DNC系统在数控实践教学考核及技能竞赛中的应用

应用基于软插件技术的EC104 DNC集成控制系统,实现了异构数控机床的集成,并在此基础上结合高职数控专业实践教学及考核的实际需要,开发了教学模块和技能考核模块,实现了数控技能考核和技能竞赛的网络化运行与监控,有效地提高了实践教学的质量和考核效率。在高职院校的数控机床管理及教学考核信息化建设中具有较强的推广应用价值。     

工控设备在创意机构组合训练中的应用

将工控设备用于慧鱼类的创意机构组合模型中,设计了具有工程背景的机械结构与运动方案,用PLC替代原模型中的专用模块进行过程控制,有利于学生更有效地学习机械、电子、控制专业知识,有助于学生熟悉常用工业控制流程,培养学生的学科综合能力,开拓学生创新思维方式和工程实践能力。以一个基于PLC的喷漆流水线模型实例说明这种应用过程。     

SDS和SDBS在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中的临界胶束浓度测定及热力学分析

利用电导法测定了SDS(十二烷基硫酸钠)和SDBS(十二烷基苯磺酸钠)在溶剂DMF(N,N-二甲基甲酰胺)中的临界胶束浓度cCMC。测定不同温度下表面活性剂的电导率σ值,由σ-c作图的转折点求得cCMC;根据cCMC及热力学原理求得ΔGθm,ΔHθm及ΔSθm。结果表明:二者的cCMC值均大于水为溶剂时的cCMC值;随着温度的增加,cCMC增加,ΔGθm减小,ΔSθm基本保持不变,胶束过程伴随吸热现象。

To click or not to click: Effectiveness of rating classroom behaviors on academic achievement with tablets

Due to the time constraint and lack of concise contextualized classroom behavior indicators, current typical primary school classroom behavior management practices are ad-hoc and lack historical data support. To circumvent these problems, we designed a tablet-based classroom behavior management system (CBMS) for a primary school setting. The CBMS aids teachers in establishing concise and consistent behavioral expectations based on teaching experience and expertise, thus allowing them to conveniently provide timely feedback on pupils’ performance and log ratings on a daily basis. We conducted a 1.5 years field study in a primary school Chinese course in East China, in which 124 pupils in the first grade and four Chinese teachers participated. The analysis of recorded data indicates that teachers’ daily behavioral ratings are positively correlated with their pupils’ academic achievements. The behavior rating strategy and indicators in CBMS can act as a substitute in promoting pupil's academic achievements. Our proposed system shows the feasibility and potential of handheld computer-based assessment strategy in implementing cost-effective classroom organization practices for low grade-level primary school pupils.     

探索高中英语词汇教学的有效途径

词汇学习是语言学习的重要组成部分,探索有效的词汇教学方式是提高英语教学质量的关键.笔者在人教版教材词汇教学中采用任务驱动的方法,通过引导学生完成不同难度的词汇学习任务,开发学生学习词汇的潜能,使学生在"识记--联想记忆--感受词义--尝试运用"的过程中逐步掌握所学词汇.     

当代大学生宗教信仰现状调查与思考

为了解当代大学生宗教信仰的现状,通过自编问卷对安徽某大学1600名大一新生进行调查研究。结果发现宗教信仰在民族、生源地以及学院间有显著性差异。部分大学生不能全面认识宗教的本质和功能。当代大学生宗教信仰的特点是：信教比例呈上升趋势;信仰佛教和基督教居多;宗教徒不多;信教途径多样化,以家庭影响为主。     

Genotype-phenotype correlations in Chinese patients with TGFBI gene-linked corneal dystrophy

In this paper, we report the clinical and molecular features of the distinct TGFBI (human transforming growth factor β-induced, OMIM No. 601692) gene-linked corneal dystrophy. Altogether, five pedigrees and ten unrelated individuals diagnosed as corneal dystrophy were recruited. Peripheral venous DNA was extracted, and then amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and scanned for mutation by single-stranded conformation polymorphism (SSCP). Direct DNA sequencing was used to analyze the mutations of the TGFBI gene. In our study, thirty patients from five pedigrees and ten sporadic patients were diagnosed as four TGFBI gene-linked corneal dystrophies of granular corneal dystrophy type I (GGCD I), Avellino corneal dystrophy (ACD), lattice corneal dystrophy type I (LCD I), and lattice corneal dystrophy type IIIA (LCD IIIA), and in total, seven disease-causing mutations, namely R555W, A546D, A546T, and T538P mutations in exon 12, R124H and R124C mutations in exon 4, and P501T mutation in exon 11, were identified, while four polymorphisms of V327V, L472L, F540F, and 1665-1666insC were screened in exons 8,11, and 12. The study ascertained the tight genotype-phenotype relationship and confirmed the clinical and genetic features of four TGFBI gene-linked corneal dystrophies.
