城市台新闻竞争整体效益最大化策略研究——以广州电视台为例

面对日益激烈的新闻竞争,城市电视台要取得新闻整体竞争效益的最大化,就应当确立大新闻观,打造快捷、高效,与城市生活合拍的新闻资讯传播系统;同时实行品牌带动整体跟进的战略,通过新闻节目的本土风格培养观众的认同感;通过为新媒体提供本市视频资讯内容拓展发展空间,培养新生观众。     

坚持育人为本切实提高教学质量

本文认为如何适应新形势的发展需要，以人才培养为根本，把教学质量放在首要位置，是当前成人教育面临的重要任务。本文结合华中农业大学成人高等教育实际介绍了更新教育思想观念，创新管理工作，切实保证和提高教学质量的一些做法与经验。     

媒体权利的新置换

网络媒体还没有成为“主流媒体”之前,它的“权利”在于被传统媒体的产品制造者(记者)所更多的利用。现在,“网络记者”初现雏形,更多的纸媒记者将跳槽到网站,以“3C”模式为主体的网络原创报道将被大量应用。网络终将在传播链条中形成了不可替代的地位。     

Educational Investment Risk of the Urban Citizens: Empirical Evidence in China

The risk of individual citizen’s investment in education specifically refers to the benefit changeability of individual investment in education. Risks always go with uncertainty. By adopting the method of quantile regression estimation and taking the Chinese urban citizens as samples, the author makes a positivist study of the risk of Chinese urban citizens’ individual investment in education. The result indicates that the individual citizen’s investment in education often suffers obvious benefit changeability, i.e., the risk and benefit of investment in education shows a positive correlation. It is not realistic to reduce the inequality of salaries by means of investing more money for receiving higher-level education. Therefore, relevant policy makers should pay due attention to the establishment of the mechanism for sharing the risk of investment in education and the system of social insurance. 试谈汉语中字母词的使用

汉语中夹杂英文字母词的现象很普遍，在网络语言和新闻媒体中这种现象则更为流行。对于这种现象，学者们的态度互不相同，有的支持这种新生事物；而有的则认为这影响了汉语的地位，应当完全禁止。对于这一问题，要以客观的态度去对待，应当是“取其精华，去其糟粕”。     

高等自学考试助学机构管理模式的探讨

从高等自学考试教育的要求和学员的特点出发，提出一种新的高等自学考试助学机构管理模式，并给出相应的措施。通过近几年的统计数据说明按这种模式办学取得的成效。     

非物质文化遗产名录项目申报录像制作解析——以“陈李济中药文化”项目为例

作为非物质文化遗产名录项目申报材料的组成部分，录像片在实际申报过程中具有重要的作用。本文以“陈李济中药文化”项目为例，结合录像片拍摄具体准备工作，就非物质文化遗产申报材料文字向图像的转化，做出个案解读。针对有关制作要求，结合具体拍摄实践，本文还提出了拍摄中需要注意的一些问题。     

Exact solution of an external circular crack in a piezoelectric solid subjected to shear loading

A three-dimensional, exact analysis is presented in this paper for the problem of an external circular crack in a transversely isotropic piezoelectric medium subjected to arbitrary antisymmetric shear loading. A recently proposed general solution of three-dimensional piezoelectricity is employed. It is shown that four quasi harmonic functions involved in the general solution can be respresented by just one complex potential. Previous results in potential theory are then used to obtain the exact solution of the problem. For point shear loading, Green’s functions for the elastoelectric field are derived in terms of elementary functions.
