图书馆知识服务转型如何因势利导 ——从CAS服务演进谈起

[目的/意义]旨在为图书馆知识服务转型提供参考。[方法/过程]跟踪CAS的产品更迭、需求定位、标引特色、检索功能、学术合作等方面,分析CAS服务演进与图书馆知识服务转型的关联。[结果/讨论]结合上海图书馆利用CAS产品开展知识服务的实践情况,从馆藏资源布局、人才培养、知识服务模式设计、图书馆增值服务四个方面探索图书馆知识服务转型发展的新思路。     

Injectable hybrid inorganic nanoscaffold as rapid stem cell assembly template for cartilage repair

Cartilage injuries are often devastating and most cannot be cured because of the intrinsically low regenerative capacity of cartilage tissues. Although stem-cell therapy has shown enormous potential for cartilage repair, the therapeutic outcome has been restricted by low survival rates and poor chondrocyte differentiation in vivo. Here, we report an injectable hybrid inorganic (IHI) nanoscaffold that facilitates fast assembly, enhances survival and regulates chondrogenic differentiation of stem cells. IHI nanoscaffolds that strongly bind to extracellular matrix (ECM) proteins assemble stem cells through synergistic 3D cell–cell and cell–matrix interactions, creating a favorable physical microenvironment for stem-cell survival and differentiation in vitro and in vivo. Additionally, chondrogenic factors can be loaded into nanoscaffolds with a high capacity, which allows deep, homogenous drug delivery into assembled 3D stem-cell-derived tissues for effective control over the soluble microenvironment of stem cells. The developed IHI nanoscaffolds that assemble with stem cells are injectable. They also scavenge reactive oxygen species and timely biodegrade for proper integration into injured cartilage tissues. Implantation of stem-cell-assembled IHI nanoscaffolds into injured cartilage results in accelerated tissue regeneration and functional recovery. By establishing our IHI nanoscaffold-templated 3D stem-cell assembly method, we provide a promising approach to better overcoming the inhibitory microenvironment associated with cartilage injuries and to advance current stem-cell-based tissue engineering.     

大学生择业受挫心理的表现及对策分析

大学生择业的表现通常有:焦虑、悲观失望、嫉妒等,这些表现的原因主要有:大学生的择业观不正确,大学生对用人单位的了解不足,缺乏社会实践经验,用人单位、学校及家庭的负面影响。大学生树立正确的择业观,充分了解求职单位,积极参加实践活动,减小用人单位、学校及家庭的负面影响是减少大学生择业受挫的有力措施。     

Differential contribution of personality to the explanation of variance in achievement in the first language and mathematics at high school level

This study assessed the differential contribution of personality to the explanation of variance in achievement in the mother tongue and mathematics at the high school level. The results indicated that personality, as measured by the HSPQ, aided the explication of variance in achievement in the mother tongue significantly, but had little influence on mathematics. Personality contributed as much to the explanation of variance in the mother tongue as did the composite cognitive variable. The influence of personality on achievement in mathematics was shown to be negligible. Some practical implications for the teaching of the first language are drawn.     

从"传者-受者"到"对话者"——Web2.0时代组织外部传播的传受关系分析

在"全民织网"的Web2..时代,无数普通人成为信息的主动生产者、发布者、传递者和组织者,并以新方式实现"人与人"之间的连接.在这种全新的传播生态中,组织与外部环境(尤其是普通社会公众)是依据怎样的关系进行信息交互和传播活动的呢?与传统大众媒介时代的"传者一受者"关系相比,组织与普通社会公众的传播关系是否出现了新变化?通过分析本文认为,在Web2.0时代,由于普通社会公众在传播过程中地位和力量的上升,在组织面对社会公众进行外部传播活动的过程中,双方的关系正逐渐演变为更为平等的、双向互动的、充满人情味的"对话者"关系.     

馆校协同教学:馆校合作教学模式的理论探索

当前场馆与学校的联系还停留在偶然性的场馆参观和随意性的校内展览,亟待寻得一种科学、便捷、可行的馆校合作模式.馆校协同教学是以"一般学习结果理论"的五维价值为核心的,场馆资源系统与学校教学系统可协同运作的合作模式和理论体系,其包括知识与理解,技能,态度与价值观,娱乐性、启发性和创新性,活动、行为和成长五方面内容.同时,馆校协同教学还表现出目的性、开放性和民主性三方面的教育规定性.活动范式上,它又包括物理参与、情感参与、智识参与和社交参与四种类型.     

Lost and Found: Making Sense of Foreign Spaces and the Self with Public Transport

How does public transport both enable and restrict one’s negotiation and interaction with cultural, social and material landscapes? The understanding of social space and self is guided by one’s journey through those spaces, by witnessing events and public conduct. This article presents autoethnographic accounts of two communication studies researchers placed in Cape Town, South Africa, and Helsinki, Finland, for more than three months. In both situations, researchers relied on public transport with which they were unfamiliar. This study considers how those experiences were perceived, and how the researchers encountered and experienced the new social environments, local population and themselves.

在中国几千年的历史发展中,运动养生文化能滋生繁衍、常青不衰,有其自身的存在价值.着重探讨中国传统运动养生文化对现代社会社区体育锻炼的影响,是为了更好地继承与弘扬中国传统运动文化,继而为社区居民体质的提高和体育锻炼发展,提供宝贵的运动养生资源.讨论在城镇化进程加快的过程中,社区居民单一的生活和休闲方式,还有社区体育锻炼缺乏等方面,运用运动养生进行体育锻炼能有效增强社区居民的体质健康和丰富居民的生活方式.
