系列化探究式项目教学法过程管理网站概要设计

利用计算机网络平台实现系列化探究式项目教学中的过程管理和资料存储,采用流行的B／S架构,在项目教学管理网站提供项目登录入口。以项目执行流程为主线,将指导教师、学生及浏览用户有机地结合起来,指导教师和学生通过网站进行交互,教师监控项目实施阶段的执行进度。管理网站还具有简单的新闻发布系统,可以提供成果分享和学习功能,项目执行过程生成的资料也可以导出保存。     

数据库索引对数据操作的影响

在SQL Server表上使用索引对数据操作性能非常关键,有效地设计索引可以提高SQL Serv-er系统的性能。不合理的使用索引不仅会使表的操作速度明显变慢,而且会使数据检索的速度降低。因此,要创建合适的索引以提高数据库的性能。

河南省工科大学生能力需求及培养现状调查和研究

通过对河南省工科在校大学生进行问卷调查,本文汇总了工科大学生的能力需求、学校在培养学生能力方面存在的问题和学生对学校能力培养提出的建议。问卷分析的结果是工科大学生最注重社会适应能力和专业实践能力,而这也正是学校培养的薄弱环节。在此基础上提出了提高教师能力、为学生增加社会实践机会、对学生的社团活动进行指导和开设提高综合能力的讲座或课程等提高工科大学生能力的具体措施,旨在对河南省工科大学生和学校的培养措施提供指导和参考。     

电气工程训练的教学改革研究与实践

电气工程实训课程面向的专业广泛,与实际结合紧密,它的实训质量直接影响学院应用型人才培养的成效。在总结教学经验的基础上,进一步深化改革,改变传统的教学模式,提出"以专业为导向的分层次教学法",同时积极运用启发式的教学方法,切实提高教学和实训质量。     

充分发挥特色优势 助力打赢脱贫攻坚——中国科学技术大学定点扶贫贵州省六枝特区工作实践与思考

高校定点扶贫工作是我国扶贫开发战略部署的重要组成部分,是高校服务国家战略的重要责任和政治任务。文章总结了中国科学技术大学定点帮扶贵州省六枝特区的工作实践,尤其是充分发挥学校特色优势,全校上下联动、师生共同参与,积极开展党建扶贫、教育扶贫、产业扶贫、消费扶贫的一系列具体做法与经验。5年来,中国科学技术大学在定点扶贫工作中不断总结经验,形成了以教育扶贫为代表的综合帮扶模式,助力六枝特区顺利实现脱贫“摘帽”目标,并为下一步实施乡村振兴打下了坚实的基础。     

Bridging Research and Practice: How Sales Training Can Contribute to New Product Launch Success

This study demonstrates how academicians and practitioners can work together on an important topic that matters to organizational performance: the pivotal role played by salespeople during new product launches. In particular, the authors present three potential interventions that training and sales managers may use to sell a new product to salespeople. The results legitimatize the critical contribution of sales training to new product sales performance and highlight the value of the partnership between training professionals and sales managers.     

新时代背景下输血医学人才培养模式的探讨

2016年7月30日,输血医学正式成为临床医学二级学科,输血医学也迎来了新的机遇和发展点。然而目前,输血医学人才培养模式尚未完全建立,且依然参照既往医学检验专业人才的培养模式来执行,处于定位“模糊”和断档状态。因此,亟需建立一个新的输血医学人才培养模式,培养高素质的输血医学专业人才,抓住新时代背景下的发展契机,拓展输血医学的发展空间,让输血更好地迈入新时代。     

Olivine-norite rock detected by the lunar rover Yutu-2 likely crystallized from the SPA-impact melt pool

Chang’E-4 landed in the South Pole-Aitken (SPA) basin, providing a unique chance to probe the composition of the lunar interior. Its landing site is located on ejecta strips in Von Kármán crater that possibly originate from the neighboring Finsen crater. A surface rock and the lunar regolith at 10 sites along the rover Yutu-2 track were measured by the onboard Visible and Near-Infrared Imaging Spectrometer in the first three lunar days of mission operations. In situ spectra of the regolith have peak band positions at 1 and 2 μm, similar to the spectral data of Finsen ejecta from the Moon Mineralogy Mapper, which confirms that the regolith''s composition of the landing area is mostly similar to that of Finsen ejecta. The rock spectrum shows similar band peak positions, but stronger absorptions, suggesting relatively fresh exposure. The rock may consist of 38.1 ± 5.4% low-Ca pyroxene, 13.9 ± 5.1% olivine and 48.0 ± 3.1% plagioclase, referred to as olivine-norite. The plagioclase-abundant and olivine-poor modal composition of the rock is inconsistent with the origin of the mantle, but representative of the lunar lower crust. Alternatively, the rock crystallized from the impact-derived melt pool formed by the SPA-impact event via mixing the lunar crust and mantle materials. This scenario is consistent with fast-cooling thermal conditions of a shallow melt pool, indicated by the fine to medium-sized texture (<3 mm) of the rock and the SPA-impact melting model [Icarus 2012; 220: 730–43].
