seismic Performance of High-Strength Short Concrete Column with High-Strength Stirrups Constraints

The seismic performance of four short concrete columns was investigated under low cycle and repeated loads, including the failure characteristics, hysteretic behavior, rigidity degeneracy and steel-bar stress. The influences of reinforcement strength, stirrup ratio and shear span ratio were also compared. Test results reveal that the restriction effect of stirrups can improve the peak stress, so the bearing capacity of specimen can be improved; for the high-strength short concrete column with high-strength stirrups, it was more reasonable to use ultimate displacement angle to reflect the ductility of the specimen, and the yield strength of high-strength stirrups should be devalued when calculating the stirrup characteristic value; the seismic performance of short column would be improved with the increase of volume–stirrup ratio and shear span ratio;the high-strength stirrups and high-strength longitudinal reinforcements did not yield when the load acting on the specimen reached the peak value, which brought adequate safety stock to these short columns.

Expression of TGF-β1 and TGF-β R II in colorectal adenomas of varying stages

To study the function of transforming growth factor β₁ (TGF-β₁) and transforming growth factor-β type II receptor (TGF-βR II) in varying stages of colorectal adenoma during neoplastic transformation, fiftyfive cases of resected colorectal adenomas were examined immunohistochemically. Our results showed that the expression of TGF-β₁ ranged from high to low, with the progression of low-grade to high-grade dysplasia of adenomas to carcinoma. And there was significantly different expression of TGF-β₁ between moderate and high dysplasia adenomas (P<0.05), but no significantly different expression of TGF-β R II was found among varying stages of adenomas. Our results suggested that the quantities of TGF-β₁ secreted by adenoma cells decrease dramatically in moderate to severe dysplasia colorectal adenomas. It is the decreased secretion of TGF-β₁, rather than the mutated TGF-βR II that may play an important role in transforming colorectal adenomas to adenocarcinomas.     

丹参联合胞二磷胆碱治疗大鼠脑挫伤的机理研究

目的：探讨丹参与胞二磷胆碱联合应用治疗脑损伤的机制。方法：取成年wistar大鼠，以自由落体法致大鼠脑挫裂伤．采用721分光光度计检测伤后24h、7d和14d时．治疗组与对照组脑组织中SOD、MDA、GSH—PX和Ca^2＋含量。结果：治疗组SOD和GSH—PX活性提高．而且与模型组及对照组比较．SOD有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。治疗组脑组织Ca^2＋含量明显降低。结论：丹参在治疗脑损伤时，可以提高SOD活性，拮抗自由基和钙离子超载对脑的损伤。
