江苏高职院校规模效益研究的结论分析与发展对策

高等职业院校办学规模与综合效益之间的关系,越来越受到教育主管部门和院校的关注。根据江苏省高职院校规模效益研究中投入产出主成分分析、主成分回归分析、主成分数据包络分析的结果,对高职教育办学规模与办学效益、经费投入与办学质量以及如何实现科学发展展开分析,并提出相应的发展对策。

从素描中的痕迹美、材料的美感、作品的表现性和画面的秩序美来探讨素描的本真精神,指出素描是艺术纯度的提炼,是从属精神的,是对艺术本质的思考之后的肯定。     

An investigation of Taiwan University students' perceptions of online academic help seeking, and their web-based learning self-efficacy

This study was conducted to investigate Taiwan University students' perceptions (including experience, confidence and preference) of online academic help seeking (OAHS) and students' level of web-based learning self-efficacy (WLSE). Two instruments, OAHS questionnaire, consisting of information searching, formal and informal query scales, and WLSE questionnaire, including general and functional scales, were then validated through collecting the responses from 300 university students. Results indicate reciprocal relations between experience, confidence and preference in students' online academic help seeking behaviors. Students' academic help seeking behaviors were related to their general self-efficacy in a web-based course setting. Students' functional WLSE was related to their perceptions of information searching for OAHS. Findings of this study also imply that students' experience of seeking help from informal online channels is prominent when they participate in a web-based course.     

THE DEVELOPMENT OF A COMPETENCE SCALE FOR LEARNING SCIENCE: INQUIRY AND COMMUNICATION

The objective of this study was to develop an instrument to measure school students’ competence in learning science as part of a large research project in Taiwan. The instrument consisted of 29 self-report, Likert-type items divided into 2 scales: Competence in Scientific Inquiry and Competence in Communication. The Competence in Scientific Inquiry scale contained 4 subscales: presenting questions and hypothesis, planning, experimenting and data gathering, and data analyzing, interpreting, and concluding. The Competence in Communication scale contained 4 subscales: expressing, evaluating, responding, and negotiating. Students were recruited randomly from primary, junior, and senior high schools in different regions of Taiwan to validate the instrument and establish its reliability and validity. The results of the analyses indicate that the instrument, scales, and subscales have reasonable internal consistency; that the theoretical structure was supported by empirical data; and that the subscales are homogeneous. These results indicate that it is an appropriate tool for measuring students’ competence in learning science. Implications and suggestions for further studies are included.

陕西省高校学前教育专业教学存在的问题及其解决策略

在国家高度重视和大力发展学前教育事业的背景下,探讨高校学前教育专业的教学现状,对保障我国学前教育师资的培养质量具有重大的现实意义.然而本研究通过问卷调查、深入访谈、现场观摩等方法,发现当前高校学前教育专业教学质量堪忧.以陕西省为例,当前高校学前教育专业教学普遍存在专业教师数量不足、学历层次偏低、专业化水平不高、科研意识和能力匮乏,专业教学经费难以落实、教学资源配置欠缺,教材陈旧、教学内容没有及时更新、教学方法落后、教学效果不理想、教学评价体系不健全等问题.为此,各高校均应提高对学前教育专业的重视程度,加快其专业教师队伍建设,加大专业建设资金投入,从加强教材建设与管理、加快课堂教学改革、完善科学评价体系等方面持续提升专业教学质量.

新媒体新闻的演变与社会舆情表达

以网络为主的新媒体传播发布的新闻,产生了与以往平面媒体完全不同性质的新闻报导、写作与编辑——网络新闻。网络新闻自平面媒体文本的转贴上传开始,近年来已经产生了完全不同的网络新闻。所谓"新媒体"的概念在近年来变化很大,作为新媒体的标志,从互联网而后,有短信、手机电视、对等互联的P2P工具等等。受众的移动化导致了传媒的移动化,传媒的移动化成了当今新媒体新闻发展的最重要的趋势。与此同时,当新媒体新闻还在与传统媒体互相侵入、互相融合时,三网合并、全媒体、融合媒体的新闻概念也被提了出来。文章讨论新媒体演变过程对新闻传播的影响,特别是网络媒体新闻交互中的公民新闻的舆情表达。除了时效性强、有图片、视频和音频的支撑、可以现场同步播报外,网络新闻的本质是增加了新闻的深度和交互,这使得公民新闻有了新的内涵。网络新闻的深度和交互表现在新媒体——各种背景的官方或私人网站对新闻的搜集、采访、发布和反馈,其中,反馈和交互产生了新闻的新形态;而新媒体尤其是私媒体如播客、博客、聊天室、微博等的运用,对社会舆情的表达也有了特殊的价值。     

学习科学与教育政策——2011计算机支持的协作学习国际会议回顾

2011计算机支持的协作学习国际会议于2011年7月在香港举行。此次会议的主题是计算机支持协作学习的研究与教育政策和实践的链接,旨在促进CSCL研究对各级正规和非正规教育领域的政策和实践带来新启示。会议集中了全球学习科学、教育技术与协作学习领域的前沿科学家,是一次有关学习科学的盛会。除了在香港的研讨会,本次会议还增设了在广州、上海和北京的连锁会,因此在大陆也吸引了不少学者参与。作为2011CSCL会议的前奏,主办方在香港举行了一个小型的全球教育政策论坛,20位成员之中,一半是前沿的学习科学研究人员,另一半则是各国际机构的教育政策领军人物,他们就教育的微观与宏观研究,做了别开生面的对话。我们相信,有关学习科学的研究,必将成为教育领域的基础研究。     

山西运城地区幼儿教师职业认同现状及影响因素

具有高度职业认同感是提升幼儿教师质量的重要前提.本研究运用问卷调查和访谈法对运城地区幼儿教师的职业认同状况进行了抽样调查,结果发现运城地区幼儿教师职业认同水平总体较高,但在学历、职称、幼儿园所在区域、园所性质、是否担任行政职务等变量上存在显著差异.为提高幼儿教师职业认同感,应从完善幼儿教师政策、改善幼儿教师工作环境、提升幼儿教师自身素质三个方面努力.
