Embedded programming and real-time signal processing of swimming strokes

The research outlined in this paper was conducted to allow real-time processing, transmission and presentation of data to swimming coaches and subsequently their swimmers in a training environment, focused on providing information relevant to strokes in free swimming. This was achieved using a wearable wireless sensor and embedded programming techniques, using accelerations involved in the swimming stroke to provide relevant features for coaches. Current methods used do not offer real-time response to coaches, which results in the lack of real-time feedback and significantly increased post-session analysis time. Filtering and signal processing algorithms are described here, which allow real-time data analysis to be embedded within a wireless sensor node. The system significantly reduces the time for processing acquired data and has delivered a novel monitoring device suitable for operation within the harsh environment of the pool.

XBRL在电子政务领域的应用与展望

文章针对电子政务中因政务监管报告信息格式不同、信息内涵不同导致的信息孤岛问题,研究了目前在国内外报告领域兴起的XBRL语言以及国内外政府中XBRL应用的情况,指出XBRL在电子政务领域的应用能促进电子政务的信息互通,并提出XBRL在电子政务领域三个级别的应用模式,论述了XBRL技术在电子政务领域的优势和影响,指出影响XBRL应用推广的因素并提出实施建议.     

政府信息资源市场配置动态模型研究

运用一阶差分方程构建政府信息资源市场配置的离散时间动态模型,探索影响其需求量的因素及最佳配给量。用MATLAB对所建模型进行数值求解的结果表明：用户信息素养及信息素养投资比例对政府信息资源市场配置需求量有显著影响。揭示出：当信息素养投资效应及投资比例达到一定程度时,政府信息资源配置易达到相对均衡,所建模型能反映政府信息资源配置均衡的一般式。     

定量网络舆情危机预警模型构建

首先建立网络舆情危机预警指标,在此基础上,将BP神经网络的数学模型运用到网络舆情危机预警中,建立基于BP神经网络的预警模型,实现网络舆情的安全态势的定量评判。最后通过仿真实验,结合具体实例对该模型进行验证和分析。     

高层管理团队对中层领导者行为风格与领导绩效关系的调节作用

首先研究高层管理团队3个子维度各自的调节作用,并在此基础上把3个子维度两两结合,进一步采用分组回归分析和简单斜率显著性检验等方法考查两种情景的交互作用是如何调节领导者行为风格与绩效之间关系的。     

Bibliometric mapping of computer and information ethics

This paper presents the first bibliometric mapping analysis of the field of computer and information ethics (C&IE). It provides a map of the relations between 400 key terms in the field. This term map can be used to get an overview of concepts and topics in the field and to identify relations between information and communication technology concepts on the one hand and ethical concepts on the other hand. To produce the term map, a data set of over thousand articles published in leading journals and conference proceedings in the C&IE field was constructed. With the help of various computer algorithms, key terms were identified in the titles and abstracts of the articles and co-occurrence frequencies of these key terms were calculated. Based on the co-occurrence frequencies, the term map was constructed. This was done using a computer program called VOSviewer. The term map provides a visual representation of the C&IE field and, more specifically, of the organization of the field around three main concepts, namely privacy, ethics, and the Internet.     

北京市农业发展态势及土地整治策略研究

探讨地区农业发展演变规律,是制定大都市区土地整治策略的前提条件。改革开放以来,北京市农业产业结构在市场化的导向下进行调整,其基本态势就是将生产、经济等资源转移到经济效益更好的产业或部门之中;一、二、三产业从业人员比例,由1978年的28.3∶40.1∶31.6,变为2008年的6.4∶21.1∶72.4;受城市化影响,农作物播种面积从69.1万hm~2持续下降到32.2万hm~2,但种植结构方面,粮食作物和蔬菜的播种面积一直占据着主导地位;受耕地面积的持续减少和边际生产力递减的影响,第一产业收入对农民收入的影响越来越有限。本文根据比较优势理论,分析了各区县间农业生产的综合比较优势,这也是区域土地综合整治的依据。并以发展都市型农业为目的,将农业发展与城市环境建设相结合,提出不同圈层的农地整治策略,以推进区域城乡统筹发展。
