Two problems stemming from the use of direct factor analysis of sociometric choices to identify group boundaries are that: (a) the use of sociometric choices to identify group boundaries is reliant on the subjective evaluation of the researcher; and (b) the method can classify individuals as belonging to the same clique without them necessarily choosing each other. ResumenEste estudio analiza el modo en que la situación de la familia española actual influye en la educación en valores de los hijos. La muestra está formada por 3.711 padres y madres de niños con edades comprendidas entre los 2 y los 12 años, de centros públicos y privados de 6 ciudades españolas. Se utilizó un cuestionario para evaluar en los padres y madres las variables consideradas relevantes para la educación en valores cívico-morales de los hijos.Del análisis factorial, combinando las estrategias exploratoria y confirmatoria, se obtuvieron 11 factores. Para conocer qué factores explican la intervención moral de padres y madres se realizaron correlaciones y sendos análisis discriminantes. En ambos se obtuvo que el afecto y la aceptación incondicional de los hijos son las variables con mayor poder predictivo de la intervención moral familiar. 相似文献

Drawing on the literature on service quality, value, satisfaction, and loyalty, the present study assumes a hierarchical, multidimensional scheme for perceived quality focussing on four process dimensions of service quality. The aim of this study is to test a comprehensive model of perceived quality on loyalty in the context of public aquatic centres in Australia. Using partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) on a sample of 961 repeat customers of three outdoor public aquatic centres, results from this study reveal that four first-order process quality dimensions—facility presentation, core services, secondary services and staff—are significant in determining their higher-order perceived quality construct, with facility presentation and staff having the strongest influence. Moreover, the results of the present study indicate that overall satisfaction fully mediates the impact of perceived quality and perceived value on loyalty (behavioural intentions), with perceived quality having the strongest influence on overall satisfaction and loyalty. The present study provides an enhanced conceptualisation of the perceived quality construct in the context of public aquatic centres and contributes to the debate on the relationships among service quality, satisfaction, value, and loyalty in the sport and leisure context. In addition to strengthening theoretical understandings, the present study offers a service quality model that allows aquatic centre managers to identify specific attributes of the service that can be managed to influence loyalty more favourably. 相似文献

Few of today's reforms in higher education are not, in one way or another, justified by invoking the need to be more responsive to 'the market'. But what is understood by this term, as too the policies which result from it, vary widely across countries. This article, which examines current developments in France and in the Federal Republic of Germany, suggests that the concept of the market and of competition is interpreted in very different ways and is perceived by academia with similar variety. In the first part of this article, we define our view of knowledge acquisition by distinguishing it from text comprehension and memorization, and by presenting the principal characteristics of the concept of knowledge as the formalization used to shape the knowledge domains (Baudet & Denhière, 1988). In the second part, the computerized individual’s knowledge acquisition system we present permits a representation of memory knowledge in accordance with the formalization adopted. This also allows a diagnosis of the learner’s initial knowledge and, according to the diagnosis reached, presents texts and illustrations adapted with the learner’s initial knowledge and with the goal of reaching a particular state of knowledge (Poitrenaud, Denhière & Tapiero, 1987). Finally, in the last part, we relate the first experimental results of learning a particular knowledge domain: sea mammals.
