基于条件随机场的英文地理行政实体识别*

采用基于条件随机场的方法,对ACE评测的英文语料中的地理行政类型实体(Geographical Political Entities, GPE)及其子类型进行识别。提出一种从ACE语料中选取的特征集,并根据不同的特征组合对GPE识别的贡献与其它特征集进行比较,实验表明该特征集能取得较高的召回率和准确率。     

Multivariable uniform finite-time output feedback reentry attitude control for RLV with mismatched disturbance

A continuous multivariable uniform finite-time output feedback reentry attitude control scheme is developed for Reusable Launch Vehicle (RLV) with both matched and mismatched disturbances. A novel finite-time controller is derived using the bi-limit homogeneous technique, which ensures that the attitude tracking can be achieved in a uniformly bounded convergence time from any initial states. A multivariable uniform finite-time observer is designed based on an arbitrary order robust sliding mode differentiator to estimate the unknown states and the external disturbances, simultaneously. Then, an output feedback control scheme is established through the combination of the developed controller and the observer. A rigorous proof of the uniform finite-time stability of the closed-loop system is presented using Lyapunov and homogeneous techniques. Finally, numerical simulation is provided to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed scheme.

Do graphical abstracts on a publisher's official website have an effect on articles' usage and citations? A propensity score matching analysis

This study aimed to examine whether a graphical abstract (GA) on a publisher's official website affected an article's usage and citations. Articles published in Molecules during 2016 (n = 1389) and 2017 (n = 1804) were selected as the data sets. Propensity score matching analysis was conducted to examine the data sets. The results showed that articles with GAs had significantly greater text abstract usage than those without GAs. There were no significant differences between the two groups (articles with/without GAs) on the usage of the full text as well as citations, both in the data set of 2016 and the data set of 2017. Our study concluded that a GA played a role in attracting attention with ‘the first impressions’ to gain more clicks of text abstract for an article, however, it took no advantage in receiving more usage of full text and citations of the article.     

突出“以学生为本”理念的香港高中《音乐课程及评估指引》

香港的《音乐课程及评估指引(中四至中六)》鲜明突出了以学生为本理念,具体体现在四个方面:课程规划的设计强调一切从学生出发,一切围绕学生的发展;教学内容的选择强调照顾到学生不同的音乐背景及专长;教学策略的运用强调根据学生的实际和需要灵活采用教学方式;课程评估的实施强调包容、照顾和鼓励不同能力的学生。     

转型时期我国社区自治工作的不足及改进措施

在我国社会转型期的视域之下,城市社区被作为基层政权组织的载体、城市居民日常生活的基本场所、城市治理方式转变的基础阵地来加以把握和认识,并将社区建设的理想目标定位为实现社区自治。这也是政府在保证社会稳定的前提下积极探索的方向。但是在居委会的行政化、组织化以及社区文化和社会组织的培育等方面,社区自治还存在很多不足。应对这种状况,需要在政府主导和推动,加快相应法律法规的建立和完善,培育和建设社区文化,发展社区社会组织方面做出进一步努力,以更好地推进社区自治工作的开展。     

低品位钼矿制备钼酸盐的研究

研究了在氧化焙烧过程中温度、时间、通氧气次数、不同助熔剂对低品位钼精矿中钼得率的影响,优化了氧化焙烧、氨浸、酸沉的条件,确定了制备钼酸盐的最佳条件.当氧化焙烧温度为625℃,焙烧2h,物质的量比为摩尔比n(Na2CO3):n(NaNO3):n(Mo)=2:0.5:1,焙烧含钼为8.37%的低品位钼精矿粉时,钼的收率为96.76%.焙烧物用1:1氨水,温度60℃,浸出2h,氨浸率为78.1%.氨浸液用硝酸调节pH=2.0-2.5时,得到的结晶产物是不溶于水的四钼酸铵,母液中钼含量为8.67g/L,产品纯度为93.83%,不含硫酸盐,含有少量氯化物.ICP-MS测定不舍Ca、Fe,含有的杂质为:P=0.038mg/g、Na=0.40mg/g、Cu=8.57×10-3mg/g、Pb=0.81×10-3mg/g.

今年是纪检监察工作恢复30周年,30年来党的纪检监察工作取得了巨大的成绩。纪检监察工作要大力推进党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争,为国家发展的大局服务,必须以科学发展观为指导,努力建设一支"政治坚强、公正清廉、纪律严明、业务精通、作风优良"的纪检监察队伍。     

农村中小学英语教师队伍发展的思考——基于对豫西南农村英语教师基本情况的调查研究

豫西南13县市为调查对象,从年龄结构、职称、学历、工作量、对职业满意度五个方面调查了农村中小学英语教师的基本情况,调查发现教师年龄呈年轻化趋势、结构有断层现象;职称结构不尽合理,职岗不一现象突出;第一学历偏低,以英语专业取得学历的人数较少;工作量适中;对职业满意度较高。据此,作者对农村外语师资队伍的建设提出了一些合理化建议。     

论民营经济主导的内生性新渔农村发展模式——以浙江舟山为例

舟山依托特有的海洋资源优势,大力发展民营经济,实现了民营经济主导的内生性新渔农村发展模式。下一步,要不断发展壮大民营经济,推进内生性新渔农村发展模式：坚持以＂临港产业＂为主导的特色区域经济;大力推进渔农业产业化经营;发展生态渔农业,逐步实现增长方式的转变;放宽政策,鼓励民营经济投资渔农村基础设施建设;增强民营企业自身的竞争力。
