支气管哮喘时血栓素A_2和前列环素生成变化的研究

本文对43例哮喘患者及20名正常人分别进行了血浆 TXB_26—keto PGF_(1a)放射免疫测定.其结果:哮喘患者发作期血浆 TXB_2明显高于缓解期,且哮喘者各期血浆 TXB_2均较正常人显著增高(P<0.05);病情越重,增高越明显;而6—keto PGF_(1a)各组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结果表明血栓素 A_2可能在哮喘的发病机理中起着重要作用。

In vitro study on ribozyme against hepatitis C virus

Objective: To determine the effective nucleotide sites of ribozymes against HCV, and obtain a highly effective, nontoxic and inexpensive antisense ribozyme specific for HCV. Methods: Two effective ribozymes, targeted to HCV 5’NC region and C region, were designed and synthesized. Eukaryotic expression vectors, pSV2-gpt. CD-SR (, containing either HCRZNC or HCRZC were constructued and transfected into MT-2 cells, which had been infected by HCV. Quantitative PCR and hydridization were used to determine the effect of inhibition of HCV by ribozymes. Results: HCRZNC and HCRZC suppressed the replication of HCV by 54.7% and 62.1%, respectively. Furthermore, when both ribozymes were cotransfected into cells, they suppressed replication by 78.8%. Conclusion: Two specific antisense ribozymes have strong inhibitory effects on the replication of HCV in cultured cells, and have better effect when used together.     

教师职业价值观对其职业倦怠的影响

采用问卷调查法分析教师职业价值观与教师职业倦怠的关系.结果显示,不同职业价值观的教师其职业倦怠程度具有显著的差异性,教师的职业价值观与其职业倦怠的程度呈显著的正相关,教师的职业价值观对其职业倦怠程度具有一定的影响和预测作用.

Roland Barthes,the outstanding thinker as well as the semiologist of France,has left great contribution to us human beings.His The Death of the Author made a strong,polemical argument against the centrality of the figure of the author in literary study.It states that the intentions of the author are meaningless to the interpretation of a text.Michel Foucault,the famous French philosopher and the historian in the ideology field,in his What is An Author,shows the idea of the author,as a timeless,irreducible category,is,rather,a "function" of discourse which has changed in the course of history.The author means quite different in their ideas.But what the author really is?     

Video retargeting using optimized crop-and-scale

Mobile devices are increasingly powerful in multimedia transmitting and browsing. However, the small screen and different aspect ratios of mobile devices lower visual quality while watching images or videos. Video retargeting is aim at fitting an existing video into arbitrary size and aspect ratio. Previous content-aware retargeting methods are mostly high computational cost, which limits their applications on the portable devices with low computation ability. In this paper, a new crop-and-scale approach is presented to adapt video to better suit the target display. We automatically find the optimal parameters of cropping window using the dynamic programming method, and then scale it to fit the target display. The cropping window can smoothly shift during a shot to follow the movement of important objects. The retargeting results using our approach introduce no deformation and jitter effects over the whole video. Experimental results show the success of our approach on adapting a variety of source videos to small display sizes.     

我国学术型研究生培养模式运行状况的调查研究——基于全国14所重点高校问卷数据

对全国14所重点高校2800位学术型研究生进行培养模式运行状况的专题调研,调研内容包括学生基本信息、招生环节、培养过程、考核评价、生活情况、自我评价、对策建议七个方面。调研发现,有利于培养创新能力的课程比例不高,学生首次参加课题研究的时间过迟,毕业论文选题准备不足,独立完成能力不强,高水平科研成果偏少。以培养拔尖创新能力为目标完善研究生培养模式仍是高校重要任务,要建立学术本科-学术硕士-学术博士一条龙研究性培养对接体系,以＂三题＂（课题、专题、问题）研究接力提升学生创新能力;建立责权利相统一的考评体系,使导师的主要时间精力放在人才培养上;开设研究性、前沿性、创新性课程,着力实施探究式教学模式;大幅增加研究生教育投入,培育创新性研究环境和氛围,使导师和学生成为令人羡慕的知识创新共同体。
