当代大学生思想政治教育方法理念的人学化发展及取向

当代高校大学生思想政治教育方法理念在科学发展观“以人为本”要求的指导下,呈现出人学化发展趋向,这种发展趋向主要表现为三个维度,即人本化、人性化和人文化发展,其旨在追求服务大学生健康而全面发展、注重主导作用与主体平等沟通及重视建构“以人为本”思想政治教育方法模式的基本取向。     

Heat shock protein 90 protects rat mesenchymal stem cells against hypoxia and serum deprivation-induced apoptosis via the PI3K/Akt and ERK1/2 pathways

Mesenchymal stem cell(MSC)transplantation has shown a therapeutic potential to repair the ischemic and infracted myocardium,but the effects are limited by the apoptosis and loss of donor cells in host cardiac microenvironment.The aim of this study is to explore the cytoprotection of heat shock protein 90(Hsp90)against hypoxia and serum deprivation-induced apoptosis and the possible mechanisms in rat MSCs.Cell viability was determined by3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide(MTT)assay.Apoptosis was assessed by Hoechst 33258nuclear staining and flow cytometric analysis with annexin V/PI staining.The gene expression of Toll-like receptor-4(TLR-4)and V-erb-b2 erythroblastic leukemia viral oncogene homolog 2(ErbB2)was detected by real-time polymerase chain reaction(PCR).The protein levels of cleaved caspase-3,Bcl-2,Bcl-xL,Bax,total-ERK,phospho-ERK,totaI-Akt,phospho-Akt,and Hsp90 were detected by Western blot.The production of nitric oxide was measured by spectrophotometric assay.Hsp90 improves MSC viability and protects MSCs against apoptosis induced by serum deprivation and hypoxia.The protective role of Hsp90 not only elevates Bcl-2/Bax and Bcl-xL/Bax expression and attenuates cleaved caspase-3 expression via down-regulating membrane TLR-4 and ErbB2 receptors and then activating their downstream PI3K/Akt and ERK1/2 pathways,but also enhances the paracrine effect of MSCs.These findings demonstrated a novel and effective treatment strategy against MSC apoptosis in cell transplantation.     

Pancreatic somatostatinoma with obscure inhibitory syndrome and mixed pathological pattern

Somatostatinoma is a very rare neuroendocrine tumor that originates from D cells and accounts for less than 1% of all gastrointestinal endocrine tumors. The duodenum is the most frequent site for this tumor, followed by the pancreas. We here describe a 46-year-old Chinese woman who developed pancreatic somatostatinoma presenting with the characteristic “inhibitory” syndrome, but the symptoms were obscure and seemingly uncorrelated. This case is also unique for its large tumor size and mixed pathological pattern. Distal pancreatectomy was performed, and the patient has remained well since operation. As the syndromes of somatostatinoma may be obscure and atypical, clinicians should review all clinical findings to obtain an accurate diagnosis. Aggressive surgery is preferred to improve the survival.     

Transgenic barley with overexpressed PTrx increases aluminum resistance in roots during germination

A transgenic barley line (LSY-11-1-1) with overexpressed Phalaris coerulescens thioredoxin gene (PTrx) was employed to measure the growth, protein oxidation, cell viability, and antioxidase activity in barley roots during germination on the presence of 2 mmol/L AlCl₃ on filter paper. The results show that (1) compared with the non-transgenic barley, LSY-11-1-1 had enhanced root growth, although both were seriously inhibited after AlCl₃ treatment; (2) the degree of protein oxidation and loss of cell viability in roots of LSY-11-1-1 were much less than those in roots of non-transgenic barley, as reflected by lower contents of protein carbonyl and Evans blue uptakes in LSY-11-1-1; (3) activities of catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GPX), ascorbate peroxidase (APX), and glutathione reductase (GR) in LSY-11-1-1 root tips were generally higher than those in non-transgenic barley root tips, although these antioxidase activities gave a rise to different degrees in both LSY-11-1-1 and non-transgenic barley under aluminum stress. These results indicate that overexpressing PTrx could efficiently protect barley roots from oxidative injury by increasing antioxidase activity, thereby quenching ROS caused by AlCl₃ during germination. These properties raise the possibility that transgenic barley with overexpressed PTrx may be used to reduce the aluminum toxicity in acid soils.     

基于因子分析法的高职学生消费行为影响因素研究

本研究以高职学生消费群体作为研究对象,通过因子分析法建立数学模型,进行实证分析。研究认为,对高职生消费结构和消费行为影响最大的是社会的因素,然后依次是家庭因素、校内因素以及自身因素。研究成果丰富了消费行为学的研究内容,为企业、社会、学校、家庭认识和把握高职学生的消费心理和行为取向提供决策参考。

Green’s functions for infinite planes and half-planes consisting of quasicrystal bi-materials

This paper deals with the combination of point phonon and phason forces applied in the interior of infinite planes and half-planes of 1D quasicrystal bi-materials. Based on the general solution of quasicrystals, a series of displacement functions are adopted to obtain Green＇s functions for infinite planes and bi-material planes composed of two half-planes in the closed form, when the two half-planes are supposed to be ideally bonded or to be in smooth contact. Since the physical quantities can be readily calculated without the need of performing any transform operations, Green＇s functions are very convenient to be used in the study of point defects and inhomogeneities in the quasicrystal materials.     

美国中小学理财教育实施路径研究

理财教育是美国学校课程的一项重要内容,文章把美国中小学理财教育的实施路径归纳为立法、理论研究、课程模式、社会组织参与等方面,以期为美国中小学理财教育的后续研究做好铺垫。     

大学生自尊与主观幸福感相关研究

为探讨大学生自尊与主观幸福感的关系,我们采用《自尊量表》与《国际大学调查》对河南师范大学300名大学生进行调查,研究结果表明：（1）大学生自尊在文、理科学生之间,城、乡学生之间差异均不显著;在性别、是否班级干部之间差异显著。主观幸福感在文、理科学生之间,在性别、城乡、是否班干部之间差异显著。（2）大学生自尊与主观幸福感、总体满意度、具体满意度、积极情感呈显著的正相关,与消极情感呈显著的负相关。（3）主观幸福感中的具体满意度、消极情感以及人口统计学变量中是否班干部三个变量对自尊的预测作用最大,可联合解释自尊的22.6%。     

新乡市蔬菜硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐污染状况分析

对新乡市市民春季常吃的3大类蔬菜取样调查,结果表明:新乡市蔬菜硝酸盐污染较严重,亚硝酸盐无超标现象.所选样品中硝酸盐含量基本趋势是:叶菜类(2 347.01 mg/kg)＞根菜类(1 679.81 mg/kg)＞果菜类(863.99 mg/kg);亚硝酸盐含量总趋势是:叶菜类(2.418 mg/kg)＞根菜类(2.045 mg/kg)＞果菜类(1.887 mg/kg).同时由于地区的不同硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐含量也有差别,硝酸盐含量:市场B的叶菜类硝酸盐含量最高,市场A的果菜类含量最低;亚硝酸盐含量:市场B的叶菜类含量最高,而根茎类含量却明显低于另外两个市场.
