文旅融合背景下公共文化服务的内涵拓展与模式创新

随着文旅融合在理论与实践层面的不断推进,公共文化服务的内涵与发展模式也需要进一步拓展与创新。文章以云南丽江推进公共文化服务空间重构提升城市文化消费结构与质量为案例,指出在新时代文旅融合背景下公共文化服务需要把民众“需要的”和“想要的”有效结合起来,通过构建具有地方感与体验性的文化场景,以促进文化消费来连接公共文化服务与文化旅游产业。文章认为具体重构路径在于打造文化综合体、深挖地方性知识、强化整体性治理,另外还要为未来大文化体系预留可操作的空间。     

Correlation of Serum Homocysteine Levels with the Severity of Coronary Artery Disease

Coronary artery disease (CAD) has become the most common cause of mortality in the entire world. Homocysteine is implicated as an early atherosclerotic promoter. We studied the relationship between levels of serum homocysteine with severity of coronary artery disease. Total of 70 subjects who scheduled for coronary angiogram consented to participate in this study. In all the patients Gensini scoring system was used to assess the severity of CAD. Venous samples were taken from the patients in fasting state before angiography. Homocysteine levels in patients were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbant method and were compared with respective Genseni scores of participants. Fasting serum homocysteine levels in CAD patients were significantly higher than patients without coronary artery disease (p < 0.001). Also Homocyseine levels correlated significantly with increasing severity of CAD (p < 0.001). Serum homocysteine levels correlated well with the severity of CAD.     

A Case of Sanfillippo’s Disease Correlating Clinical and Biochemical Findings

The mucopolysaccharidoses (MPSs) are a heterogeneous group of rare inherited disorders caused by deficiency of lysosomal enzyme necessary to break down mucopolysaccharides or glycosaminoglycans (GAGs). We had combined clinical findings and ophthalmological features. Biochemical test for urine glycosaminoglycans was done for confirmation of diagnosis in the patient. The case of Sanfillippo’s disease was characterized by delayed development, hyperactivity with aggressive behaviour. Coarse facial feature, hirsutism and sleep disorder. Urine GAG tests for MPS was positive in the case. Based on clinical findings and biochemical tests for MPS, this case was diagnosed as a type III mucopolysaccharidoses. Urinary GAG’s electrophoresis is an important screening test for MPS suspected cases.

科学成果的广泛共享催生出开放存取。基于开放存取资源高质量和免费使用的属性,使得开放存取事业迅速发展,并给图书馆事业发展带来了重大影响。面对机遇和挑战,图书馆应强化沟通、力争政府的政策支持,优化结构、强化图书馆的资源建设,拓展思路、提升图书馆的管理水平。     

论网络时代信息资源的开放存取

信息技术推动社会发展,网络的广泛应用带动了信息存储和传播方式的变更。网络环境下,为推动资源的免费利用,国外开展了开放存取运动,这是传统出版方式和信息获取方式的变革,促进了科研工作的大力发展。在开放存取中,资源形式多种多样,资源的利用非常便利,交流十分便捷,作者提交论文选择性付费,读者利用资源完全免费。     

Effect of Lecithin on <Emphasis Type="SmallCaps">d</Emphasis>-Galactosamine Induced Hepatotoxicity Through Mitochondrial Pathway Involving Bcl-2 and Bax

Twenty four Wistar strain albino rats were used for the investigations. Lecithin 50 and 100 mg/kg b wt was administered for 1 week by oral route. Liver damage was induced by intra peritoneal administration of 400 mg/kg b wt d-galactosamine on the last day. At the end of the study animals were sacrificed and liver enzyme levels, histopathology, mitochondrial integrity, expression of p53, Bax and Bcl-2 mRNA levels were studied. Increases in the liver enzyme levels by d-GalN were significantly inhibited by pretreatment with lecithin. Histopathological observation further confirmed the hepatoprotective effect of lecithin. In addition, the disruption of mitochondrial membrane, up regulation of Bax and down regulation of Bcl-2 mRNA levels in the liver of d-GalN intoxicated rats were effectively prevented by pretreatment with lecithin. The results of the present study validate our conviction that d-GalN causes hepatic damage via mitochondrial pathway involving Bax and Bcl-2.     

Separation of platelets from other blood cells in continuous-flow by dielectrophoresis field-flow-fractionation

We present a microfluidic device capable of separating platelets from other blood cells in continuous flow using dielectrophoresis field-flow-fractionation. The use of hydrodynamic focusing in combination with the application of a dielectrophoretic force allows the separation of platelets from red blood cells due to their size difference. The theoretical cell trajectory has been calculated by numerical simulations of the electrical field and flow speed, and is in agreement with the experimental results. The proposed device uses the so-called "liquid electrodes" design and can be used with low applied voltages, as low as 10 V(pp). The obtained separation is very efficient, the device being able to achieve a very high purity of platelets of 98.8% with less than 2% cell loss. Its low-voltage operation makes it particularly suitable for point-of-care applications. It could further be used for the separation of other cell types based on their size difference, as well as in combination with other sorting techniques to separate multiple cell populations from each other.

自《高等学校信息公开办法》(以下简称《办法》)颁布以来,高校成为信息公开的义务主体,但据统计结果来看,高校信息公开与教育部所要求的政策标准还存在差距,政策效果不明显。文章结合高校门户网站所公开信息的相关内容及数据,利用调查研究法和链接分析法,对《办法》实施以来的政策效果进行定性和定量结合分析,并借鉴国外的政策经验来探索我国的解决之道。
