关于公平问题的若干思考

公平与公正、平等既有联系又有区别,不可混淆。公平是效率合法、持久的基础,是实现效率的根本方式。公平有权利公平、机会公平、规则公平和分配公平之分,分配公平的实现必须以前三种公平为前提条件。

Ant-cycle based on Metropolis rules for the traveling salesman problem

In this paper, recent developments of some heuristic algorithms were discussed. The focus was laid on the improvements of ant-cycle （AC） algorithm based on the analysis of the performances of simulated annealing （SA） and AC for the traveling salesman problem （TSP）. The Metropolis rules in SA were applied to AC and turned out an improved AC. The computational results obtained from the case study indicated that the improved AC algorithm has advantages over the sheer SA or unmixed AC.

V2O5-CaCo3-Nb2O5掺杂对低损耗功率Mn-Zn铁氧体的影响

Effect of the content of dopants in the manganese-zinc ferrites on the low power loss is studied by measuring magnetic properties and observing the grain boundary structures. The Mn0.738Zn0.206Fe2.066O4 composition powders were prepared by using conventional ceramic powder processing technique. The microstructure of grain boundary was observed by scanning electron microscope （SEM）. It has been found that power loss is greatly dependent upon the content of the additives.

72家高校社科类学报收录论文内稿率的量化研究

高校学报内稿率是学报办刊过程中形成的重要指标,反映期刊录用本校稿件来源的比例.文章通过研究2014年《中国学术期刊影响因子年报(人文社会科学)》发布的数据,采用方差分析、多元回归分析等量化研究方法,分析了72家高校社科类学报的内稿率对期刊质量的影响.文章得到以下结论:(1) 社科类学报的内稿率对期刊质量具有显著性影响;(2)30%的内稿率是社科类学报的警戒值,高校学报发展过程中应根据自身实际情况调整内稿比例,通过内稿率的高低展现学报特色.     

家庭微信群塑造线上代际传播的影响因素研究——基于大学生传播行为的Nvivo质性分析

本研究以扎根理论为指导,聚焦大学生的微信家庭群使用情况,对20名大学生展开质性访谈,运用Nvivo11质性分析软件对访谈文本进行三级编码,构建家庭微信群塑造线上代际传播的影响因素模型,包括信息、情感、社会和文化等方面的传播动机,从家庭内部剖析弥合"数字代沟"的协商式代际关系。     

Application of 2-D Position Sensitive Detector in Spatial Straightness Measurement of Guide Rails

A laser collimating system based on 2-D position sensitive detector (PSD) is presented in this paper. The working principle of PSD is depicted in detail. A calibration device was developed to check the nonlinearity errors of PSD and a multilayer feedforward neural network based on error back-propagation algorithm was used to compensate errors. With the aid of computer-based data acquisition system, an automatic dynamic measuring process was realized. A series of experiments, including comparison tests with laser interferometer, were done to evaluate the performance of the measuring system. The experimental results show that the spatial straightness errors of guide rails can be measured with high accuracy. The maximum differences between the device and laser interferometer are 0. 027 mm in Y direction, and 0. 053 mm in X direction in the measuring distance of 6 m.
